It's a gorgeous day today, today is already like February, so it's almost late winter
and spring is just around the corner.
Today let's do a garden tour, let's start here.
Here we have some of these beautiful flowers on the same planter where we have the blueberries.
And then here we have some spinach, this is a butterbolt, some spinach, here we have some
like sugar snap peas, these are sugar snap peas, and then we have the lemon tree here.
This is the calamansi or calamondin, beautiful sky.
This is the fig tree, which is leafless right now, I need to prune this, and that is a pear
tree, Andrew pear.
And then here we have our raised garden beds, we have some leafy greens here, Asian greens,
we have bok choy, tatsoi, and purple pak choy.
Over there we have more leafy greens, arugula, collard greens, and then mustard greens.
And then here we have our lettuces, I need to add more lettuce, so this is what we have
for now.
And this variety, I think there are like three varieties here.
And then this is our grapevine, which is also like dormant right now, it goes all the way
to there, and then all the way to the other side, I need to prune this too.
And then this is a blueberry bush, which is about to, oh actually it's started flowering,
I need to fix that, it's starting to flower.
Look at the leaves, beautiful red.
This is nagami kumquat, it has a lot of fruits, let's walk around it, you see all the fruits.
And then this is satsuma mandarin, this is fennel, there will be a lot of fennels in
our future, since there are a lot of seeds here.
And then this is yuzu lemon, like super ripe, I haven't harvested them.
And then here we have valencia orange, this is a valencia orange tree, look at the fruits,
we just had like five last night, I sliced five of them.
And then this is another grapevine.
A garden hose is one of my garden essentials, so this is a heavy duty garden hose from Atlantic,
this is made of three layers, the outer layer is kink resistant and abrasion resistant,
the middle layer is made of Kevlar, which protects the hose from bursting, and then
the inner layer is lead free tube, this is lighter than most hoses and very durable and
flexible, and this is made of solid brass, which is rust resistant and leak proof.
This will connect to the faucet and to like the nozzle securely, again this is made of
solid brass, this is anti kink and it's not going to like this.
This can expand up to like 350 psi, link is down below if you are interested.
This is a blueberry grapevine, I love the like fruits here, they are more of like raisins
for the birds, birds love them.
And then this is our citrus salad, where we have, oh there's a
grape stuck so there, oh look at that, look at those fruits.
So this, we have this six citrus varieties in one tree.
So this is, this like branch is also like an orange, we have two oranges here.
And this is the laurel plant that I mentioned in the previous vlog.
It started like this, once we look at how like tall right now.
And then this is a nectarine tree, which is also dormant right now.
This is basil, and then over there we have plum, this is a plum tree.
This is a, another calamundin, a variegated calamundin.
Oh that's a mockingbird, oh it's like, let's pick some like fruits while we're here.
So this is a, oh my god it's so fragrant too, a variegated calamundin tree.
So those are the plants on this side, look at this basil.
Oh here we have, here we have oregano, this is oregano, we have also mint somewhere there.
And then more fennel there.
Fennel is growing all over the place because of like the seeds that are like blown by the wind.
Oh this is my favorite herb actually, this is the lemon verbena.
So that's the, the valencia orange, beautiful valencia orange tree.
Look at the fruits, and then yuzu that I forgot to harvest.
We're just going back to where we were earlier.
And then the beautiful conqua tree on the raised garden that's over there.
So this is the calamundin tree, this is still like a, I need to prune this, the fig tree.
And then this is, this is lavender, this is going to bloom soon.
And then there's just a lot of calamundin on the floor.
This is mint, this is taro on, on the one and two garden grow bags.
And then this is tarragon, that's onion.
This is red bean soil, this is chive, and sage, and then rue, and then another taro there.
And this, we have more, more sugar snap peas here.
And then here we have citronelle, and then this is lavender.
And we have roses here, that is Mexican sage.
We have another blueberry here, that is more of semi-dormant right now,
but there are like some flowers here.
And then that, this is another lemon tree.
This is geranium, that is rosemary.
And then let's go to the other side.
So this is Mexican sage, I don't know what this one is, I can't remember.
And then we have roses here.
And then those are like, that is orange trumpet, that is moringa.
This is, this is actually like not dormant, the leaves are here.
This is boysenberry.
And then here we have, I need to pull this, this is like a huge and very tall rose bush,
taller than the house actually.
And then over there is a donut peach tree.
This is a, also dormant.
There are still like leaves from like last season.
This is a nectar plum, across between nectarine and plum.
We need to prune this too.
And this is, this is red lips.
Flower looks like lips.
And then moving on to this side.
This is where I plant beans and like winged beans and stuff and cucumber.
Actually there's still one cucumber left here.
So then this is the other lemon tree.
This is raspberry.
I, I, I plant the raspberries, blueberries, boysenberries on a pot
because they are very, very invasive.
The roots can like shoot up like two, like five meters away.
So your garden will be invaded by like, if you have a smaller, a smaller garden like ours,
it will be invaded by the, those like berries.
These are broccolis.
And then over there we have the purple ossoca mustard.
This is the lemon tree.
Look at all the lemons.
Look at our flowers over there.
They're beautiful.
This is a red baron peach.
This is a, this is a red baron peach tree.
This is going to bloom around March, like pink blooms.
So red baron peach tree.
We have strawberries here.
And then this is apricot.
And then we have another blueberry bush here.
And then this is pear, Asian pear.
And then the lemon tree here.
And then, one second, this is our barbecue grill.
I have to duck.
This is, this is cherry moja.
And then over there is a cherry tree.
This one is a cherry tree.
