New Construction Homes for Sale in Middletown, Delaware

I can't even believe that I'm saying this, but I think I just found the absolute deal of 2025 right here. If you are looking to move to Middletown, Delaware, I may have just found three homes that I don't even know if you could pass up. Hello, everyone. Welcome back to my channel. So like I just said, I have just found, I think, the absolute deal of 2025. Like it almost, I feel like I should call it a steal instead of a deal because I can't even believe this. This is insane. I may have just found you a four bedroom, three and a half bath home for under $675,000, which in Middletown, if you know that you've been shopping in Middletown, this is an absolute steal and it could get even better. There is a community called Copperleaf in Middletown and they are offering homes under, they are offering this particular home for under $675,000. So this particular home is listed for $674,415. It is a four bedroom, three and a half bath. It is 2,722 square feet. It is a two-story home, but it also has an unfinished basement, which in Middletown, in Apo School District, this is unheard of. And here's the thing, Lenar is also offering assistance with closing. So you can get closing cost assistance plus a steal, the steal on the price of this home. So let's take a look inside because I just don't think you're going to be able to pass this up. So it features a gourmet kitchen, a great room. You have your owner's suite, which if you have never been in a Lenar home, the owner's suites are huge. And it also has the owner's bathroom, which is also absolutely amazing. We have double sink vanities. You have a tile shower with glass, and then the toilet is in its own separate water closet. Absolutely huge walk-in closets. You also have what's known as a flex space, and this is directly off of the front door. So you could use it as an office. I've seen people use it as a playroom or a formal living area, or even just like a reading nook. I mean, there's so many different possibilities. And then also we have the dining room space as well. It does have its own separate office, which is normally tucked in the back of the home. So if you are someone that works from home or you both work from home, you could have two separate office spaces. We could use one as a hobby area. You could use the other one as another guest room if you wanted a guest room. I mean, there's many different possibilities. And then we also have a powder room on the first floor, which is nice, which means someone doesn't have to be using your bathroom. Bedroom number two, three, and four are all really good sizes. So if you have three children or you have two kids and you would like the other one for a guest room, or if mom and dad or maybe you're moving in with you, or just mom's moving in with you or dad's moving in with you, you will have that separate bedroom that you could use as a mother-in-law suite, essentially. The hall bath always features a tub and a shower combined. So no need to worry about that. The laundry room is on the second floor, so no needing to carry all of your laundry downstairs into the basement. And like I said, each bedroom is a wonderful size. And let's take a look at all the included features. So in the kitchen, we do have beveled cabinets. We have a garbage disposal, subway tile, backsplash. You have your vented microwave, or you could do a vented hood. You have soft closed drawers and cabinets and doors. You also have stainless steel appliances. This also includes refrigerator in some of the select homes. You have upgraded quartz countertops and an optional gourmet wall oven slash microwave. So let's just talk about the floor plan of this particular home. So this is what they call the Dalton model. So you're going to come into the front door. You have the foyer area. We have that flex space that we talked about. Your stairs are going to be to the left of the front door. You're going to walk through. You'll have your dining room area and then your great room. And that will also be off of the kitchen area. Your office is going to be tucked away off of the great room. The two-car garage is going to be to the right of the front door. And then you do have a mudroom area off of the garage. And then also you have a powder room right off of the mudroom, which then you would have to go through the mudroom to get to that back office. On the second floor, you will come up the stairs and you will have your owner's suite to the left of the stairs. You'll have a large size hallway. And off of the right of the stairs, you'll have bedroom number two with a bathroom connected to it. So like I said, if you have mom or dad living with you and they're okay with the stairs, you could put them in this second bedroom because they have a full bath connected to their bedroom. Your laundry room, like I said, is on the second floor. And that is located right between bedroom number two and three. Bedroom number four is right next to bedroom number three. And then that is that hallway bath right here. So for the owner's suite, you have a huge bathroom and then the huge walk-in closet, which then connects essentially, not connects, but like is right next to bedroom number four. For the unfinished basement, you do have a huge unfinished basement, which is the footprint of the first floor. So you could use this as an additional living space. If you are looking to get into the Apo School District, want to be in Middletown, Copper Leaf is located right near Back Creek. So you have the golf course right there. You are not very far away from what I consider downtown Middletown, where you're going to have the Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Sprouts, Hobby Lobby is coming. I would love to show it to you. Okay, so the next one that