Hey friends, welcome back to my channel. It is me Allie. Today I have a video that I am so
proud of. I think this is hands down my most favorite video that I have ever filmed before.
I hope that you guys are as excited to watch it as I have been for the past week to film it. Today
I have a cozy fall recipes guide for a bunch of different drinks. If you like coffee, I got you.
If you like tea, I got you. If you like cocoa, I got you. If you like other things in between,
I still got you. We have so many recipes in this video and they all came out so so good. If you
guys like these types of videos, please make sure to give this video a big thumbs up and make sure
to comment down below what your favorite recipe of this video is. Mine is a tie between the brown
sugar shaken oat milk latte that is a Starbucks dupe. There are a lot of Starbucks dupes
in this video and that recipe is tied with the pumpkin hot cocoa. Oh my word, the pumpkin
hot cocoa. So so good. So now without further ado, let's just get on into these drinks.
Starting off this video strong with the brown sugar shaken oat milk latte. I used to despise
coffee. If you know, you know. Absolutely couldn't even stand the smell of it. I am now pregnant with
our second child and for some reason I have been craving iced coffee so terribly this entire
pregnancy and my coffee of choice. My number one favorite coffee to get is the Starbucks brown
sugar shaken oat milk latte. The only problem with that is that it's like five dollars and
fifty cents for a tall and I want them like three to four times a week. So I found this dupe online
and it is perfection. All you need to do is melt up equal parts of brown sugar and water on a
you really, really monitor this. You don't want to burn it. You just want it to completely liquefy
and then throw that syrup into a container and put it into the refrigerator to cool.
Once your brown sugar syrup has cooled in the refrigerator for at least an hour, you want to
grab a cocktail shaker and add some ice to it. You want to add either espresso or blonde roast.
I am using blonde roast here and you want to add anywhere between one to three tablespoons of the
brown sugar syrup and then you just want to shake it all together. The actual recipe calls for
espresso but again I prefer to use a blonde roast. On to my favorite part of this recipe, frothing up
the oat milk. I never knew that oat milk would froth so well but I'm just taking I would say
about a fourth of a cup of oat milk. It is unsweetened oat milk. You can add in a little
bit of that brown sugar syrup into here but I just keep the oat milk exactly how it is
and I froth it for about 30 to 45 seconds and it froths up so beautifully. Now it is time to
assemble your drink. You want to pour your coffee over some ice and then add in that frothed oat
milk. This is my favorite part. It is just so mesmerizing to me. Like this is just the most
satisfying thing to do. This is optional but I topped mine with a little bit of sprinkled cinnamon
and there you have it. Your very own Starbucks dupe for the brown sugar shaken oat milk latte.
Perfection.
So although the brown sugar shaken oat milk latte is my go-to coffee to make at home, it is like my
comfort coffee. I have to say this next drink is like my comfort fall drink. It might just be
my favorite recipe in this video. A simple yet decadent and delicious pumpkin hot chocolate.
I'm going to link the recipe in the description below that I use for the most accurate measurements
of all the ingredients that you need but long story short you're going to need a milk of your
choice. Typically I use almond milk or oat milk but I really wanted this to be extremely decadent
so I just used whole fat milk for this. You're also going to need some pumpkin puree, some maple
syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla extract, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
I think the key to making this recipe was constantly whisking it so every time I added in
a new ingredient I made sure to whisk it really well together. Another thing about this recipe
is that you can kind of adjust it to fit how many people you plan on serving. I wasn't planning
a bunch of people so I kind of cut this recipe in half or maybe even into a third and the recipe
did not call for a little bit of heavy cream but I really wanted this to be decadent so I added in
about a tablespoon, tablespoon and a half of heavy cream. Look at how rich this hot chocolate looks.
