Denis Shapovalov vs. Casper Ruud For The Title 🏆 | Dallas 2025 Final Highlights

Oh, wow, he's got that in his locker, Shapovalov. He was pretty sharp up to it, wasn't he? We said it yesterday, Jill. Slammed away with real authority. Well put away. Yeah, nicely done. Well done, Kasper Rudz. Oh, well, he went for the drop shot, which wasn't really the right choice in hindsight. Oh, that's great. There's a tie break we need. Shapovalov, fine up here. From Shapovalov, love the fact that he took the risk and threw in the serve in volley. Great pickup there and a really good shot from Rudz, but just kept his eye on the ball. Makes it. Shapovalov making his move. I mean, with how much that quality has gone up, it's amazing. There's still a 7-6 set. Yeah, we just won by a couple points. Dennis continuing to play big in Dallas. He's beaten the top seed this week. He's beaten the third seed this week. He's now a set up on the second seed. Nearly an hour for the first set. I mean, with how much that quality has gone up, it's amazing. Oh, he's got this. How did he get that angle so far back? It's all part of the racket. He gets it. Shapovalov on a tear here. There to put it away. That's well finished off. Yeah, just enough to underspin on it. There was so much space there. Oh, what's Rudz saying there? Double bounce. What a touch that is. He's apologizing a lot. He is. It keeps on going for the drop shot, Dennis, and it's working out. A little kiss on the net on the way through. Rudz has actually has decreased. Oh, probably because the quality of Shapovalov has just gotten higher. Oh, and safely as well. Arlov's responsibility to get this one over the line. What a volley that is. It was incredible. Dennis dazzles in Dallas. Everything is bigger in Texas. And Shapovalov claims the biggest title of his career so far. A first ATP 500 title for the Canadian. And he has done it in style as he takes down the top three seeds this week. Taylor Fritz, Tommy Paul and now Kasper Rudz. Lovely moments for Dennis Shapovalov and his team. you
