Forest Lake Trail in American Fork Canyon, Utah with the TheoBros. Due to a microphone error (I forgot to turn it back on) the majority of audio was lost, including a vlog about the most epic adventure of all time. I'll have to retell the story in another video.
Check this out ladies and gentle-tubers.
The bike...
...matches the pants, which match the jersey...
...which matches the helmet...
...which matches the man.
It's Brother Jai.
So awesome, man.
Oh, we're gonna go to AF Canyon. Are you excited?
Yay! Sweaty and excited!
That's like a familiar theme in my life.
What's up, YouTubers? It's Everide.
And, uh, due to some audio-technical difficulties...
...namely, I didn't turn on my mic.
You get a voiceover today, but that's awesome because the footage is still good, but...
...this is on the way up to American Fork Canyon with my brother and his friend, Adrian.
Uh, we were a troop of Suzuki's that day.
Adrian has a DRZ400S, and Jai was on his DR650.
And, uh, both of them are really capable motorcycles.
I, of course, was on the venerable Black Widow DRZ400E.
And, uh, this is always my favorite part of the ride.
Well, not always my favorite part of the ride, but...
...when it transitions to dirt, that's always a good sign.
Anyway, here we are just going through the canyon.
Uh, nice big drop off there to the right.
Certain death.
If you fall off it.
Lots of raging rivers of death.
In fact, uh, this is the same location we went for a video of the first Theo Bros adventure that we did.
Um, when I had the KLR, and Jai just barely got his DR650.
There's our little river crossing.
Sorry, the camera's kind of cruddy there, but, uh...
Now, this is the trail up to Forest Lake.
This is called Forest Lake Trail.
And, uh, right after you cross the river, it just pretty much grabs you by the face...
...and just starts punching right in the face the whole time.
Uh, it's just a really rocky, technical trail.
Um, kind of more suited for rock crawlers and things like that.
Uh, you can see there Adrian kind of took a sketchy line through the really burly stuff.
And I was the wuss and went to the ride.
Um, of course the GoPro's not going to show the real, you know, the magnitude of the rocks.
You see my front tire pop up there.
That's kind of more the typical thing there.
Now, obviously this looks a little bit different from, you know, the landscapes I usually ride in.
Now, this is up in the trees in northern Utah.
And I can't, I can't tell you how much I have missed those.
Uh, you know, it's great to ride in the desert, but riding through the pool and the trees...
Whoa, that's deep!
...big puddles. Yes, it was deep.
Uh, it's just incredible.
Right here, I was a total jerk and accidentally cut off both of them.
You just gotta go for it. Sorry, Jai!
Because I just kind of slid in.
Glad Jai didn't crash.
Sorry, man!
Did you hear him?
He said, it's all right, and he was laughing.
So, it was all right.
Anyway, just continuing up the trail.
Just more of that beautiful boom footage.
I don't understand.
You know, if Mr. Rojo Neck does this on his KLR, and I don't think he'd ever have done
this on a KLR 650.
Um, this part right here is really steep and, and, uh, you can't really see it on camera,
but right there was kind of a bump up.
And it just almost, it felt like it almost threw me over the bar, but, you know, more
just mashed my man parts.
Here we came over to see the lake, finally.
And I caught a little air there.
Nothing you can see because the camera was tilted up too far.
Ah, just, what a fun day.
Just doing a, you know, when you look in the water and it's only about...
Deep-ish!
Yeah, it's only about, you know, three inches deep, and then suddenly the mud is another
foot and a half.
Yeah, I'm just fooling around, and I almost hit Jay with the camera on the boom.
Demonstrating how steady it is when I can jump.
More good puddle action, and I was really hoping to get the suspension in this one,
because it's just such a masterpiece to watch.
There's the bottom again of Forest Lake Trail.
The whole thing lasts a long time, but obviously I didn't want to make this a huge video.
There's a nice deep water crossing.
Jay's showing off there, flying by the boom cam.
I wanted to impress you guys.
There's the sunset.
It seems like every time we go riding, we ride off into the sunset, and it's just absolutely
perfect.
But anyway guys, thanks for riding along with me, and let me know what you think about this
new outro.
We can't, we can't do it no more.
We can't do the show anymore.
