Booker (29 PTS), Durant (27 PTS) & Beal (25 PTS) Were COOKING In Chicago! | February 22, 2025

He was in that trade, Oklahoma City traded him here to Chicago and just trying to find out where he belongs. Durant on the drive, tangled up in the wire, gets the turnaround and right now allowing a lot of physicality. A tough shooting line from the field in that first game back, raising up over ball. Feathery soft touch there. Suns close the gap. Good patience by... The first round exit, the rising stars have been. The all-star festivities. Beal squares, fires, and hits. That's a good sign by the Suns. And a prompt that will hoist a lot of threes, Andy. The average more than 43 three-point attempts per game. And on several occasions they have hoisted 50-plus as Booker connects. Three turnovers and they've all been live ball turnovers, Andy. They became so costly, the loss to San Antonio. Into the hands of Brad. Gets downhill, gets inside, gets the finish. Yeah, did a great job, what a smart play. Just a reminder, young fella, I'm seven feet plus. Yeah, those young guys think they can take him. Beal, straight away, splashdown. Brad fired up. In a big club, you've got Kobe White at 6'5". J.D. laces it over the defender, Giddey. Working on Giddey again. Backs him down, gets across the lane, doesn't matter. Collins trying to come over and double-team way too late. Grant getting that shot off. Scored off of every single one of them. The Suns have a tendency to look for one guy to hit the shot instead of taking the open shot. Good penetration by Beal. Beal gets the finger roll and he's got a dozen. Got 25 of those 27. By the way, Keem in the second half at overtime as K.D. gets into the paints. Book's got it. Clear space against Giddey. K.D. sets up the fly-by. Booker, corner look. Yes. Great passing right there. Two-man game. Good activity on the glide. Durant, who's got 11 points, working on the rookie. Gets him on his hip. Raising up over Vucevic and Bouzelis. And it does. Beal with the rebound. He wanted to throw it down. Booker driving baseline, gets into Giddey. And he gets the shot with a finish and a foul. And how about some beautiful baseline artistry. Bridging the gap between the All-Star break. Those four straight games now. And Beal working baseline. Gets the pretty reverse. Beal coming off of the rear night. Brad muscles it up inside. Stays with it on the putback. Yeah, it just shows you how strong his hands are. That block by Giddey. Brad, baseline. Out to Booker. Four on the shot clock. Book on the drive. Floats it up and over Vucevic. Yeah, he got that up quick. Across the floor to Allen. Touch pass Booker. On the drive. Knifing right to the basket. And the more minutes you get, the more confidence you're going to have. And your teammates are going to have confidence. Boy, what a great inbound play coming out of the timeout as Booker finds the slashing Beal. Book passed up the corner three ball as Phillips closed the gap defensively. Book on the drive. Gets in with a muscle move against the youngster and gets the finish of the foul. Game, and that's exactly what they're at. They put together an 11-2 scoring run with three made threes, and the Suns come right back with a big three-point hit courtesy. Pulls team off. Durant able to shake free from Phillips. Gets to the baseline jumper. Even the Suns are only 6-19 from threes. They are 19-22 from the free throw line. Make that 7-20 courtesy. In across to Royce. Touch pass Booker. On the drive and kick. Corner look for Durant. Splashdown. This clutch. They get it out of his hands. Five on the shot clock. Beal on the drive. Jumps it up over the defender, Buciewicz, and splashes it home. A huge bucket for Beal. 26 on the shot clock. Book with the drive on Giddey. Raising up. Lines it up for three. Boom! Anticipating the double. It eventually comes into the hands of Booker. Five on the shot clock. On the drive and kick. Beal behind the stripe. Boom! Goes Beal!