It tasted just as rich as it looks. Once you pour your hot chocolate into a mug of your choice,
by the way if you guys like any of the mugs or the glasses that I am using I have linked all
them in my Amazon shop and I will put that in the description below. So yes once you pour your hot
chocolate into the mug of your choice you just want to top it with some whipped cream and then
sprinkle over a little bit of pumpkin pie spice. I daydream about this hot chocolate like I cannot
wait to make this again. This is going to be a staple come fall and December. Also if you prefer
a homemade whipped cream over a store-bought canned whipped cream just stay tuned I have a
recipe for that coming up in just a couple of minutes. A lot of the recipes in this video are
not geared towards kids however this next recipe the Nutella chocolate milk is definitely a crowd
pleaser with the kids or the kids at heart aka myself. This recipe is so easy it is so simple
and sometimes the most simple recipes taste the absolute best. All you want to do is get a blender
add in your milk of choice and then add in a scoop of Nutella and mix it all together just blend it
that's really all you need to do for this recipe and then pour it over some ice. I know some people
are not very much into milk on ice I personally like it if you don't like milk with your ice just
skip the ice portion and I just made this a little fancier by adding some whipped cream and a little
cookie topper. This is my first time experimenting with this recipe and wow wow oh wow big wow for
this Nutella chocolate milk. It was everything that I wanted out of a chocolate milk and more
because it has Nutella in it and Nutella just enhances everything. Moving on to an iconic
fall drink the caramel apple cider. I forgot to mention this at the beginning of the video but I
just want to state that most if not all of these recipes can be enjoyed either hot or cold so
whatever your preference is you can either drink them heated up or drink them iced. To make this
caramel apple cider it's pretty self-explanatory you just need to add into a pot some apple cider
some caramel and some cinnamon sticks and you just want it to kind of like steep a little bit on the
stovetop. Because this was such a simple recipe I wanted to elevate it by making some homemade
whipped cream. If you've never made homemade whipped cream before it is the easiest thing in
the world and it tastes a million times better than the canned whipped cream that you can get
at the store which is also delicious but this is like delicious times a thousand. All you need is
three ingredients you need some heavy whipping cream you need some vanilla extract and you need
some powdered sugar the exact measurements will be in the description. So once you whip it all up
you just want to take some of that caramel apple cider place it into a mug and top it with your
delicious homemade whipped cream. You can dress your drink up however you would like I decided
to add on a drizzle of caramel on top of the homemade whipped cream and then stick in a
cinnamon stick and that is all she wrote. This is going to sound so strange but this drink is just
so nostalgic to me it reminds me of being at a pumpkin patch with my family picking apples
picking out our pumpkins eating apple cider donuts and just sipping on apple cider. It is just a very
warm and cozy drink to me it is like drinking and sipping on a beautiful memory. Chai tea lattes
were my drink of choice for so long they still kind of are my drink of choice because they're just
delicious but before I liked coffee my go-to would always be a chai tea latte whether that is an iced
chai tea latte or a hot chai tea latte to make this you can make your own chai mix. I went the
easier route there are some recipes in this video that are quite extensive and then some of them are
definitely a little easier if you decide you want to try this recipe out but you want to make your
own chai tea mix go for it I applaud you. I was just going for a more realistic approach with this
recipe because in all honesty these drinks are really fun to make specialty however most of the
time we're either making them before work or we are making them on the go so sometimes an easier
quicker recipe is just as good. For this recipe I just brewed up some chai tea using a tea bag and
inside of the mug that I put the tea bag in to steep I added in a small scoop of sugar while the
tea was steeping I steamed up some milk and lightly frothed it then I simply poured the
steamed milk into the mug of the warm chai tea and scooped out some of the frothed milk foam to top
it all off lastly I finished the drink with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Chai tea lattes just hit
so different in the fall time however delicious they are in winter spring or summer
they are just so so much more elevated during the months of autumn.
