Perfect Layout/Plans For A Small House! Full House Tour!

Today, I have a new tour for you. Let's take a tour of this unit right here on top of my head. We are on the slope of a mountain. How cold. It's also cold out there. Record temperatures. Did you like my yellow jacket? Try to stay warm here. Let's take a look at this place. Welcome back to the channel, folks. We are at Out of Bounds Retreats in Banner Elk, North Carolina. And this is their Firefly Cabin. You can see that there is snow everywhere. The cabin stands out in the middle of the snow. And I apologize for the lack of external footage. So, I'm freezing and I can't wait to get in. But I'm here showing you this place, even in the snow. And it looks beautiful. But arriving at the property, we are here in the mountains. Beautiful views. And here we have a parking space for you. You will need a four-wheel drive vehicle here. But that only increases the fun. You can see that there is plenty of space in the converse. I can't wait to get in. So, let's go up and you enter the lower converse space. First. And there's a lot to do here. Swing bed here in this corner. This is a beautiful and perfect place. Especially in the summer. But you can see that there is snow everywhere. But you can enjoy the hydromassage bathtub in the snow. And with temperatures below zero. It's really hot and nice. And it's very good to have all this space in the converse covered. And here. We have a sauna unit. So, there are many things to do down here and enjoy. Let's turn around and climb these steps and enter the upper converse. And so, going up here. We have the beautiful cabin rising above us. It has two floors inside. I can't wait to show you this. Here on the right. We have a walkway that leads to a door that comes out of the room. We continue to the left. And you can see a path in the snow that leads to this bridge. And up here. Which is your bonfire. You can see that there are stones up there. Having these huge stones rising above you. Hanging here on the bonfire. It's so cool. This is such a beautiful property. Seven acres. And I didn't use the bonfire because I'm very cold. I'm not sure if I could light a bonfire now. But in the summer it would be amazing. You can see that there are string lights everywhere. And then we'll come back. You can see how big the cabin is. There are lights everywhere. The black coating is very beautiful. And so let's go through this front door and take a look. Entering. You can see that there is a lot of space here. The upper floor up there. We'll get there in a second. But this floor below has a lot to offer. If we turn left. This is your living room. Which is where we come in. Beautiful wooden floor. White walls. Here in the living room. We have a green sofa. It stands out very well. It's not that leather sofa we see all the time. So it's cool to see a green sofa. And here. We have a small dining room. Plus some seats. If necessary. Beautiful windows. Plugs and decoration. If we turn around. We have a fireplace mounted on that wall. Here are all my things and my snow shoes. And so on this wall. We have many windows to look at nature. Good natural lighting. And we'll keep turning around. We have the stairs. I like that little green decoration that goes along the stairs. And just the natural look of wood that gives space. It looks amazing. And it doesn't take up much space. And they managed to fit their kitchen down here. So. Passing under these steps and leaving the living room. We have a very large kitchen for space. Above. We have some floating shelves. They made some floating wooden shelves. Some dishes. There's a speaker up there. Plus some coffee supplements. If necessary. Below. We have a very long window that goes behind the counter. Like a backsplash. So. It's really cool to have a window there for lighting. Right here on the counter. We have a small air fryer. Below. We have the microwave. Plenty of storage space in the closets. Of course. The blue with the white looks good. In the middle. We have the sink. Don't look at my dish. I ate a little last night. I was doing this in this electric stove here. You can cook things. And I was having a coffee. That they have a machine right here. And one thing. Take a look at the coffee drawer. I don't usually show this. But look at this. The snack drawer. The coffee drawer. They have everything you need. So. It's really cool to have that. And the last thing here is the fridge. And for me. They left the cinnamon roll. I'm not sure if they do this for all guests. But it was delicious. And maybe you get a cinnamon roll if you stay here. Turning here. We have two doors. To check the first one on the left. There is a running door that leads to your bathroom. This bathroom has a lot of storage space. And it's very functional. Outside of this wall. We have a tile shower with a waterfall shower and a bathroom. This bathroom is very deep and may not look like it on camera. But it's a very cool glass wall there. We have the toilet next door. And then his comb. That they made a very cool wooden comb. And then your mirror. But one last thing here that I want to highlight is that the floor is the floor. This green brick is a heated floor. Now it's adjusted to 100 degrees. And I can feel it through my socks whenever I'm walking here. The floor is hot. I love to have the record cold temperatures here in Banner Elk. It's good to have a hot floor in the bathroom. But let's get out of it now. And this last door outside the kitchen is your room. Huge room. Look at the space you have in here. A king size bed in the middle. We can walk on both sides and they have headboards embedded in the walls. Two lights up there and many windows on all sides. If we look at the ceiling, I love the wooden coating up there. And then we come back here and we have the door that I mentioned before on the outside. Which takes the space of the deck and a TV and a bedside table. It's so cool to see a bedside table and an airbnb to keep your things. You can simply hide everything there. And then we have some clothes here on the left side too. And then one last thing here. A full body mirror. It's always good to see a full body mirror in an airbnb. So, guys, how are you? But very cool. So, in general, a good room for the room. Comfortable. But now we have one more space. Let's get out of here. We'll have a good view of the kitchen from here. And we'll go up the stairs and enter the loft. It's another study lounge room. It can be used as a second room. I believe the sofa can be used as a bed. You can even have a bed. Let's check it out when we get there. I don't know. I didn't check, but there's plenty of room to sit up here. This chair is where I spend most of my time, whenever I'm working on the computer and watching football. It's a very good chair to relax. The leather sofa, of course. Let's check. Let's check if it's a sofa bed. So you can put another bed up here if necessary. And all of this is in front of the TV. So, up here, compared to the floor below, this is definitely another living room. A meeting point. And it's very comfortable. I loved the wooden coating on top. And up here on this wall, we have a beautiful corner embedded right here next to these shelves. You can sit here, relax, enjoy the view from the window, the snow falling, read a book. Actually, they have several books here for you to read. There are bookshelves on both walls. And if we turn around, they have a guitar here for you, which is really cool. And then we have the view if you're sitting in the corner of this living room. A lot of space up here. And next to this sofa, I forgot to mention that they leave gymnastics equipment here. Yoga mat, some dumbbells, some foam and foam rolls. Just a few things you might need if you're exercising up here. And then one last thing I'm going to highlight are the lightbulbs up here too. They're covered in snow, so they're not letting in a lot of natural light now. But the lightbulbs are really cool. And then, of course, having these windows here is beautiful. The corridor. Let's go back down here with a view of the living room. And that's all here inside Firefly. So, that's all here in the Firefly unit.
