Hello, I'm To.
Today, I prepared a video on how to make a bouquet.
Pink, pink, purple, purple. It's a feminine style, right?
Then let's make it together.
I'm going to trim the flowers before I make them.
First, I'm going to trim the hydrangea.
You need to clean up the leaves on the hydrangea.
That way, the water that will go to the flowers can go to the leaves and prevent the hydrangea from withering quickly.
The next material to organize is called stathis.
I prepared pink and light purple.
Stathis has a wide variety of colors.
There are different colors, so you can choose what you want and use it.
Stathis is one of my favorite flowers.
The reason is that the shape is almost the same before and after drying.
In other words, it's a flower that dries really well.
In the case of roses, if you dry it wrong, mold will form.
There are times when black powder falls from the inside of the rose.
Stathis rarely does that.
Now, let's organize Ranunculus.
You just need to remove the leaves from the bottom.
I prepared pink and white for Ranunculus.
You have to organize it like this in advance, but you can make it a little easier when you make a bouquet.
Now the flowers to be organized are Astromeria.
It's a plant from the Department of Aquatic Sciences.
Maybe that's why the flower's face looks like a white flower.
Clean up the leaves on the stem so you can make a bouquet.
Now, finally, clean up the lemon leaves.
Now that we're done, let's get started.
First, I'm going to make a bouquet of spirals.
Hold the hydrangea in the center and place it with Stathis.
If you place it in the order of left, right, left, right, you'll be able to place it a little more easily.
I'll try to arrange the colors so that they're mixed evenly.
This time, I'm going to put Ranunculus.
I'm going to spread it out between the hydrangeas so that Ranunculus can be placed in the middle of the petals.
It would be better to give a difference in height to make it look a little more natural, right?
Now, if you've put all the Ranunculus in like this, then I'll place the Astromeria.
Now, finally, I'm going to place the lemon leaves.
If there's only a flower, it'll look a little less natural, right?
The point is to place it so that the flowers and the grass can blend together.
I've arranged it overall, going around.
It looks much prettier with lemon leaves than with flowers, right?
Now, I've made the shape of a bouquet.
Cut the stem to the size of the bouquet.
I'll tie it tightly with the tie I've prepared.
There are people who tie it loosely in case the stem of the flower will be damaged.
Then the bouquet shape will be scattered quickly, so the point is to tie it as tightly as possible.
If you're really, really worried about the stem, you can tie it with scotch tape instead of a tie.
Now that we've made all the bouquets and spirals, let's get started with the packaging.
I'm going to start with the first step of packaging, water treatment.
Cut the transparent float paper into a square.
Put a kitchen towel in it.
Pour a little water into the kitchen towel.
Then put the bouquet on top of it, wrap it around the float paper, and water it.
At this point, the point is that the knot points should be the same.
In other words, when I made the bouquet, the knot point and when I wrapped it now, the knot point should be the same.
Tie it tightly so that the water doesn't leak.
This time, I'm going to wrap it with colored paper.
I'm going to place two colored paper diagonally and put one in the background.
Then fold it in half and make a frill to decorate the front.
Arrange the frills to make them look pretty.
I'll place it in front of the bouquet.
After placing it, I'll fix it with colored paper in the background.
Tie it tightly with a wire so that the colored paper doesn't come loose.
Next, I prepared pink floated paper for packaging.
Cut a piece of floated paper so that it can be the background.
Then I'll cut an additional piece of floated paper so that I can put one on the left and right.
Place the wrapping paper so that the left side can be covered.
Then I'll place the wrapping paper again so that the right side can be covered.
If you do this, the bouquet wrapping is over.
Next, I'm going to tie it with a purple ribbon.
The reason I chose a purple ribbon here is because there is purple in the color of the flower.
It will be a more natural and pretty color match.
Now, I made a bouquet today.
What do you think?
It's a beautiful bouquet of spring, isn't it?
It's quite difficult to go see cherry blossoms due to COVID-19, isn't it?
Instead of cherry blossom viewing, I hope you can do as much as you can with online flower viewing and teacher YouTube.
Let's all cheer up.
