SGA GOES OFF For CAREER-HIGH 54-PTS vs Jazz | January 22, 2025

He's been around the NBA a long time. He's been producing for a long time. As Shea goes right at him. Falling away and banks it in. You talk about... Caught Shea sprinting up the floor. Trying to back down the rookie. Isaiah Collier. Tough step back shot and that is SGA's sweet stroke. Brandon Carlson. This time SGA takes it himself right to the rink. In transition behind Luke was not going to slow him down. He's got the rebound. Pick up the loose change. That was a loose change situation. How about this? The steal. Caruso. Pick the puck into the rookie and it leaves Shea. Still trying to run a little bit of clock. Lipowski picks him up. One footed shot. It's a tough one. And Shea makes it look easy. Now SGA with George. Not a good defender. Nice fade away. Now Shea. Back to back. Buckets in the middle. It's all this game. Midway through the second quarter. Coming back and tying the game at 50. But not for long. SGA can get right to his spot. Final shot time. First half. Shea. Mismatch. Hesitation on Sexton. Pulls up and SGA again. Identical spot right there on the sideline. Cut from Shea. Kick out. Dork. That three is good. Get off the floor. And finish. But there's Shea on the step back three. With some quick offense. Shea. Spinning. Got fouled by Mahaluk. And flips it up and in with a little scoop. He's going to the line for a three point play. And you know the key to that play was how quickly the thundering. The team got the dream shake. Caruso and SGA right there for the put back and the offensive rebound. Caruso. Was able to shake that off. That's what they've been. SGA on the step back. How about this. When you're feeling it, folks. I don't know if I can call this in the zone. Because he's just playing ball. That's three straight plays. He's been able to make plays. Put a cherry on top. Little things like that. Like game winning things that you want to do. Shea. Fortunate that Karam's right back to him. And a second at the three. And just like that. He's got 17 points and 15 rebounds. Shea. Looking for 15. Witnessing. Caruso. That's close to five seconds. That is going to be a Utah turnover. The hit ahead. And Shea. Caruso.
