The Flex inline circular saw.
The one and only.
This is the only inline style circular saw on the market.
Flex is the first one to come out with this style and they are the only ones that have
this style of a saw.
Six and a half inch blade, no load speed of 5,500 RPMs, bevel capacity zero to 47 degrees.
Cut capacity at 90 degrees is two and nine sixteenths of an inch.
Cut capacity at 45 degrees is one and nine sixteenths of an inch.
Bare tool weight of 7.1 pounds.
On board tool storage for your blade.
Adjust where your dust is going to be blowing out.
To the left, in front of you, to the right of you, you know you can stop anywhere in
between as well.
Nice little rafter hook on the top of the handle.
Very nice magnesium shoe.
I'd like them to be colored in, but those bevel markings are quite visible.
Depth adjustment right here behind the handle.
Nice and smooth.
You have quarter inch, half inch, three quarter, and ply and two by material.
Very clearly marked and visible for you to see.
There are no positive stops from zero to 45 degrees, but to go to 47 degrees you have
to pull back this lever and now you can go full bevel.
Well let's see how this bad boy cuts.
We are using the flex included blade.
Let's see what a 45 degree bevel looks like.
This saw just seems so quiet to me.
I really want to see just how quiet it actually is.
We have the top tez decibel reader.
We're going to be putting it to max right here where the clamp is at.
Only about a foot and a half, maybe a foot away from where the saw is going to be cutting.
What does that say?
100 decibels.
Quieter than most impact drivers.
Did it get any louder?
100.7 decibels.
I've also been getting asked to test the db reading from about 20 feet away.
We're about 20 feet away right now.
Let's see how loud it is from across the room, in theory.
Looks like it didn't get any higher than 75 decibels.
It just now went up to 79 after I started talking over here.
All right, now we have two sheets of plywood.
I am really just impressed with this saw.
This is the first six and a half inch saw I have reviewed.
Everything else has been seven and a quarter, but it is light and the inline style makes it
extremely skinny.
You might like that, you might not like that.
I, on the other hand, love it.
This might just be the quietest saw I've ever had.
I love that you can direct which way you want to shoot your sawdust at.
You can also hook up a hose and just have it extract the whole time.
There you have it.
That is the Flex 24 volt inline circular saw.
Extremely smooth cutting through all this food.
Cutting through all this food, Caleb?
Seriously?
