hello guys
um
this is
yo
host Kimmy show
oh guys um this is my first life so
forgive me if there's a bit if there's
some roughness rough edges okay
um I decided to do this live today
um because
um
first
and we'll be in on YouTube now for close
to a year okay and um we've come this
far
okay and I've never done a knife never
seen the reason to do it okay I always
do shots like when I'm traveling and so
on but I have never been able to do a
life okay for whatever reason but then
recently
we change the name of the channel from
the commit foods to the cabin show okay
and I thought it was proper to let our
audience know that we're no longer
called
came with food but they keep it sure and
it was for two simple reasons one
there's a lot of traveling involved in
trying to Source food and presenting
good content and while you're doing that
you're learning other things about other
people's culture and lifestyle changes
that you know you could bring into the
food so we thought let's bring in
traveling let's bring in a little bit of
lifestyle changes into it all and here
we are
so we've got a new channel same same
food but now with a new name is a
chemist show and on this show going
forward we'll be discussing things like
travel
um things like food and spices like we
do before there will still be a lot of
cooking on this show translate because I
like cooking is my passion and there
will be a lot of discussions about
lifestyle changes things that are going
on if you see here I got the biggest
food soup mix okay most of you some of
you that follow me already know that
it's on
www.bakaskitchen.co.uk I'll leave that
in the description box so this is Obama
soup mix this is egusi soup mix it's all
been done really nice to accommodate
with your help with your health in mind
so it's all about Healthy Living so for
those of you who are on the
on the fast lane you don't have to shop
for all the bits and bits you need for a
good CP just need your stock your meat
of fish and voila you got one okay same
for the oregano there's another one for
the pepper soup as well so we're
beginning to bring in a lot of things
like different kind of oil for our
cooking that you'll be seeing us you
know as time goes on
um things like okra okay
bringing that a lot of vegetables
see and you will find that I'm looking
to start
replacing most of our proteins with fish
see so yes and this is all about
lifestyle change
eating well eating healthy plus the
travel that comes with it and also they
cook it so we're hoping that you will
continue to follow our Channel and you
continue to we we will continue to to to
Delight you with our content okay so
please guys don't forget
to like share subscribe the channel is
the commute food show I will continue to
bring you lots and lots of fun okay here
