So, Elizabeth Olsen, the Scarlet Witch herself, has quit social media.
Why, you might ask?
Well, she was bullied.
She was bullied off of social media due to the death of Chadwick Boseman
because she didn't make a lengthy post about him.
No, that intro was not sarcastic.
That's what happened.
Uh, Elizabeth Olsen was seen as part of, you know, the special they did.
And, of course, you know, she didn't say much.
She didn't make a social media post paying tribute or respects to Chadwick or anything like that.
And people automatically started going on her Instagram and harassing her in the comments.
Now, mind you, the last post she made was in, like, April.
And the post before that was, like, at the start of production of WandaVision, maybe?
Like, she posts a few times a year, if that.
And people went on there and started attacking her
and calling her out and calling her disgusting things
and calling her out on how she looks.
And, um, it was just nasty.
So, she deactivated her Instagram.
Now, um, let me just, uh, clarify this for everybody listening to this,
watching this, whatever you will.
Um, if your first reaction is because somebody passed away to attack somebody else
because they're not showing grief or writing out a giant paragraph or something
or because they remain quiet when other people are talking about them,
has it gone through your goddamn mind that somebody rationalizes and griefs differently than other people?
Has that gone through your mind?
Are you too stupid to understand this?
Are you just that, like, mentally not capable of understanding how people deal with certain things, right?
Like, when I had people that are close to me pass away,
I don't post about it on Facebook or anything or anything like that.
People don't even know because I don't talk to people. I don't tell anybody.
I just store it inside and I deal with it my own way.
I'll go play a video game or I'll go for, like, a 10, 20, 30-mile walk
I did a couple months ago when my grandmother passed away.
And everybody was like, why'd you do that? I was like, uh, just my own thing.
And they were like, oh my god, we didn't know because I rationalize differently with how I handle grief.
Okay, everybody does this. Everybody.
And what really disgusts me, some of the, like, screen grabs that people took of her Instagram
where people were calling her out for looking like a quote-unquote crackhead because she's skinny.
These same people that are upset and trying to harass her over not talking about Chadwick
are calling her a crackhead, which we can connect straight to the last picture we saw of him
where people were doing the same to him because he looked skinny.
Again, how stupid are you? Now, I get it.
This video is going to get a lot of dislikes and whatever and people are going to be really mad at me.
But am I not telling you the truth here?
You can't rationalize being like, well, somebody isn't writing a paragraph or talking about it or something like that.
So what we need to do is be righteous and go attack this person
and insult how they look and hope for their death in the honor of this other person.
Would Chadwick want this?
Would anybody want this? Is there any rational human being on the planet that thinks like this?
That thinks it's okay to be like, well, clearly somebody has passed away and this other person doesn't seem as affected.
Even though I don't know how they rationalize pain, maybe they just store it eternally.
What I need to do is go make them feel really bad about themselves and attack them and make fun of everything about them.
If that's your solution, you're dumb.
