Jennifer Lawrence wowed in white Dior at the NYC premiere of “No Hard Feelings.” She dished with “Extra’s” Tommy DiDario about why she wanted to do the project, after previously saying she wasn’t rushing to jump back into work. Jennifer, whose character goes on a series of bad dates in the comedy, also reflected on her own past awful dates. Plus, she spoke more about being down to reprise her “Hunger Games” role as Katniss Everdeen. “No Hard Feelings” is out June 22.

Nice to see you. You look gorgeous tonight.
Thank you.
You've been on a worldwide tour.
Tell me about how you put this look together and who you're wearing.
Well, I did not put this look together.
Jamie Mizrahi did, and then she put it on my body.
But this is Dior.
And the jewels...
I can't remember the name of the jewels.
They're beautiful. We love them.
Thank you.
You said before doing this movie that you weren't really looking to work.
You didn't want to work.
So what was it about this film that made you jump back in and say,
I need to do it?
It was the funniest script I had ever read.
And it just looked so fun.
And Gene is one of my long, longest friends.
So it just seemed like too funny and too fun of an opportunity to not.
I just wanted to run onto set as quickly as possible.
Well, I loved it.
And I love that your character went on a series of these terrible dates that kept going wrong.
So in your life, growing up in high school, did you ever go on an awful date?
I have a million.
Oh, I've been on lots of awful dates.
I was normally the reason why it was awful.
I was either laughing too hard at something or just being gross.
I don't know.
I was very socialized.
I didn't go to school.
So that was probably the reason why it didn't work out.
And last question, Hunger Games.
You said you would reprise your role as Katniss.
What do you want to see with her?
What do you want to see with that character if you were to slip into her shoes again?
Oh, God, I have no idea.
I mean, they just asked, would you ever?
And I was like, sure, yeah.
But I think the new films that are coming out are going to be great.
And I'm really excited to see them.