Cranberry mule cocktail or mocktail depending on if you like the alcohol or not I personally
prefer mocktails even when I am not pregnant I'm just not a big alcohol drinker but if you
are a alcohol drinker just add in either bourbon or your favorite vodka or rum to this recipe I'm
going to link the recipe in the description below by the way do as I say and not as I do
I put this in a shaker which was a big no-no you don't add carbonated drinks to a shaker
this is what happened you ready right yep there we go it just exploded so if you plan on making
this yourself please don't put it in a shaker just put it in a cup and mix it all together
I was shocked at just how easy this recipe was to make super simple super quick and super super
effective for this recipe if you plan on just making the mocktail you're going to need some
fresh lime juice fresh orange juice 100 unsweetened cranberry juice homemade cranberry sauce that has
been chilled you'll need some ginger beer and then for garnishing you're going to need some
fresh mint orange slices lime slices and cranberries this recipe was wild to me because
I feel like I look at this drink and my mind automatically associates it with summer it looks
like a very refreshing summer day drink but then you take a sip of it and with the cranberry juice
mixed with the orange juice mixed with the ginger beer it gives off a really nice spiced taste which
is of course always something that you really want in fall this drink was 10 out of 10 and I will
definitely be making it for parties that we are hosting in the fall if we're ever able to host a
maple pecan latte this recipe is in my top three recipes for this video but spoiler alert
full disclosure this recipe is dedication there is a lot of steps to make this maple pecan syrup
but it is so worth it I was literally just licking the syrup off of the spoon before I
used it for the coffee it was so good it's wildly time consuming however just put the time into it
and then you can store the syrup in your refrigerator for up to two weeks you can use
this for coffees you can use this on top of desserts you can use this on ice cream the limit
does not exist this is another starbucks dupe and I will link the recipe that I used in the
description below ingredients wise you're going to need maple syrup packed brown sugar heavy cream
unsalted butter vanilla extract pecans condensed milk pinch of salt you're also going to need
obviously your espresso or your coffee I once again used a blonde roast and then you're going
to need your milk and you'll also need some whipped cream for topping and some pecans that
have been candied for garnishing the only thing that I stared away from this recipe they wanted
you to make a pecan butter I decided against that I decided just to put the pecans right into the
syrup mixture and let it steep in there and then save the pecans for later to top your latte with
or to just eat right out of the pan this is a judgment free zone once I strained my pecans
pecans pecans potato potato once I strained them out of the syrup I placed the syrup in the fridge
to chill for at least an hour and then I was ready to assemble my latte I made this latte
in the same fashion that I made the brown sugar shaken oat milk latte I added to my shaker some
ice my blonde roast and one tablespoon of the maple pecan syrup it asks for three tablespoons
which was kind of aggressive I only did one tablespoon and then I added a little bit of the
syrup on the rim and the inside of the cup and then I also added a little bit to the oat milk
that I was frothing so that's kind of how I got around my three tablespoons I only put one inside
the shaker but then a little extra inside of the cup and a little extra when I was frothing my oat
milk then I just topped with some whipped cream because aesthetic and I also garnished with one
of those candy pecans pecans this recipe is a serious commitment to make but wow oh wow is it
so worth it very time consuming but very and when I say very I mean very with a capital
V worth it to make try it now and thank me later this next recipe was just so much fun to make it
gave me major magnolia table vibes I got the recipe from southern bite and again you can access it in
the description for this recipe you just need to steep some black tea I had some loose black tea
that I placed into a tea bag and I just steeped it over the oven for several minutes until I felt
like it was completely done and as flavorful as possible from there I just added in my cinnamon
sticks my sugar my apple cider my pineapple juice my orange juice and then once that was all
completely incorporated I added in some more cinnamon sticks and orange slices and apple slices
to not so much garnish but also just to like bring in as much flavor as possible I did take this off
of the stove because I was contemplating if I wanted to make this one more of a chilled recipe
versus a warm recipe but then I decided last minute that I think it would taste a lot better
warm so I placed it back on the oven to just heat it up a little bit and just to get all of those
