VLOG | mum life, H&M HAUL, decorating for Christmas, shopping

Hello everyone, welcome to another video. I feel like I'm on a roll with these videos at the minute but yeah I thought I'd start another weekly vlog. I have just drove about 40 minutes away from where I live to just come to a few shops because I think I say this in every vlog, I literally live in the middle of nowhere so I have to drive at least 40 minutes to an hour to even come to a nearest like Home Bargains, a big Tesco. So I've come here today with Bo, Leo's actually in school, Luke's in work so it's just me and Bo today. So I thought I just wanted to come, he hates the car, like I don't even, I'm trying to think like, I've been thinking shall I change the car seat, is it the car seat? But basically I'm parked outside big Tesco at the minute so I'm going to go in here first, change his nappy, have a little walk around and I think we're going to go to M&S and I'm going to feed him and stuff. So yeah and also on the way here I heard my first Christmas song which literally means it's time to put the Christmas tree out but I'm going to get out the car now and head into Tesco because Bo is not very happy. Okay so far I've only literally just picked up these long-sleeve vests for Bo. There's actually 25% off all of the clothing in here at the minute which I think is so so good but I've actually ordered loads of stuff for Bo off Vinted so I don't really need anything at the minute, I just just need the vests basically but I've spotted these and they're like a really soft material so that's very tempting to get them. I've just really wanted some nice pyjamas but then also I really wanted a pair of Christmas pyjamas this year. I've never actually had, have I had a pair of Christmas pyjamas? I think I've just had a pair of like red ones but never like an actual like Christmassy pair so I'm really gonna have like, get a pair this year, just get in like the Christmassy mood. He's not very happy in here, I've He's not happy, he's not happy in there so I need to sort him out. He also scratched his nose last night and he's got like a really big cut on his nose popping. Maybe you'll get me this night. Whip up my appetite, don't leave me high and dry. Okay I'm in TK Maxx now, I've just been in, been in? I've just been in to Home Bargains, I'm just having a look around TK Maxx. Mr Man is not very happy today. Okay I'm sitting outside I don't even know if you can see me, I'm sitting outside Costa. Beau just literally had a meltdown. He was literally happy as anything, looking around in the pram and all of a sudden he was just crying. It's kind of like how he is in the evening when he's got colic and he's really unsettled and he's overtired and he's in pain um so it's a bit like that so he was crying so much and he's definitely overtired because he's been awake um all morning so I was like walking around the shop so I ended up having to stand outside and he's fidgeting. I ended up having to stand outside and just like hold him and rock him and he actually burped so he's obviously had some trapped wind and then he fell asleep so he had trapped wind but oh my gosh everyone everyone stares at you and I'm like and I don't know they're obviously probably not staring to judge they're probably just staring because obviously he was just screaming and I was just there like trying to rock him like okay um but yeah he burped and then he fell straight asleep so I've just got myself um little toasty bag of crisps from Costa. I'm sitting outside because I'm absolutely boiling because of just trying to calm him down and obviously the sun's out today which is actually really nice um but yeah I'm roasting now but he is sleeping in there and I'm hoping he's gonna sleep for a while I mean who knows because he's lately he's just been having like 20 minute naps but after that I feel like that must have tired him out because he was crying for like 20 minutes straight poor thing yeah hopefully he'll have some sleep now but I literally bought these from M&S I think they're like um they were going viral on TikTok because people were trying them I'm like was it these because they were putting them in the microwave I don't think it was these they were putting in the microwave but they're like um shortbread cookies and I absolutely love shortbread so I'm going to give them a try tonight with a cup of tea the first Christmas song I heard on the radio this morning so it just makes me want to put up our Christmas decorations on Sunday so I give him a bottle and I had hot chocolate in um Tesco, Tesco cafe and then we drove over to here where there's like a few shops um all together so I put him in like the lying down pram because he absolutely hates the car seat and um yeah so we've been walking around I've been to Home Bargains, TK Maxx um next I literally went into M&S just to change his butt why is the color so white wow happy Sunday everybody we're actually putting the Christmas tree up today Luke and Leo are just having a shower are you excited to be the Christmas tree yeah I think we're actually