The Largest Master Bedroom I've Seen In A Mobile Home! 1999 Double Wide

boy you got a nice one here Donnie what are you doing today man we're down here at a undisclosed location we're looking for is a mobile home we put mobile homes on one acre lots we don't have any mobile home parts we don't do none of that stuff everybody ask is about that we put them on one acre lots and we don't put them side by side we buy one acre here we buy one acre there one acre there and we put them on these Lots so we've got a lot that's got a restriction on it that you have to have a double wide so we're looking for a double wide and uh I'm looking at this one yeah so there's a place near us here that uh lets you come look at their used mobile homes and they have a ton of them they're all over the place there's like 50 of them uh counting used the new I guess they also sell new ones and uh there's just stuff everywhere so anyway we come down here and look through them we've been filming videos people seem to enjoy it so we're going to look at this one then we're going to walk inside and try to figure out what year it is and all of that just so you can see uh different layouts of different homes how they've made them over the years it seems to me like they make like a dozen new layouts every year um they've got a they start off with a a rectangle and then they put the rooms in there in different places on all of them so we'll see how this one is um first thing I noticed about this one Donnie it looks pretty clean because of the white and the black trim and then it also has a black metal roof on it which would not be original somebody has added that but that's a heck of an addition if you're going to uh if you're going to work on the roof if you can get a metal roof on it you're done like that roof would probably last 40 years before it leaked um so that's pretty cool this be a long one too let's we'll walk around it first and then we'll hop up in it and see what the inside looks like somebody shot it with shotgun there pH yeah it's got some chipped up uh vinyl siding now the the reason it's missing on the end is because they had to take it apart to move it and uh to get to that seam they had to remove the siding whenever they get it where they're going they'll put the siding back or new siding and hopefully get something that pretty much matches this to where it will hide that first thing I noticed n is it's got the old style Windows on it yes um those aren't vinyl those are old aluminum windows and they're they're they're the two-frame type there's an outside window and an inside window does that mean it's going to be a mid 90s probably probably mid 90s on this one I don't know when they stopped using those what's your guess y'all y'all hit the pause button and guess what year this thing is MHM our our theory is is that this place will not sell one older than about a 95 because you have to have it just makes it more complicated if it's an older when there are laws in certain counties and stuff that oh we don't want nothing that old and uh you'll probably see why when we go into inside they just after a while these things start breaking down now we're not trying to talk bad about them or anything like that we're just showing you the reality um we have seen a few of them here at this place that were from the 90s but we still in good shape CPVC pipe yeah this pipe here is a nightmare the problem is it gets very brittle and just starts cracking now I would show you but I don't want to damage anything we don't we're not here to break anything or hurt anything there's a sliding door and a walk out door that's a little weird um but I don't know Don it could have been like that we'll find out oh you know what look how the look how the lights are see the see the porch lights or not the porch lights the uh outside lights they're both trimmed in if they were going to add one of those doors would have would they have went through the trouble to add that light as well and and wire it probably not it's probably original both glass doors is busted on the outside there's only one pane left yeah I think they move this thing in the cold conditions mhm that would make that siding like look at this see how it's broke there yeah I think they did that in transport the damn thing just moving it just moving it shattered it that's completely possible if it's real cold like see there all that's busted if it's real cold that stuff will bust if you just look at got it wrong yeah it gets more brittle that pipe though does the same thing that pipe is as brittle as that yeah that pipe is bad so if you're running water through it and no nobody's touching it you're probably all right but if a faucet moves a little bit or they move it down the road for instance because they're delivering it to you that stuff could snap in half and then once it snaps in half it's hard to get a new fitting on it because it'll snap whenever you try to cut it and all that you know right there they done put a they done unioned it right there and went all the way across the trailer with it yeah so they've been working on it already but anyway so but that was pretty common in all types of houses there for a little while yep even uh even stick Built Homes and see PVC they use it because it holds hot water they say just regular SE uh PVC does not use hot hot water well not handle hot water okay all right so uh we'll hop up in it and see what the inside looks like but this is a pretty good look at the outside this place sells these and uh we'll bring it to you and set it up they are not cheap though they're probably this house is uh 50 minimum probably $50,000 they want for this house which sounds crazy but it's just the market that people are in right now personally I would not pay $50,000 for it but that's they're getting it they're financing it you know that is a minimum for the house that's not moving it that's not setting it up that's not the land that's not the water or even septic tank or repairs you're just buying a basically a trailer you know 50,000 weight sits right here and you pick it up so pretty wild so let's go inside and look and see what that will buy you anybody home we always check to see if anybody's in here make sure they don't come uh pop popping us um yeah so the door was kind of hard to open up there's some stuff going on there one of the issues is they don't have these really blocked up like they do when you move it to where it's going so it could be that but a lot of times there's just issues um what is this this is the the living room it's an interesting floor plan there's a room over here I guess is a bedroom and then there's the kitchen in