In Episode 5 we have to ride up a river due to a closed road with no idea where it may take us, eventually arriving back on land before heading to high altitudes on the Atlas Mountains trails.
So there are remnants of a track. I'll have a little ride up mate.
Okay, I can see the road boys.
Yay! For ****'s sake, I didn't see the little ******* divot.
Looks all right. Oh, I've dented my light guard.
Five seconds to go Peter. Give me a hand mate.
I'll ******* take that.
Gents, we just rode about five kilometers up a river.
That was ******* epic.
So these roots, as we said, are very waterproof, but not if it goes in that way.
I bet that would be great in a mug.
So I don't know if you can see the lines on those rocks. I just commented on them and
apparently YT is going to let me know what it is.
So looking out in front of you, what you can see is a load of sedimentary rock.
And the lines that you can see is the layers of sediment that have
been built up over the hundreds of thousands of years.
If you stick it out on the camera, you can look up into the hills.
You can see all that line going straight up all the way into that hill.
Part-time off-road hero, part-time geologist.
So we've just ridden down a riverbed for what?
Well, most of today really, haven't we?
Because the road that should have been there was washed away a long time ago by the looks of it.
It's been pretty good actually.
It was amazing.
Once you get used to the bike, move around quite a lot because it's quite soft
and your confidence gets up a bit.
We're making pretty steady progress,
having to stop every now and again to help each other because
there's big ledges and big drops.
We have to get the bike down using team power, but...
It's awesome.
Yeah, it is awesome.
I have got wet feet though.
See, I've been pretty clever.
Always look after the feet.
Keep your feet nice and dry.
My socks are hanging up on my bike.
I'm covered.
The guy just took a piss.
Anyway.
Yes, I knew we needed these stickers for a reason.
Where should we go?
The middle?
Let's go in the middle.
I've already got the little ones left.
Bodge Tape Adventures visits Morocco.
Mark 2 transit.
Still going.
Full of people, full of kit.
I've got to film your face again.
That.
Look at that smile.
Look at that.
Dirt.
Yes.
Ah, yep.
I've got a friend.
Clean face, dirty face.
No, English, English.
Ah, Manchester United.
You like Manchester United.
No, Manchester United.
Gone, Everton, Everton, Everton.
I think we've made a friend there.
I don't know what's happening, but this must be a local guido.
Rub it and make a wish.
Oi, do you want to stay here tonight?
No.
It's a hell yes.
Let you shiver.
This part is a never gonna wither.
Come on, everybody, time to deliver.
Give it away, give it away, give it away now.
Give it away, give it away, give it away, give it away.
Huh?
Little guy.
Bonjour, monsieur.
Bonjour.
I'm probably still, still shaking a little bit for adrenaline.
If you just point the camera that way.
To Algeciras, Algeciras, Tangier Med.
And then.
It's just incredible.
Senegal.
Wow.
So you can see on the back of his bike, he's got a can of oil.
And I've got a TT at home and I drink oil.
But mine does anyway.
And I'm assuming his does as well.
This is oil as well?
200 kilometers.
That's good.
That is really good.
No, it's small, it's small.
No, it's for drink.
