How to Make a Super Easy Patriotic Grapevine Wreath |Crafting with Hard Working Mom

[Music] okay all right so this is what I thought we would do something with so there's these These are really cute this is FH 80754 it's got all kinds of stuff on it I like it it's red white and blue okay and then some cute little pck thing this is why I really wanted to do it okay so they sent 4 in ribbon and this one is double-sided I like that one and then this one has little glittery things on it I like that I don't know if we're going to use these TW but we're for sure going to use this so what we're going to do we going to drop that in the floor Bella all right so we're going to take this okay we're going to dub tail it to hold it up cut towards the edge at an angle Oops I messed that up hold on all right there we go all right let's see I think I want to do this this is a round one but I kind of want to do it this way instead of this way it almost looks kind of like an oval but that's okay with me so what we're going to do is we're going to take it and we're going to pinch it right here yeah all right so we've got about 8 in tail here all right and then we're going to do like maybe a 6 inch Loop so I'm just going to pull the loop pinch it right there all right I'm going to do a second one pinch it right there I'm not twisting there all right now I want to twist this so it'll go down I'm going take a zip tie I'm also going to twist this piece so it comes up see there and then I'm going to take another zip tie okay maybe about there okay put it under here you could also do bind wire there we go get these Loops fluff out just going to run it through the grape vine tie it on I want this to go up there okay just like that okay now what we're going to do is we're going to do a nice Loop here so what I generally do is try to have about you know that length was that about 3 Ines about a good three inch okay I'm going to take another zip tie I'm tie this here that then going to do our tail oh about 10 in okay so there all right now we're going to take this and we're going to make another three Loop bow we'll do this one on here okay well I may do it in my hand because I would have to twist it well I don't know no yeah well some are facing one way and some are facing another way might be okay okay all right so we've got like a 12in tail okay just twist it okay let's do like 7 inch Loop okay another 7even inch Loop and then a third one okay turn that off our Dove tail pull it out okay there we go so I really wanted this to be all about this really big ribbon yeah it's okay without having to do anything okay cool all right there we go just like that okay we're just going to run it under the same area where we tied this off [Music] of course sometimes it's hard to hold on I can't really see what I'm doing okay there we go got it all right there this way okay this FL out again there we go all right oh yes I love it okay so I wanted to get that on first because that's kind of the bulk okay then sign and I wasn't sure if I was going to use the sign or not so it says um all gave some some gave all so we'll see we'll see if we're going to do that or not we're going to put some florals at the top and some florals at the bottom with some of the little pics that came with it so we're going to use these okay so FH 80754 and we're going to break it up so it has three little bundles here so we have two of them so we essentially have six little bundles and what I like is it has lots of different elements in it we're going to add more but I like this CU it has the red white and blue in it see it that pretty okay got all kinds of little Greenery I like it there's the second one I don't know what okay here we go so I spread it out you always want to spread it out otherwise one it's not going to look natural and two you're not gonna get the value out of it if you don't all right I want to use these ferns this actually came from uh Carolina Pottery come bad okay so this is 13353 GN it is 20 in 20 in plastic grass Bush looks more like a fern but I'll take their word for it okay I like this because I can spread it out has a couple little elements on it this one I can bend look at that I like that this one has mostly just ferns but you can see you can move them up and down that's my favorite okay we're going to put a little at the top okay spread it like that we're not going to put a whole lot at the top but we are going to put a little okay there I'm just kind of putting it right up under the bow okay do like three little pieces up here there see that pretty okay it was wanting to it's wanting to lay down hold on let me trim that off a little think I have too much in there that fold that up a little there we go now let's try there I definitely don't want it to lay flat I don't like it to lay flat that's why I like to get ones with the wire because if they start to lay flat then you can kind of move them around to get them to go which direction that you want apparently talking is not my thing right right now is what we needed all right so we're going to take this it one in here okay spread that out there we go and we're going to put one going up in this direction okay okay there we go kind of move it so that [Music] some up there that oh that's so cute look look at that can you see see how cute that is okay all right now now we're going to do the bottom I super like this I'll buy one or two of something and then I'll think why didn't I get like a whole bunch of that I really like this I'm G to have to go back and get more okay so now we're going to go under this [Music] bow we're going to kind of go up here and then down around a little bit okay I have to keep this number cuz I have to go back and get more of this that Carolina Pottery they have a um like a Rewards program now and so you can go over there and when you get stuff you just put your number in your phone number and then it keeps track of your rewards and then you get to you know use your rewards and take money off and stuff so that's awesome all right I want to use this one that has the fern right down here there perfect oh that's so pretty I like this a lot this one also has a little Fern you see how you can kind of twist the fern I like that I really like the colors on this it's like several different shades okay wow this one has a whole lot on it look at that it's like a double okay this one I'm going to put under underneath here and then I'm going to spread it out a little there we go so it'll kind of peek out from under I'm going to drop that sign y'all that's going to happen I better put it back here okay okay now we've got oops I think that was supposed to go with it we'll fix it okay now we've got these so we need to spread these out there okay under the bow it goes just kind of spread that out okay let's put one on this side over here right under that bow there that third one's going to go underneath okay hold on I think I need to tread that all right under here move it back I can see what I'm doing here there we go all right spr that out there we go all right now I want to put a little bit coming up in here okay so I have these two pieces put these in and I have this which is similar to that one it's not exactly the same but since they're not right up against each other it should be [Music] fine okay see how it has kind of a similar look okay oh that's cute I like that okay let's put this in that out okay this okay all right so when you're doing florals like this you always want to make sure that you hit underneath and inside because otherwise it's not going to look correct it's going to look off so definitely make sure that you're hitting all those areas I pulled out some of the bead grass that we all love but I don't think I'm going to use it okay so this is XS 9280 P9 thought this would be fun to put in okay thinking I want it to come I was thinking about having it come kind of out of the bow I thought that would be super cute yeah I like that okay trim this off a little more there we go tuck that down in there oh that's cute okay make sure that glue is in there we go look how cute that is okay this one m this is some serious wire right here I think what I want to do CU I want them to be together like the bottom one is okay so I'll just I'm just going to twist these around this one okay hey Johnny okay stick it down in there hold it down it's going to cover I'll just have to put another one all right I'm going to put a little glue over it it just you know kind of helps to just like a safeguard we can't use um any of those little zip tie things here in the south at least not here because they will fall off all right so we're going to use one of our lovely weaving needles [Music] all right so I like to use the bind wire when I'm doing this because then you can't really see even where I tied the sign on and I'll use extra so that I can kind of just make it a little bit more secure so it won't fall down it's just so easy to hide bind wire in a wreath like this that just makes it worthwhile to use it okay this way I don't have to worry about the sign coming loose these little needles are the best thing ever aren't they oh I love this oh this is so cute look at that you see the whole side with the ribbon oh that's pretty so did I put that side in a good place I think so I like that what y'all think see how you can see some of it underneath the the um bow down here and then from the side and you can see it has a nice line here and a nice line here I put it in the best spot sometimes I have to hang it up and look at it yeah it definitely needs to come down that's the only problem with um doing it on my table like this is sometimes it's hard to see where it should go okay Okay it definitely needs to go a little bit down I did get this Great Vine at um Hobby Lobby and I mostly got it there because it can be really hard to find good grap Vines so I picked one that was um let see this maybe yeah I picked one that was just slightly overal cuz I had an idea of what I wanted to do okay got that one let's do this one and I think we should be set there oh much better there we go okay all right bye y'all [Music]
