So, I went to CES 2025 and guys, I stumbled upon the biggest Android tablet I've ever seen in my life.
Here is the MagPad of this company called Key2Com. It has Android 13 as standard, it has this huge 32-inch 4K touchscreen display and, listen a little, it is completely wireless thanks to a 9500 mAh battery.
It is basically a giant smartphone. Oh, and it didn't stop here. They also have a portable version. It has a handle for easy transport, an integrated stand and even a personalized bag to carry it around.
And the interesting thing is that it has a price of about 800 dollars. It is less than some of the largest flagship models on the market. Really? How is that possible?
Then, we also have something super unique, the Mecca Comet. It is a mini computer that runs Linux and is literally in the palm of your hand.
You can run third-party apps, play and do all the usual things, but the real magic is that it is modular.
You can even replace the lower section with all kinds of modules, a keyboard, a gamepad, a breakout board or even your custom extensions, since the operating system is open source.
Just hook it up and unhook it and boom, it's ready to go.
The only flaw is that it is still a prototype, but honestly, the concept is so beautiful that I am 100% here.
And these are just two of the 15 best technological products I found at CES 2025.
If I didn't know, CES is one of the biggest technological fairs in the world.
And there is a lot to see. My mission was to discover the best things that I would have actually wanted to buy and use in real life.
Some of these products are even already available or in pre-order, so I will insert the links below.
Oh, and stay until the end and I'll tell you what was my favorite gadget of the entire show.
Well, let's talk about this crazy gadget from a company called Arzen.
They created the first trifold projector in the world called Zip, and it's honestly brilliant.
It's super portable, it folds like a shell phone, so you can just put it in your bag and go.
But here's the best part, it connects directly to your smartphone to mirror the screen.
And it doesn't even need an internet connection.
For other devices like your laptop, Apple TV or gaming console, you'll need their HDMI wireless dongle.
But even in that case, it's still wireless. No messy cables.
It also supports 4K resolution, it can handle vertical screens, it's perfect for your phone,
and you can even fold it and extend it as you want to get the perfect viewing angle.
Seriously, this thing is next level.
Well, so AR glasses were everywhere this year at CES, but my first choice is still XR.
From the beginning, these guys have done incredible things with augmented reality,
and now they've taken another step forward with their new XR E1 E1 Pro range.
Here's the deal.
They added their first independent processor, the CPX-1,
which means that glasses no longer need to rely on your phone for all the heavy work.
Just connect them to your device and they're ready for use.
You don't need apps, adapters or extra configurations.
They've also significantly improved latency, so everything looks more fluid.
And customization is much easier.
Now that you can also adjust things inside the glasses themselves,
including things like the interpellate distance,
which is a sophisticated term to ensure that the images correspond to your eyes.
E1 Pro even has a wider field of view,
giving you the feeling of fixing a 171-inch screen right in front of your eyes.
Add a 120 Hz refresh rate, much less blur and much less flickering,
and you'll have some really impressive AR glasses.
They're like pocket projectors for your eyes.
You can also pre-order them now and I'll link them below.
Now, let's talk about smartphone accessories.
I love how companies are starting to bring MagSafe support
to an ever-increasing number of devices that are outside the Apple ecosystem
and ESR is doing wonders in this sector.
They had some fantastic things at their stand this year that I really liked.
First of all, there's the MagMouse,
which is the first wireless mouse in the world that can magnetically attach to anything.
You can even attach it to the back of your laptop.
And boom, it's always there when you need it.
It also has Bluetooth support, a built-in quick charge cable,
and it's available in a lot of different colors.
Oh, and the buttons are silent, which is a nice touch.
It's the perfect option if you always forget your mouse when you're out and about.
The next one is the second-generation Cryer Boost.
It's a MagSafe 3-in-1 battery charger that supports the new K2 Wireless as a recharge standard.
And the cool thing is the built-in cooling system.
It prevents the phone from overheating, so you get a faster and more efficient recharge.
This is the perfect option for your comforter,
because you can charge your phone, smartwatch and headphones all at once without having to manage a bunch of cables.
And finally, their classic Alolock hybrid custody for iPhone 16 is quite nice.
It has a cover to protect the camera control button.
It supports MagSafe, of course, and it even has a built-in cable.
And around the camera module, perfect for holding the phone while watching a video.
ESR has certainly brought its game with its MagSafe range this year.
I also really like what Shard has shown.
My new favorite product is that they are planning to release the ChargeGeek 300.
This thing is not just any battery pack.
It's a beast.
Like all ChargeGeek batteries, it has that fantastic transparent brick-shaped design and includes a serious power.
Among its three ports, it can charge up to 300 watts.
Yes, you heard right, 300.
The LED display on the side also provides you with all the information on the battery and the recharge you need.
And it has a capacity of 24,000 mAh, so it's made to last.
Razer has also launched some crazy concepts, and my favorite was Project Aerial.
Imagine this, a gaming chair with an integrated cooling and heating system.
Yes, you sit down and you can feel the fresh air blowing on your neck, arms and back, or hot air if you're cold.
It has this fantastic RGB strip that wraps around the back.
Obviously, it's Razer.
And the touch control panel allows you to switch from cooling to heating, or you can change the settings.
I tried it and let me tell you, the fresh air on my neck and on my back was the chef's kiss.
If it ever becomes a real product, I'll buy it right away.
Ok, this is not overpowering, but it's super comfortable.
The Flick Duo is an intelligent wall-mounted button that allows you to control your Smart Home devices with simple clicks or gestures.
For example, you can rotate your hand to adjust the brightness of the light or scroll to change the color.
But this is just the tip of the iceberg.
You can also control your music, volume and a lot of other things.
It's pretty useful.
