Welcome back to another Christmas clean and decorate. I am so excited for today's video.
We are going to be doing the main areas today, so we are going to be starting out in the kitchen.
Christmas videos are some of my favorite videos to watch and film, so I really hope you enjoy
this video, and if you do, make sure to give it a like, hit that subscribe button for some more
Christmas content, and thank you so much for being here today. Quickly, I'm going to wipe
down these countertops, and then we're going to get over into the coffee area. I already knew what
I wanted to do over here, so I figured this would be the easiest place to start. I do typically do
just like a traditional Christmas theme. I like to use red and greens. I just think that it looks
very much like Mrs. Claus, which I hope one day I have enough Christmas decor to make my house
feel like you're walking into Mrs. Claus's house. Typically, I have clear mugs over here, but I did
want to just do a bunch of mixed match Christmas mugs. I got this adorable espresso shot mug at
Hobby Lobby, and I have been on the hunt for the cookie jar. I have not been able to find it at any
of my Hobby Lobby's. Make sure to say hi in the comments and let me know how you're going to be
decorating for Christmas. I've had a lot of people say that they're also doing the traditional
Christmas colors, and also a lot of people saying they're going to be doing a gingerbread theme.
I'm kind of mixing the two. We do a little bit of gingerbread theme and the traditional colors. I do
like to keep my decor for a long time. I like to just add in new pieces here and there, so I have
a lot of things that I also use with my peppermint theme. It's what I used, I think, two years ago.
I wanted to try this green candle over here, but I actually like the ornament candle better. I got
this from Target last year, and I'm so sad. I feel like I have not seen them out this year yet.
I have this lamp that I usually keep over by my little coffee area. I was going to put the Santa
picture over here. I actually didn't like how this was looking, so I decided to take the lamp away,
and I still just didn't like the Santa picture over here, so I'm going to actually move it to
the other side of the coffee area. I got this little mirror from Hobby Lobby, and I feel like
it looks much better over here. I also have the cute little gingerbread girl plates that are going
here in the vase. These are from Hobby Lobby, and I'm loving how the kitchen is coming out.
I pretty much just put everything on my island, and then I kind of already have an idea of where
I want to place things, and then I kind of just change it around if I feel like I don't love the
way that it looks. I also have a wreath that I'm going to be putting up on the hood vent.
This candle is from Target, and I love the large candles from the Hearth and Hand
line. I have one on my entryway table, and they always smell so good.
Quickly just going to show what we've done so far in the kitchen, and I just love how everything is
coming together, and then I'm going to move my Christmas mugs from the top shelf down to
the bottom, and then we're going to get into the entryway, which I just love how the entryway comes
out too. I got this Santa picture on sale at Kirkland's over the summertime. I think I paid
like $17, and it is just perfect. I love anything that has a cute little Santa face on it. They're
just my favorite. If you missed my first Christmas clean and decorate video doing the bedrooms, I
will link it in the description box below, or if you want to check out my marathon of decorating
multiple different houses, I'll also link that. So we kept it super simple over here in the entryway,
but I just love how it came out. Like I said, I love this picture, and it's a little bit different
than what I do over in the kitchen. I feel like I kept it a little bit more classic over here.
So now we're going to move on to the dining table, which I am going to keep it
pretty simple over here. I do have this centerpiece that I picked up from Kirkland's
also over summer. It was on a major sale, and I do just love having something really simple
over here. Definitely since I have a two-year-old who loves to be touching all the Christmas decor.
Grabbed these napkins from World Market, and then the napkin holders
are from Kirkland's. Two of my favorite finds this season.
I've longed for this moment to have you for myself, in a cabin out of nowhere, just us and no one else.
I've decorated everything to be perfect for this week. Tomorrow it is Christmas.
Here is how the dining table came out. I love the napkins, the little bow holders. I feel like it
looks simple and still yet very Christmassy. Now we're just going to put some throw pillows
here on the couch. I have my Mickey and Minnie pillows that I absolutely love.
In a cabin out of nowhere, just us and no one else. I've decorated everything to be perfect for this week.
Tomorrow it is Christmas, the first for you and me.
This garland from Hobby Lobby, and I really do think Hobby Lobby has some of the best garland
at the best price for sure. Tomorrow it is Christmas, the first for me and you.
I've longed for this moment to have you for myself, in a cabin out of nowhere, just us and no one else.