I think is an absolute steal is this other Lenar home. It is listed for $677,709. It is a four bedroom, two and a half bath. It is 2,803 square feet. It does have a three car garage. It has a downstairs office and a fireplace. So let's take a look at what this one looks like inside. Now I believe this one also does. Yes, it does. It has a large partially finished basement and a full bath that is ready for your personal touch. So if you are looking for a basement again, and you are looking for a bathroom in the basement, this might be the home for you. And the difference in price is literally insane because it's only like $3,000. So this one also has a gourmet kitchen. These pictures are basically going to be almost the same. So let's take a look at the floor plan because I really think that's going to help to be able to see. This particular model is called the Montgomery. So you're going to have a covered porch and then your foyer, which is going to open up to your dining room, which is going to be the left of the front door. To the right of the front door, we do have a powder room and it looks like you have like a bench area right here. So if you're coming in the front door, you'll be able to put like a little mud room type of thing right here. Instead of the stairs being to the left, they are going to be to the right. If you continue through the foyer, you're going to have your great room, which is absolutely huge. You'll have your kitchen with an island. Your sink will be in your island and you have enough room for about three barstools. You have a breakfast area, which I consider kind of like a sunroom almost. But if you are someone that works from home, like I said, you do have that office. It is going to be in the back part of the home right off of the kitchen. So you do have a two-car garage, but this one does have a three-car garage. You will have access right here, which you could also make this into a mud room as well. Going to the second floor, this is open below, which means you have a two-story foyer as you're walking in. So you have your stairs here. When you come up the stairs, you're going to have this big hallway. Your owner's suite sits in the back part of the home on the second floor. So then you'll also have your walk-in closet is going to be into the front of the house, like right above the garage. So you have your big laundry room and bathroom, and then you have your big owner's suite. Bedroom number four is going to be next to the owner's suite. Like I said, that one's listed for $677,709, which means that this is only $3,000 more essentially than the last one we just saw. And they're offering closing cost assistance. So I just, like I said, I can't pay it. I needed to be able to share these with you because my mind is blown that you could be in the Apo School District for this amount of money. And then we have the last one, which is a four bedroom, four and a half bath. It is 3,514 square feet. It is listed for $799,990. And this also, they are also offering closing cost assistance for this home as well. It has a large partially finished basement, once again. So let's take a look at the floor plan for this one. Okay, so when you come into the covered front porch, you're going to have the flex room, which is going to be to the left of the front door. Then you're going to have your dining room. You will keep walking. You'll have the stairs that go up to the upstairs. This is your garage area. You have a bathroom, which is your powder room. And you have coat closet here. This back here is a study. So I've seen people use it for an office. I've seen people use it as like a guest bedroom because it is pretty big. Now it doesn't have a closet, so it cannot be counted as a bedroom, but I mean, you could always consider it a guest bedroom. You could also, if you have mom and dad staying with you, could put them here. Now this is only a powder room, but in the future, you might be able to make this into a full bath. You might have to take some of this, but. Then you have your great room, which is located right off of the gourmet kitchen, which is absolutely huge. It has a huge island. It has stainless steel appliances. It may have the, it has the hood, and then it also has the microwave over the oven. Going to the second floor. The second floor features the owner's suite, which is in the back part of the home again. So it also is, it's huge. Like it's literally insane. You could probably fit like three beds in here. Then you have your huge bathroom, which then goes to your walk-in closet, which also is in the front of the home. Then you have, this actually overlooks the family room. So this is all open. So your, your ups, like, so your great room is actually a two-story great room. Then you have bedroom number two, which is going to be located right near the stairs. It also has a bathroom attached to it. Then we have bedroom number four, is going to be in the front of the home. And then bedroom number three will be in the back of the home. And that is a Jack and Jill bathroom. So they will share their bathroom. And then your laundry room will be right off of the stairs. I forgot to mention that. So the basement will be set up the same as the last one. So this would be finished and then your bathroom would be over here. And this one, this particular model is called the Aurora. And like I said, that one's only listed for $799,990. And they are helping with closing costs. So if you are looking to get into the Apo School District, I would definitely say that we should go check these out because this may be the absolute deal of a lifetime. To be in the Apo School District for under, if you pick the first one, under $675,000. If you pick the second one, just $3,000 more could get you essentially a couple hundred square feet more.