The only downside is that it will cost $50, which seems a bit expensive to me.
But hey, if you're deeply interested in Smart Home stuff, it might be worth taking a look at it when it comes out later this year.
Now, this next one I bumped into as I was walking through the fair.
It's the gaming desk with a black light and it looks just like my desk standing in my office.
Em, in my office I have the Secret Lab Magnus Pro, but this new one with the black light has some fantastic updates.
First of all, there are the obvious RGB lights.
So original, but seriously, in person, the integrated lights on this desk really stand out, especially the angular lighting.
They give the desk a super elegant atmosphere.
You can even control the lights directly on the table, which is much better than the fragile bright stripe on my Secret Lab desk that comes off if you look at it the wrong way.
The black light is also completely made of metal.
It has a solid tray for cable management and comes with fantastic accessories like a knob to adjust the height of the desk.
If you're thinking about updating your setup, it might be worth taking a look at it.
Home appliances were also quite important at CES and TRIO.
They really gave it their all this year.
They are already the number one brand of fans and heaters in the United States, so I knew they would have some fantastic new technology to show.
And they didn't disappoint.
First of all, the Polyam 717S.
This fan follows you literally wherever you are sitting and has a temperature sensor that regulates the oscillation interval if there is more than one person in the room.
Pretty smart, right?
Then there's the Polyam 608S, which has a similar design but adds a customizable RGB lighting.
You can even synchronize it with your game console so that the fan adapts to your game.
They also introduced a new portable air conditioner, which is their most silent model so far.
And here's the best part. It discharges automatically.
So no more problems with the manual water discharge.
My absolute favorite was their new tower fan.
It's a fan and a heater in one.
With the simple press of a button, you can go from cold air to hot air without any problems.
It's such a fluid transition and it works wonderfully.
TRIO didn't stop at fans and air conditioners.
It also had some impressive kitchen gadgets.
The ChefMaker Lite is a compact air fryer and is powered by artificial intelligence,
makes online recipe replicas super easy,
has high-precision probes and makes you feel like you have a professional kitchen at home.
They were even making steaks for everyone to try.
And I won't lie, they were pretty delicious.
Oh, and for coffee lovers, they showed the barista machine.
This thing creates a shiny and silky microphone for art milk that looks like it came out of a luxury bar.
Really, the coffee they served was of top quality.
So it's pretty clear that TRIO has given their best this year
and their research and development team is primarily to embrace advanced technologies for future living spaces.
Now let's move on to Samsung.
They have shown some fantastic things, in particular their new Galaxy Book 5 range.
It's no surprise that artificial intelligence has been the main goal
and the updates they have added are actually quite useful.
The first feature is iSelect, which works just like Google's circle to search on Android.
Just look for something on the screen and it will look for it on the web.
It may not seem revolutionary, but I always use Circle of Search,
so having it on a laptop is quite convenient.
They have also added Photo Remaster, which uses artificial intelligence to improve the quality of your photos.
What I really love is Vision Booster, which modifies the contrast and colors of the display
so that you can see everything clearly, even in full sunlight.
And then there's the Galaxy Book 5360, which completely turns the screen upside down so you can use it like a tablet.
Overall, the entire range seems solid with some interesting features that will make everyday use much better.
If you have kids, the next one is quite interesting.
It's called Tablet Think Power.
It has a mirror that basically reflects the camera down
to allow your kids to put their homework or a book underneath to get help.
For example, if they are doing math homework,
it will check their calculations and tell them which ones are right or wrong.
Or if they indicate a word in a book, it will get the definition.
Sure, there are apps like Google Lens that can do similar things,
but this one seems much more interactive and fun for kids.
It's definitely a great learning tool.
And speaking of technology for kids, GAB also has an interesting approach.
They sell Samsung Galaxy devices at low prices for security reasons.
No browser, no heavy internet app and no third-party downloads.
Only the essentials like phone calls, messaging and a camera.
They even created their own music app that only has clean songs.
No slang or negative messages.
And even the Play Store is completely blocked.
The only way to get new apps is if a parent approves them
through an admin panel on their phone.
It's like a modern version of an old shell phone,
but with a lot more parental control.
Most of the normal Android features are blocked or removed,
giving kids a safer digital experience.
They even have a price range between $150 and $200.
And they also have a $150 smartwatch.
Honestly, it's not a bad way to give your kid a phone
while keeping their online world safe and protected.
Remember that crazy folding TV that costs about $200,000?
Well, I found something similar to the Chess, which is much more convenient.
Here's the Ximi Shand.
Technically, it's not a TV.
It's a 4K projector with a 100-inch ALR screen
that folds back into this elegant lower compartment.
The movement is super fluid and can even stop in the middle
to become a personalized dock.
Imagine this.
Now it's on the display.
Test songs if you're playing a song
or just a cozy walk if you want a little relaxed atmosphere.
It has everything.
The best part is that it doesn't cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Instead, it starts at $2,700, which is still quite expensive,
but it's not even close to $200,000.
And now my favorite thing at all at Chess.
The MCOM of a company called Osnap.
This is undoubtedly one of the most fantastic smartphone game controllers I've ever seen.
Here's how it works.
Magnetically attach your phone,
press the rear buttons and boom,
the screen comes out to reveal a gamepad.
It's like magic.
It also has folding handles that make it super comfortable to hold.
It's compact, fast to install,
absolutely perfect for gaming on mobile devices.
And here are my 15 favorite things about Chess 2025.
If you want to take a look at last year's list,
touch the video on the left.
Hey, if you like this list,
press the thumbs up button to show your support.
Finding these gems in those huge congress centers wasn't easy,
but it was absolutely worth it for you guys,
because we love you so much.
Thanks for staying until the end and see you next time.
K.O.
