Merry Christmas from Kids Fun TV!
So around this year, it's fun to think about
fun toys, and presents that you're thinking of,
but this video is dedicated about what the
true meaning of Christmas means.
This time of year there's lot of ornaments, and decorations.
If you look closely at 'em,
you'll find different symbols that represent Christ.
Some of them are obvious,
but some of them aren't as well known.
So this is Mary, Joseph, and the baby Jesus.
It represents the night when he was born in Bethlehem,
and he was born in a stable.
So that's why we celebrate Christmas.
The Christmas tree it
represent green for life in
the trees, and the grass.
The fields are all green,
and also how things can grow, and live.
It's an evergreen tree, and it is green all year long.
That reminds us that we can live with Christ
every single day of our lives.
And so if you look closely,
you can see that the shape of the tree is pointing up,
and that reminds us in the top of the tree,
that it's pointing up, and it reminds to remember
Heavenly Father, and Jesus Christ,
and it reminds us to say our prayers daily.
So the Merry Christmas represents "happy,"
and "Christ" right here,
and "day."
So, "Happy Christ Day."
So when we're saying "Merry Christmas"
that means we're saying, "Happy Christ Day."
So this is the candy cane.
So what is does is
the shepherds, they have a little cane to hold their
linen, and stuff, and they help the sheep.
And this little curve of the cane,
they stick it out, and grab the sheep with it,
and pull 'em in.
And like there's some shepherds who help the sheep,
and save them by doing that.
Well, Jesus Christ is the shepherd,
and he pulls in the sheep
for safety, it's just like he's pulling you in
for safety to get you more safe.
And then this stocking,
just like Santa fills our stockings,
Jesus fills our souls
with happiness, and joy, and life.
But if he didn't, then your life would just be all sad,
and gucky, and boring.
So the next one is Santa, he does lots of good to help,
he gives you presents under the tree,
he fills your stockings.
When you think of Santa, it can remind us of Jesus
just like Santa works hard, and serves others,
Jesus works hard,
and helps us a lot,
and serves us, He helps the poor, and yeah.
And we didn't have Jesus, or God
then we wouldn't be alive,
and we wouldn't even have a life.
I'm glad that Jesus,
and God made this world.
So, the star represents the star that was over baby Jesus,
it reminds us of the special star
that guided the three Wise Men to the baby Jesus.
Just like the Wise Men follow the star,
we could follow the light of Jesus to live with him again.
You might see presents under a tree,
but do you know what they represent?
They represent the three Wise Men that came
all across the way, and they brought him his present,
and the present inside the present
it was myrrh, frankincense, and gold.
Also when we see the gifts under the tree,
it can remind us of all the blessings,
and gifts Heavenly Father gave to us.
Like our lives, like our happiness,
like scriptures, like Church,
like the opportunity to live with Heavenly Father again,
and lots of cool things like that.
One of the decorations of Christmas time is snowflakes.
Do you know what snowflakes represent?
So every single snowflake is different,
and Heavenly Father took time
to make every snowflake individual.
If Heavenly Father took time,
and made every snowflake different,
then he took so much time to make all of us different.
We know the Heavenly Father loves us,
and created us one, by one,
and each one of us is special
in the eyes of Heavenly Father.
And you are special to Heavenly Father.
So one of the last,
the last thing that we wanna talk to you guys about today
were Christmas lights, right?
We see Christmas lights this time of year,
we see them on Christmas trees,
we see them on houses, we see them all over town, right?
But how can lights remind us of Christ?
Well, the scriptures tell us that Christ
is the light of the world, right?
So if we follow Christ, and we follow the light,
that will help us to get to closer to him also.
So because Jesus is the light,
and he is the light of the world,
so just like Jesus is the light of the world
for us, guess what?
Just like each one of these individual lights,
we could be a light of the world as well.
How can we do that?
We can do service for others,
we can love others, we could show kindness,
we could do lots of awesome things
to everybody around us,
and then we can also be a light in the world
to other people, right?
So we challenge all of you guys out there
this Christmas time to be a light.
We challenge you to spread love, and warmth,
and joy, and kindness.
We challenge you to love other people,
and to spread your light also.
And on behalf of Kids Fun TV, we just wanted to say,
Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas,
and a Happy New Year.
Woo! Go spread your light.