gonna go um get some breakfast out today what we found elf shoes so do you like any of those baubles we're not really feeling any of them ones we need to go to the range don't we it's like another shop with loads of baubles you're not feeling any of them what is that one is that a fox oh there's a rabbit that's cute we should get that one for Bo and then one for you what do you think that's pretty I like these ones look a bell a Christmas bell did you think that was a button oh that's funny okay I love it that's my favorite that's cute how much is it say on it 12 letter from Santa okay let's be a bit quiet about that one I thought it was a letter to Santa Christmas Eve box that's cute we actually got these last year and painted them last year different ones more in here very therapeutic who's this funny little guy I didn't get any eyes bad color what that's all we've got we've got the green yeah we've got green we've got some green some red some gold some whites it's a finger doing look how cute that is and it's light up oh that is so cute for home we actually went to B&M and just for some lunch but we're home now and we're actually going to do the Christmas tree so excited but Leo's just moving his toys up into his bedroom at the minute and then we're just kind of figuring out where we're actually going to put the Christmas tree last year we actually I'm not you're here last year where did we have the Christmas tree we had it here last year I think we're going to put it there again yeah yeah yeah we need to hang them up really I need to put it in my room baby's first Christmas that was yours that's like bows now yeah that's what it says on it what is it oh they're little boobies oh my gosh we should try them on both feet that's so cute there's two of them perfect yeah that's so cute so good I put my hand in there I know Christmas film so yeah I just wanted to come upstairs and talk to you guys about an amazing jewelry brand called Ana Luisa which I have been wearing now for maybe like three years going on I have got some jewelry pieces from there that are literally that many years old I literally still in like perfect condition all the jewelry also have an L for Leo and this is my newest purchase okay a B for Vaux I'm sorry but it's just like the little things that just make me so so happy I love layering my jewelry as well so wearing my mama my L and my B so I just think I just love that this is my other newest purchase how cute and girly are they so so stunning and I just really wanted to show you guys because obviously with Christmas coming up it is gift season I also love treating myself I love treating other people and I feel like jewelry is like a really good thing to buy people and also buy for yourself like I said a of gold hoops which is my first ever thing I actually bought Ana Luisa and they're still in perfect condition let me just find them around the hoops I'm on about look I've literally had these these were my first purchase from Ana Luisa and I think they're like almost three years old now and they're perfect perfect condition so yeah I highly recommend I will leave everything in the description box below if you guys should go and check them out but yeah it's evening now so I'm gonna have a shower I also really want to show you guys the Christmas decorations I wanted to wait until it was dark so you could see like the fairy lights or like a bit better that makes sense I just wanted to show you guys the living room now we've kind of decorated it I feel like the camera never does it justice like it is so cozy and cute in here but just not coming across on camera but our little tree is up if you haven't seen my vlogs before this tree has been with us since the start the very start it's from a charity shop um so it's about almost eight years old now um but it's so cute I mean I'd love to get like a bigger one one year but I don't know it's just very sentimental you know like it's just lovely the first Christmas when me and Luke got together and it's been with us since Leah was born so um yeah I don't know I love it and we always decorate gold golden red and some whites which I love such a traditional like you know Christmasy thing most of these things I've literally got handed down from like mum and again charity shops and this is just it used to have lights in it which is really pretty but it's completely broken and then I've just got these I don't know little decorations here my Christmas pillow which I really really want to get another one this year because I want to start getting one every year um just to kind of place them all along this is just we've been sitting on here so it's a bit just to kind of place them along here and just make it look really Christmassy and cozy and maybe like a nice Christmas rug um Christmas rug a nice Christmas throw um but yeah that's how the trees look in an over that section I feel like we need like a little lamp there because it's quite dark over there um and then I've got these up on the windows and then another little tree there and then we've also got the