FULL Playoff Highlights | 2025 Bapco Energies Bahrain Championship

Well, here we go, he's a little warm up on the range anticipation. I've seen the shock of horror on his face He can disbelief when Pablo missed that putt. I don't think he expected it It looks like he's got the little three without was a little hybrid in the hand I see looks like three with Johnny to me. Yeah, I think maybe just the hybrid funny enough Yeah, it's down the breeze cooling off a little bit later in the day shadows getting longer. I'm with you though Well, he should have at that pin. They should have changed it already. I reckon Find the fairway Yeah, that looks fairly good track man following the flight of that ball perfect Just got to shake off that little part miss here on 18 He's coming to this bluff with different mindset as the other two other two would be so happy to be here Come on, Pablo. Just same as Laurie three would in hand Just get in the fairway Gives up a chance of the making a birdie That is in the water I think guys that's pitch on the rocks Disappeared into the water. So I said before this new teas a longer carrot that right and He's been Suckered in by that carry up the right-hand side Sad to see now down Brian Like you said boxy I'm with you He's probably the hottest man coming off that nice finish that he had that little run at the end He's feeling super confident, you know upon the right This swings a thing of beauty really is got a great temperament. So he's got the same club as Laurie Well heading towards the wasteland Yeah, I think you're right Looks like it's advantage can't up off the tee that Have a look here at They definitely bounce. I saw the bounce I think it's well, I don't actually know where the line is, but it it looked like it pitched at least a foot or two up Yeah, so more importantly for him It needs to cross because you probably need to go up and down to have a chance because he will be playing three Otherwise, he's almost back on the tee Yeah, it's just turning into a rather rather ugly 15 20 minutes or so, isn't it for Lara fable Many probably wishes he hadn't suggested the T go further right right now So Dan Brown, he needs a decent lie down that left-hand side. Remember Lara thermal penalty error. We taking it a drop So he'd be playing three Another look Pablo's tee shot Let's see where this Work out where it's crossed All depends where the line is It's definitely pitched on grass. But if the line is a couple of feet up, it's probably struggling Well, the red line looks like it's only six or eight inches on the grass so I think it's really close, but You'd have to say it probably has crossed Really close Well, it's got the chief referee with him Being okay Standing on that 18th tee So that level will drop he'll be playing three Just got to Get back on this make four Pray for some no-one else better three, but he's done the hard work all day Come on, dig deep make four from here Yeah, it's got a little bit of a lie. So a little bit of control on this. This will have to run up this tier Windows pretty small Through the slopes Look at that How good Is Pablo when he needs to be How about that for digging deep? My word guys what a golf shot that was that's unbelievable flown it all the way and stopped it on a sixpence lies good Really whipped his hands through the ball get the ball up in the air And we've seen him make a hole in one earlier this week as well just just anger anger in that one six five Laurie Canton nine iron And he find the little plateau brilliant Beautiful shot this is exhibition stuff now What a shot and Brian now up against the lip of the bunker just nestled down a bit nine iron and had 159 got a clip this like you wouldn't believe He is on All caught it heavy Yeah pressure was on there wasn't it to get the flight to try and get there left it in pretty Certainly the second hardest place to be long is the worst Two shot to blame for Dan Brown Which is unbelievable They may well have to hold that to stay in this playoff because the advantage is with that man there after this shot here Yeah, I think it was a nine iron John said All over the tin look at this one bounce up that little slope at the back and that bit of action there Confidence to have a go at it must have had a good number It went at it pretty hard It's a lovely feeling when you get up there, and you know the numbers pretty good because you you can't take did I these boys? Are so good Not many better to the green than Lori Cantor You know is he marching to a second DP World Tour title It's 35 now as me Laurie Cantor Everyone's known for quite a while now that he's got plenty of game It was just about the level of belief that he had in himself and that seems to have grown over the last Few months got the breakthrough victory made in the winning GB and I team at the team Can't play nicely didn't he at the hero Dubai desert classic? In fact, he's had a couple of chances to win Rolex series tournaments has Laurie Wow What a grand finale this is In front of everyone some stellar shots in there. Well all to do Damn, Brian pretty lie in the bunker. He knows what he's got to do. He's just there about Three four feet pretty straight putt probably just outside him Breathing down his neck He's gonna have to pull off a wonder shot here And it's one of those lengthy ones. He's got to be bold and brave. He goes low He's got the tear to contend with to fly it all the way to the back fringe back it up Like Laurie did for you to generate a bit more spin out of a lie like this if he nips it perfectly Gives you a good view from side on there. Just how steep that slope is short of this Flagstick to hold it really he wants to go up up that slope at the back and come back. I think Have some some shot nonetheless there from down Brian that wasn't easy To do here is for counter We'll have a putt for a birdie and a win It's all mind games now, Dom Yeah, I wonder how much the team Cup plays part of this for Laurie cancer because he's in a very much a match play situation And he's had three days at it He needs to just ignore the fact that the other two have got putts and just focus on actually holding his and not hoping Someone's gonna miss which is the main match play Mindset Johnny Well, you know, I remember the magnificent 70 on her by steriles, you know He used to give a look to me when he older part He'd know that you had a couple of feet to go and he'd just give you a horrible little lovely stare Just saying it ain't over yet sunshine And Dan slots this one then I won't be surprised you have a little look at Laurie and says, uh-huh That's made that fall for a look a little bit longer Pretty straight putt up the hill no prizes for being short dent the back of the hole. Come on Pablo just has to hold this Down the hill was pretty hard one to breeze coming through the shadows there as a setting Sun goes behind that building. Oh I've seen it's pretty straight Maybe a hair right to left but like Moxie said if this goes in you can see the old Spanish fish pump come out. No Issue about that make Laurie's part another foot or two longer Simply this has to go in they have any chance Going left the pendulum has just swung towards Laurie canter significantly What I guess much more simpler than this two parts from here, but it's just right a senator for the Somerset Local there from where I live proud moment for him and his friends back home He got his breakthrough win in Germany last summer Canter holds the parts and wins for the second time on the DP world tour He may have thought his chance had gone Lara fable finding the fairway in a regulation But the bogey from Lara fable Led to the playoff and what a beautiful nine-iron that was from Laurie canter Fully deserving of this victory.
