I just like the vibes like the way that the style of it all looks You know kind of a similar style in there Kamali Elena 23 days on the market this guy here already dropping it by 46,000 so 2289 square feet for bedroom two-and-a-half bath. That's a larger home here and while he standards Co resort to bedroom to bath Definitely zoned apartment, but vacation rentable currently But kind of pricing that just right along with the market in my opinion there Danny So North Kihei, Kalepulepo Beach area 1360s with the maintenance fees gonna run you so two-bedroom to bath They do live larger here and I do like the resort no views or anything. It's all garden, but it's lush 1066 square feet there. So a low he plays end up selling this to a client here. So this is the B section 0.42 acres up there in Pukalani shaved off 3681. There's actually also a C unit in there, but 350 Slap a tiny hound in there or you can see it's got a mango tree right there. We're going to Whole Foods long We got a buffet on the cruise ship, but we're going to Whole Foods That's it man, so we got this one here Mahi Pua place, you know I remember when we sold that guy here at my Mahi Pua place, but I believe Mahi Pua actually is The street that goes along right in here So you have some Mahi Pua across the road and I believe that's what we're looking at over here Danny 4310 square feet Four nine nine five so they're asking five million bucks for that guy there Lonnie K had just a little bit further gates right along in here. So they're just at that doorstep right there Keep an eye out on that guy for us Cancel this guy here. It's close by there as well But this one's fallen out of escrow after basically two years there may be financing something happened in somebody's life there another opportunity if somebody wants to pick up five acres on Molokai for 215 or negotiate something better. That one's canceling there. It's only on the market for 498 days Still a lot of dirt out there man a lot a lot of dirt So this one expired maybe it was because they led with this picture here Danny. I don't know but 367 days on the market.
