Goldhofer makes heavy-duty and special vehicles for transporting large loads.
Their vehicles are designed to work in different regions and handle even the most difficult
transport jobs. In this video you can see their hydrostatic drive system moving a massive 580 ton
load. It's an impressive sight. Did you know that the Panther series low loader from Cat West track
moves heavy equipment with both power and ease? This special trailer can carry enormous loads
thanks to its strong frame and powerful hydraulics. It makes even the heaviest machines like bulldozers
and excavators seem weightless. Just imagine watching it smoothly lift and lower its platform
almost like a dancer on stage. The quad train is 185 feet long and includes a patented coupling
system that meets all safety and performance standards. When loaded it moves at 55 miles per
hour and when empty it speeds up to 162 miles per hour. The special design prevents tipping
making it one of the safest transport systems. It can carry up to 186,650 liters of diesel
with a payload of over 160,000 liters of mixed motor fuel and diesel products.
These powerful road trains use two engines to carry huge loads over long distances.
They transport up to 500 tons of materials from mines to processing plants cutting both time and
cost. With fewer trips needed companies save money and boost productivity. These road trains are a
game changer in the mining industry. Kübler Spedition transported large ship parts over land.
A ship arrived in Bavaria, Germany and needed to be moved in two sections the hull and the upper deck.
Massive cranes lifted the parts and special trucks carried them on highways.
The ship was 223 feet long, 32 feet wide and weighed 400 tons. Transporting such a large
structure was a major challenge but Kübler Spedition pulled it off. T. Scheuerle created
a unique transport system for long and heavy wind turbine blades. The setup includes a special
trailer that safely carries the massive blades to their destination. The system uses a combination
of axles and adapters to keep the load balanced ensuring a smooth and safe journey. Keeping
railway tracks clear in winter is crucial and that's where the HB 1100S snow plow comes in.
This high performance machine can remove up to 10,000 tons of snow per hour. Even in the
toughest weather it clears tracks quickly keeping trains running without delays. Have you ever
wondered how giant ships get on to land? The Marine Travel Lift 820C at Thea Shipyard in
Rotterdam can lift ships as easily as picking up a toy. With an 820 ton lifting capacity and a height
of 49 feet it handles even the biggest vessels with precision thanks to its powerful engine and
hydraulic controls. In 2018 Perkins STC faced a major challenge moving seven massive engines
each weighing 637,000 pounds over 61 miles in Michigan. This task took 18 months of planning
and over three weeks to complete. Imagine moving seven space rockets at once. Thanks to teamwork
and careful preparation the mission was a success. Belmare moved a 242 ton Yankee dryer over 220
yards in just seven nights. Their advanced transportation technology and precise planning
made the process smooth and efficient. This example shows how modern logistics can safely handle
even the heaviest loads while reducing costs and delays. Pollack's new 12-line ESS modular
trailer is designed for smooth and stable transport. Its electronic steering system
allows all axles to turn at the same time making it easier to navigate sharp corners.
This trailer improves transport efficiency and ensures safer more precise movement of heavy
loads. The DB-45 from Sleipner isn't just a trailer it's a machine built to conquer rough
terrain. It can carry equipment weighing up to 45 tons even in extreme temperatures ranging from
minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. This makes it perfect for tough
environments turning difficult jobs into easy tasks. Casa Grande hydromills are like superheroes
in construction. While regular bulldozers struggle with tough ground these machines handle it with
ease. They have two powerful gears that rotate at the bottom of the trench cutting through soil and
rock. At the same time they mix everything with bentonite slurry to make strong walls.
If you need a reliable machine for building deep foundations this is the one. Moving big
containers is no easy task but the Cont-Lift container mover from Nordic Bulkers AB does it
with precision and ease. Unlike cranes that take time to adjust this machine moves containers
quickly and smoothly. It reduces delays and makes loading and unloading as simple as a well
coordinated dance. A huge 450,000 pound machine used in oil and gas pipelines needed to be moved
50 miles inland in Ohio. The solution a 12 axle Goldhofer transport system from Buckingham Heavy
Transport. This advanced trailer helped distribute the weight evenly making the journey safe and
efficient while meeting all legal requirements. The Oshkosh M1070 is a heavy duty truck built to
carry tanks and military vehicles. It runs on a powerful 500 horsepower diesel engine with a
five-speed automatic transmission. With two fuel tanks holding a total of 947 liters it can reach
speeds of 81 kilometers per hour. It has space for a driver, a crew member and four passengers
meeting all U.S. Army armor requirements. The TV2SOS trailer is perfect for moving long or
heavy vehicles without needing a crane. It has an adjustable loading surface controlled by
hydraulic cylinders making it easy to load and unload. With a lifting capacity of 48 tons it's
ideal for transporting vehicles of all sizes. The Trail King trailer is designed for versatility.
It can be adjusted for different setups including a steerable 13 axle configuration or a jeep dolly.
Its new design improves turning ability and maneuvering in tight spaces.
It also features wireless manual operation and automatic leveling for stability.
In mining every drop of fuel counts and BAS Reexex is designed to maximize efficiency.
With a tight turning radius and the ability to handle steep climbs it moves heavy loads with ease.
It cuts fuel use by 20 to 30 percent while carrying up to 160 tons at speeds of 37 miles per hour.
This truck is built for long distances in tough terrain. LASO Transports SA specializes in moving
large rail vehicles like the new Metrocars in Lisbon. They use advanced trailers with built-in
rails and steerable axles lowering the loading height to just 29 inches. With strong hydraulic
winches and custom ramp arms they ensure smooth and safe transport. Felbermayr successfully
transported a massive 240 feet 530 ton bridge using cutting edge technology. They lifted the
bridge 13 feet with hydraulic jacks before placing it onto a self-propelled transport vehicle.
Their expertise in handling large structures showcases their innovative and precise engineering
skills. Western Australia has introduced extra long road trains for transporting heavy materials
like iron ore. These 197 foot long vehicles are safer and easier to handle than older road trains.
Despite their size they are speed limited to 55 miles per hour ensuring smooth traffic flow
and better road performance. Moving giant wind turbine blades requires serious power
and CERN specializes in it. Their heavy duty vehicles transport these massive blades across
long distances with incredible precision. These powerful machines make it possible
to build wind farms efficiently and safely. Well that's it for today's video. If you enjoyed this
