I've been told some people don't believe in magic. They've obviously never known a horse. God made horses from the breath of the wind, the beauty of the earth, and the soul of an angel. The essential joy of being with a horse is that it brings us in contact with a rare element of grace, beauty, spirit, and freedom. They can sense our fears, anxieties, doubts, and most importantly, our love. To be connected to a horse is an experience everyone should have at least once. Our lives are in connection with horses from birth to weaning, training, competing, and retirement. It's a connection deeper than an old country water well. To look into their eyes and have them look back and see your soul is as close to an understanding of heaven that you'll get on this earth. So yes, some people don't believe in magic, but I do. And it's a horse.