there and the dining room in there and then there's a hall closet kind of there in the middle it's kind of an interesting layout I don't know what that smell is I don't know it's choking me up it's must yeah it's kind of musty it doesn't smell like roaches or it doesn't smell like mice not mice uh cats or dogs it's just kind of musty smelling someone asked this on one of our previous videos what do roaches smell like if you don't know you don't know but if you ever get in a place that is just full of roaches there is a smell it kind of smells like dirt is one way to put it um it's a smell of its own yeah all right so this is the living room I'm going to check out this room since we're here we usually go to the master bedroom first but we're here so we'll check out this o maybe this is the master bedroom this is the master bedroom seriously ah well it worked out huh I forgot we weren't at the end of the mobile all right so yeah this is the master bedroom that makes sense so it's this whole end of the house this is actually a huge master bedroom probably the biggest I've ever seen what uh what year you think this thing is I'm going to go with what we usually go with 95 or 96 I don't think what do y'all think I don't think they would have them um older than that okay so they have a full size freezer in here we don't know what's in it we're not going to know what's in it we're going to leave it alone turn in front of you I can't read that there's a date on the flooring 99 August 23rd 1999 the flooring was made okay so this big huge area of the uh bedroom this is kind of weird that they've got two it's like two rooms together um that would be traditionally the master bedroom you wouldn't have all this but we're way over here um where they even had a full size freezer so what 8 16 another at least another eight there yeah so it's about 24 ft long from here to that wall over there so just pretty pretty impressive for a a master bedroom in a mobile home uh walk-in closet that they have kind of just cut out of this corner over here 24 interesting that's 16 right across that larger area there mhm and then one thing we've been noticing lately is that a lot of these Garden tubs in these mobile homes had mirrors around the garden tub all way around that is crazy um on this one it's not all the way around just on that one side don't pan to the right there's Ro all right I always have Donnie look first there's AE over there pretty bad there are two sinks now this one's for the women right and this one's for the guys do I have that right Donnie yes the small one's for the women yep the big one's for the guys that's for the ladies and then this one is for the guys so he has a place to put his razor yep okay and this is the garden tub the huge mirror there is also a mirror over here and then there is also a mirror over here I can't show the bath the toilet um and then yeah there was a toilet over this way and there is a walk in shower so Walkin shower plus the huge Garden to Donnie I think we made a mistake what I said that this big one was for the guy to put his razor on y but it's laying right there in the floor I noticed that so it's probably over there for that okay maybe that's the guy maybe maybe the guy gets the small one maybe probably unless he's a uh well I won't get into all that I was going to say metrosexual but people get mad like you're you're you're you know judging them I'm not judging anybody I'm just saying if you're if you're manicured you might want the bigger thing stand right here and point at that step there we'll show you how good these things are made look at yeah so you have to join them together people whenever you get you got to get the screws on basically whenever they put it on location they will put peers under it and get everything lined up and it will butt up and they'll have straps that hold it together and all of that you can see we got issues you know all right so yeah that's the master bedroom it's huge it's big the master bedroom is bigger than the living room what side this side or that side let's go in the dining room is that the dining room I believe so let's look in the the hall closet here ah it's a little shorty huh mhm so we know that that there's must be something on the back of that all right now here is the dining room come on put the flooring down just Ro yeah they put the flooring in the weird way you're not supposed to stop at the seams folks you're supposed to stagger him a little bit but you know whatever it's not my home look at the the chandelier D's about to hit his head on I guess that came with it probably this dining room is as big as a lot of the uh living rooms are in them big old room it's twice size I mean this would be this was probably a pretty high-end mobile home at its time 1999 ah they got one it's got a graceand window you know that's my favorite people um that wall is falling apart is it this one is that what's yeah that's very crooked one of them's real big it could be again the way it's sitting right now cuz they haven't blocked it up but I doubt it um this is another living room so I don't know what's going on with that I still don't understand that the kitchen is freaking huge kitchen is huge what's going on with the cabinets are have we found cabinets that are usable no we haven't no look at that look at smile oh good lord why it might be designed like ain't no way oh yeah look at the doors holy crap look at the doors folks so they're just falling apart Donnie don't open them okay they might fall apart this all food still in it all these here are new these are like oak cabinets okay yeah that's what I was thinking like why uh these are all oak cabinets so they replaced the bottom ones yeah these as well the bottom ones have been replaced at some time when they put in that new countertop and they got on to us for what we did look at that yeah yeah people we don't want to hear no crap about uh covering up the cabinets I mean look what they did here come on now people okay refrigerator obviously would go there all right Donnie show us the pantry yep if something if something comes running out it's going to get me he's going to be behind the door good Lord what's in the jar I think that was jalapenos ain't for me how much do e want h no I don't want you to eat one cuz then if something happens I got to take you to the hospital no I'm talking about you eating one I iin ain't no way in hell I'm eating one okay so we we decided that was the living room and so this is the den this is what I don't understand I I never get that they're right next to each other why why would you have two rooms I mean I get the kids are watching something in one room