flavors really incorporated when I was making this recipe I cannot even describe to you there
are just not enough adjectives in the English dictionary to truly depict how amazing my house
smelt while making this so make this like partially because it is delicious but also make it
just to make your house smell like an actual fall dream once you are satisfied with the flavors this
is definitely a recipe that you can play around with the flavors a little bit you can add a little
bit more water you can add a little bit more juice depending on how sweet you like it or how subtle
once you are satisfied with the flavors pour your autumn sweet tea punch into a mug or a glass
depending on if you are having it chilled or warmed up and then you can just garnish and top
with some orange slices apple slices and a cinnamon stick pro tip again this was delicious
hot but it was also delicious chilled we ended up putting the rest of this recipe that we had
left over into a glass bottle and placed it into the fridge and we have still to this day been
sipping on it and it has been just about a week since I filmed both ways get my stamp of approval
if you are looking for a wizarding world of harry potter butter bear dupe I got you this is a recipe
for you however I have to be honest with you some of the ingredients are very expensive
slash very hard to find at local grocery stores for example the recipe calls for butter extract
as well as butterscotch extract and those are nearly impossible to find in the grocery store
let alone just butterscotch in general I had to go to so many different stores and so many stores
just did not have a butterscotch but once you are able to find all the ingredients I've linked a
recipe that I used in the description below you just want to add it to a cup and mix it
all together with some cream soda and then pour over ice I did not try this one heated up so I
can't speak on that I'm not sure how it tastes to heat up soda if it loses its carbonation if it
loses its flavor but iced wow this recipe it tastes like universal studios to me I ended up
using my butter beer cup that I got when I visited universal studios some years ago and it just made
the whole entire experience just a little bit more magical if you are looking to take this drink to
the next level before you add in your ice and pour in your butter beer you can drizzle the glass with
a little bit more of that butterscotch syrup and then you can just top with whatever kind of whipped
cream or frothy type of cream you would like I just went with the classic canned whipped cream
and I'm not mad about it and then of course of course for this one it's not even optional you
have to add in a little bit more of that butterscotch drizzle on top of the whipped
cream and there you have it your very own magical butterbeer recipe that you can enjoy
in the comfort of your own home while binge watching every single harry potter movie
or binge reading every single harry potter book something else that I wanted to mention about this
video you are going to be saving so much money just making these drinks at home especially with
these dupe recipes with the starbucks dupe recipes the wizarding world of harry potter dupe recipes
you are going to save bundles of money when I went to universal I think a butter beer was like
seven or eight dollars I made this at home for like two dollars we of course had to end this
now hear me out I like the pumpkin spice latte just as much as the next person but when I was
introduced to the pumpkin sweet cream foam my life has forever been changed I looked online for a
and oh my word this was the most finicky recipe to make it took me at least five maybe even six
or seven recipes tested until I landed upon one that I was really really impressed with for some
reason trying to recreate that starbucks recipe it's just really hard so I ended up finding a
that I finally fell in love with and I will let you know about it in the description below I just
used a chemex to brew some pumpkin spice coffee and I allowed it to chill in the refrigerator
and I made the pumpkin sweet cream foam I believe it is what it's called and I just
frothed it up and then added it to my pumpkin spice coffee to be honest with you I actually
made like a hybrid recipe for the pumpkin sweet cream foam so I will link my personal recipe in
the description below I took different components from different recipes I will link the actual
recipe as well that I mostly followed but I did add in little touches from other recipes as well
so just check out the description if you guys want the exact measurements of what I personally did
but this is how the final recipe came out of this video I had way too much fun filming this video I
really hope you enjoyed I'm not getting ahead of myself but I'm already looking forward to filming
a winter version of this quote unquote maybe I'll make this into a series thank you guys so much
again for watching stay cozy and send me pictures and messages if you guys try out any of these
recipes for yourself I love you to the moon and back hope you're having a beautiful day