there's three little reindeers behind there um they were handmade by Luke's dad Leo's granddad which is so so cute um it was Luke me and Leo but I think we need another one now for Beau um but yeah that's that's looking like these I've just broken they're so so old though I just put them around here because I don't know where else to put them in our old house they had like and they went like around the door we had like two double doors um but I think they've just broken so I'll I think I'll take these down in a bit and maybe get some ones and put them along there maybe just some white ones so they blend in a little bit better and then I've just got these from Home Bargains, Stupid and Cheerful um Beau's stockings here Leo's actually taking his stocking up in his room and so yeah that's how the living room's kind of looking and then through the kitchen and then through the kitchen I've got these lights which I actually got from Amazon which is so so pretty they actually look nice when I pull the curtains hi and then last little thing over here let me just put the light on and then over here I've just got the Merry Christmas in the kitchen and then two little gold reindeers yeah that is what it's looking like so so cute and cozy I'm so happy to have it decorated good morning everybody so it's the next day now I obviously showed you our Christmas decorations last night um which was so exciting it just gives me such happy vibes to have like the Christmas decorations up and obviously it's our first Christmas with Beau and Leo's obviously so excited so yeah very yeah very nice very happy times but ignore the washing behind me washing is hanging up everywhere on the doors on the seats on the horse rails is that what they're called um until my dryer's broken and let me tell you do we go through washing like honestly I don't even know how we go through so much washing like the washing basket is always full I think there's somebody coming tomorrow to have a look at the washing machine because we've got insurance on it honestly we never get insurance on anything but we've got insurance on the tumble dryer the what did I say washing machine honestly my brain the tumble dryer is broken somebody's coming over tomorrow to have a look to see why the tumble dry is broken I know why it's broken there's no heat coming out of it it's turning it's doing everything else but there's just no heat um so yeah everything's drying all over the house yeah we didn't have a tumble dryer for years and we only just got one a year ago and I think because now we've had one going back to not having one is actually like I'm not feeling having clothes literally constantly hanging around the house like it's literally like your home deckle having clothes around your house when you don't have a tumble dryer anyway somebody's coming tomorrow to have a look at that and I'm really hoping they can fix it but I just really I wanted to show you guys what I picked up from H&M I just ordered a few things for Beau because I just felt like he was although I love a baby in a sleep suit like a baby girl all day every day all night because I just think they just look so cute and babyish I just wanted to get a few little outfits like I feel like having a boy boys clothes no like you literally go into a shop the girl's section is bright colorful pretty you turn to the boy's section it's dark depressing and sad so not that I wanted to be like a neutral mum but the only thing I like on boys I quite like neutral things because otherwise it's just kind of dark and miserable so anyway I bought two things for myself because I just need some more like loungewear around the house just because I don't want to stay in my pajamas all day I want to get out of them but also put something comfy on so I just picked up a straight leg pair of white joggers which I think yes I always worry about sometimes the straight leg joggers from H&M can be quite short but these look good I picked these up in a size medium I always like to get my joggers in like a size bigger so they're not digging in and so I just picked up these white ones and then I also picked up this this is not normally my style but I just wanted some different stuff around the house I find my jumpers and cozy knits are all for like going out of the house I don't really like wearing them around the house so I end up just wearing like t-shirts or hoodies but it's getting colder so I bought this one just to wear like around the house it feels nice and soft and I thought these would go nicely together maybe like tuck that in just to make me feel nice for around the house. The rest is for Bo so I picked up this cute little cardigan thing it actually looks really lovely I think definitely keep this I wasn't sure if I was going to keep everything um and also the sizing I was so unsure but I'm so glad I went for the sizing I got the four to six months um and I was so close to getting the two to four of those three months so I'm so glad I got the four to six because he'll definitely fit into that um he's quite a big baby to be fair um