and you're watching something in the other room but I this close together you can't watch two damn TVs yeah I don't I don't get that shut up in there keep it down I'm trying to watch my video that don't work yeah I I'm trying to watch my brother Donnie on this thing shut up y'all yeah you're trying to watch my brother Donnie's YouTube channel um but I have seen several of them like that well is there a table hook up in here somewhere I don't see one one there one in there I mean there's a fireplace so obviously maybe they had Bluetooth notice how they did the flooring though they said I like how they did to hell with the cheese let me out of the Trap whenever they got over there to the fireplace they decided that a 45 they weren't what I would deal with I like this yep fill that in there I mean I don't know folks I mean I don't I hate to just criticize people this is a nice house hey I'll tell you the ceiling a seen a whole one it yet have we seen a roach infestation yet uh yes we did okay so it had a roach infestation these walls a lot of times have been Donnie you think this is a repo cuz it's that color that they paint everything but then it it it's old paint this place that we're we're looking at they they sell these that might be and they paint them this weird brown color this brownish gray color this mauve is it Mau I think Mau might be the name they paint them this ugly ass pin color just to kind of get them all one color and then sell them but this one has been painted like that and then they got it back so it may be a repossession they they they typically U Finance huh they're waiting on paperwork yeah let's go live that is different the no Li towel down split right there that side of oh yeah the wall is external to the split that's kind of interesting M uh a lot of wood replaced here MH and look it's under the wall so they have redone that whole thing at one point and keep in mind on the other side of that is probably going to be the bathroom that's probably right where the bathtub is I would guess when we go in there that bathtub is going to be sitting sideways hard wood coming up from in there yeah so they have built these walls look they don't even go all the way up so it's pretty common in these you see them where they kind of Jigsaw them back together and like all this all this can be fixed people that's nothing really you just this dry wall that can easily be replaced so this is bedroom number two we're looking at a pretty big one here I think let's look in the bathroom Donnie I send Donnie in first so he can see uh what's video some things you don't want a video yep so the bathroom is back there behind the closet that's actually a nice setup I like whenever they do that cuz it gives you all kinds of room you got all kinds of room in this bathroom now not that you really need it but I don't like how they did you see see the light on the floor there think think about Heating and Cooling that thing um toilet here you don't like how they did the backsplash yeah look how they sink it together there oh that yeah yeah well you know 4T is a thing yeah but I would have bought 12T and someone has put a huge mirror on it and there's a little sticker up there at the top that was probably the price tag where they got it at a thrift store or something y That's what I would guess that's probably to a uh that's probably to an old dresser yeah it looks like it goes on some weird dresser or something that's all right um so yeah big old bathroom huge I think it' be a bedroom yeah it's this one's almost as big as the master bath in the uh in the in the master bedroom all right so this is bedroom number three with a nice big closet now think about this that closet sticks out that way so there must be something else back that way still that we haven't got to woo go down I don't know did we mention it in this video yet Donnie so the reason that we aim the camera down a lot people keep getting on us about that is because you literally can fall through the floor show them what you're doing there look at that that's a plywood now that's plywood so the plywood's not going to break but if this stuff is wet you go right through it so you really got to kind of watch where you're walking in our houses when we've got to replace flooor we'll put a 2x4 from this brace to this brace in this cut here both sides where you support that it don't it don't bow like when when you have that up and they have replaced both of those pieces this is original and those have been replaced whenever they replace that if they would have just nailed a 2x4 right there at the seam it wouldn't do that or 2 by two or anything another piece of plywood underneath it would stop it from doing that but but since they didn't every time someone has walked in this room that floor is sunk a little bit and that'll break the wood too and it scares you when you step on and start to go down you think you're going through yeah so it's just something to look out for so that was bedroom number three and it keeps on going this is and we've already seen the bathroom this is just a huge huge double wide this is the laundry area people have been telling us that this area right here is for a freezer now keep in mind they had a freezer in the master bedroom they want to lock up their meat somebody just switched the panel up but it does have acirc in it yeah ACN heat and this is probably help water I would assume y uh washer dryer those are the vents from the top of the roof yeah for the uh fireplace in there yeah all right and we are back to bedroom number four and there's our other closet that we were trying to wonder what we had that's a big long one interesting uh-oh I see a little mold down there Donnie I've seen something in that other Closet in there too little something going on yeah a little everybody worries about that black mold they say but no look y y worried about mold me and Ronnie used to cut the mold off for cheese and eat it don't tell don't tell them that they'll think that we're that we're weird Everybody did it all right well there you go folks I hope you enjoyed walking through this one I think it's a I will say when they repaired the floor at least at some point they used plywood it looks like sometimes they used USB and sometimes they use plywood um that elusive creature that's well that's one that crawled in from outside um it's not in that bad a shape I've seen much worse much worse yeah they patched the ceiling at some point take this off when you go to P the ceiling and then put those back on over top yeah make it look a little obvious more here all right folks so this is a big old nice older double wide 1999 tell them n give
