Dejounte Murray Highlights vs. Dallas Mavericks 1/29/25

Got three blocks. Pell's already had five assists on six makes. That was six assists in the entire first half. What a take. DeJounte, great first step. Man, that was a blast. He was gone. He scored the double figures in seven consecutive games. They're up by six now on the three-point play. You want the ball to continue to move. DeJounte, baseline, good luck. A little space on Washington. Crunch it back. That's not his guy, but you have to guard two for a moment. They've got 11 turnovers now. Trey shares it. DeJounte beats Kyrie on the run. Nice take. He spins for a layup. And, yeah, didn't get it that time, but got a good look, didn't he? Trey on the lob. Why not? Got it, Trey. He got it. He windmilled that one. Hey, it's easy. Shares it nicely. DeJounte, great look. Got the triple. That's the benefit of kicking the ball ahead to a guy with the point guard skill set, right? Understanding. Halfway through the third. Fouls by four. Led by six at the break. Dinwiddie gave it away. He wanted to scoop it inside. That was a different thought anyway. DeJounte picked either way. He's got the mid-range. Makes the most of it. Seven-point game. Sometimes a change of scenery will do wonders for guys. Two-point game. DeJounte tees it up. Finally, because they've had some good looks from Beyond the Arts. Five-point game. He's fourth in the league in field goal percentage to begin with. Mid-range. They walked away. DeJounte put him to sleep. Kyrie Irving attaches two to him. He gets rid of the basketball and allows his teammates to play. DeJounte with the mid-range. Tough part is you're trading twos for threes now. They're going to let him have a two, but you got to make it. Get it back out. Wide open three. DeJounte. Yes! 15.9 to play. One possession game. He flips his basketball back up and scores. It's still a two-possession game. What he does, he gets his basketball and he kicks it out to DeJounte Murray for three. Now he makes that. It makes it a one-possession game. Excellent recognition by Zeke. He's got seven assists, and it says seven on the board. Twenty-nine points.