next I got this literally it's so cute look how adorable that is oh that is so so cute little dungarees I picked that up I'm gonna go through this quite fast because oh they look absolutely ginormous I don't even think I'm gonna get that out and then I picked up this blue hat really cute it's got like teddies on it that's the top and then it comes with some bottoms that is so adorable I'm so excited about these I've just been buying lots of clothes off um vintage um and I usually shop on Nex and M&S but I did put some really cute little baby outfits on H&M so I'm really glad I had a look next one is these these are the bottoms they've just got like some stripes down them and then this is the top what does it even say little one yeah that's what I picked up from H&M I'm just super happy with those cute little outfits for Beau um I just felt like he needed outfits like I said but I'm gonna make myself some porridge now I am starting not starting but I'm trying to be a little bit more healthy um I don't really know so I'm gonna get some porridge I'm also gonna put some chia seeds in there and honey I think so I'm gonna make that now because I just need to be a little bit better on what I'm eating um no more like two biscuits and just I'm quite an unhealthy person like I love my sweet treats I think Beau is due to wake up in a minute to have a feed I'm gonna just say I think I'm gonna go meet Luke um on his lunch break well at two o'clock really and then we're gonna have a coffee and then I'll be done then with the coffee date by the time I go pick Leo up from school and Leo finishes around 20 past three so I can do that and then I think I'm gonna pop over my mum's later on I'm just gonna do like one scoop full I think I'm literally just gonna try these on right now because I'm going into town so if they're not any good then I will sorry about this I will send them back oh I don't know are they okay I don't know is that okay I'll have to have a look in the mirror to see but it feels really comfortable so maybe maybe it could be cute I can hear Beau right I can hear Beau so I need to go and get he's still sleepy is it too bright in here for you I'm sorry I need to put my other clothes down see I have to leave the house house is literally a mess I feel like I never get time to do anything but I think I actually like this outfit let me look in this mirror I think it's a bit cute I'm gonna keep it the trousers are a little bit big I don't really mind that I quite like it when they're baggy so yeah I like it I'm actually just coming into this vlog now just to finish it off I am just about to head to a little play group two play groups with Beau actually baby massage and then just another one and then we're actually gonna go on a little family UK breakaway just to this kind of holiday house um with like a nice hot tub on Sunday so in like three days so it's very exciting Beau actually had his immunization jabs in his legs yesterday his second lot and then he's got his third lot in another four weeks I don't remember Leo having this many um but yeah he had them yesterday and to be fair he was actually okay after them the first time he had them he was already ill and after he had those jabs like his temperature he was just so unhappy so I was really nervous yesterday about these ones that we had yesterday but he was fine so that was really good um but we gave him calpol like an hour before his jabs and then he slept then for a while had a bottle after his jabs and then slept then for a while um so yeah he was he was okay which was really good and he actually slept so well last night like honestly I was like sorry I was like having to prod him in the middle of the night like is he okay he actually had a bottle of Happa 7 went to sleep about half past eight and then woke up again at three literally a six hour straight six and a bit hour straight I was literally like he's not okay it's the jabs have done something not I don't know I was just like what is going on so when he woke up at three I was actually like hi are you okay like he was ready for a bottle ready for a nappy change but I was like he has always been like I think I've said before on the dot three hours sometimes three and a half in the nights but in the day three hours on the dot so I was literally like what is going on he had his bottle about an hour nappy change bottle about an hour went by got him back to sleep and he fell asleep until seven literally can every single night be like that like it was just so nice to get like a long stretch of sleep um so yeah I don't know if that's like a new thing or if it was just a one-off last night and I'm thinking is it because of the I don't know but I really hope this is like a new thing play group now I need to literally go go go get him in the car get to play group baby massage which is gonna be quite a new experience I mean I'm a beauty therapist so I would say I'm quite good at massage so it'll be quite nice actually just to um give Bo a little massage um but yeah I hope you guys enjoyed this vlog thank you so much for