I've decorated everything to be perfect for this week. I wasn't sure what I was going to do over here at the
TV stand. I just had a bunch of mix match decor, and I actually really love the way that this comes out.
It's the next day, and I'm going to get my wreath hung up. I had to have Elvis run and pick up my
Target order because I needed to get some command hooks. These bows come in a set of four for five dollars from
Target, and these are another one of my favorite finds of the season. I think for five dollars that
this is just such a good buy. I also put them on my tree, and I had to go to four different targets
to find some more of these bows because I did not have enough for my tree.
Doesn't matter if the snow is falling, or the wind blows and the rain is pouring, it will always be Christmas in my heart.
But this year I want to hang out with my friends and family, making angels in the sand you and me.
I think these bows are absolutely adorable on the back of the barstools, and now I have a few trees
that I picked up from Target that I'm going to get put together. I feel like I've seen these all over
social media, and they are just adorable. We do plan on getting a new Christmas tree
next year, so I feel like these will go perfect with the tree that I want to get.
These little trees are just super simple, but I'm going to add a red bow to the top, and I just
think they look so cute. And if you guys are not following me over on my shorts channel, I will
make sure to link it in the description box below. I do have a lot of Christmas content that I'm going
bow to the top, and I'll show you what they look like when they are lit up. Now we're going to move
on to the bigger Christmas tree and get it decorated. I do love a packed Christmas tree,
so I'm going to be using a lot of different ornaments. I'm going to be using some plaid,
gold, red, green, and I am going to be adding on those really long red bows, and I just think it
looks really good. I was trying to get it fluffed out, and this tree just was not simple to get
fluffed out. Also, these lights, I'm going to put extra Christmas lights on, which I'm so happy I
did because for some reason the middle part of my Christmas tree is not lighting up very bright,
so these definitely help it out, but they were such a pain to get on. I think this is probably
seeing which ornaments I want to put on the tree this year. These are the ornaments that I've
picked out, and now I'm going to start with the biggest ornaments first. I'm going to start with
the plaid ones, and then we're going to go in with the gold ones after I get the majority of the
plaid ones put on. I love these gold ornaments from Target. They have a bunch of different colors
this year, and I think that they are just absolutely beautiful, and they look stunning on the tree.
All right, so now we're going to add the bows onto the tree, and then I notice I need to go get
some more, so I'm going to go be looking for those, so we're going to come back and add some more to the tree.
I'm going to vacuum. I have the flock all over my pants, and it was all over the floor.
I'm going to add some little red bows to the top of the tree. Now, I do change them over
once I find the velvet bows, but this is just some ribbon that I picked up from Amazon.
We're going to make some cookies. I was going to have the kids open up like their little Christmas
gifts, which if you didn't see my last video, I did put in making the girls Christmas gifts in
that video, and in this video, you're going to see Owens. I'm sure you guys have seen these all over
social media, though. It's just a chocolate chip cookie with the Pillsbury holiday cookies, and
they are so good. I hadn't tried them until this fall, and now I totally understand why they're
viral. And while we're waiting for the cookies to get done, we are just going to make a Christmas
coffee. Just use one of my Nespresso pods, and then I'm going to be adding some milk, and then
the Starbucks medium roast cold brew, and I'm going to be using the Chobani mocha peppermint
creamer, which I think is pretty good. I'm not a huge peppermint fan. I've said this a few times
before, but I actually do like the creamer. It's very subtle, and I like that it has a mocha flavor
to it. I'm going to add some whipped cream, and then I'm going to add some red sprinkles. I thought
it would look cute if I made it kind of look like a little Santa hat, and then I'm going to
put just a tiny little bit of whipped cream on the very top.
I did grab this little gingerbread plate from Kirkland.
we are going to put together Owen's little Christmas gift. I always give this to the
kids whenever I let them put their special ornaments on the tree. I just got Owen a book,
a pair of pajamas. These pajamas are super soft, and they're from Target, and then I got the kids
some little ornaments that they're able to paint from Hobby Lobby, and a chocolate or a hot
chocolate bomb, and then I'm going to just wrap a little bow around it. I also got them a special
all their gifts on the island, and we were going to be painting the ornaments and putting on a
Christmas movie, and I was also letting them put on their special ornaments that I have bought them
in the past. So grab this blanket to wrap around the bottom of the little Christmas trees. I
actually feel like I like it better without the blanket, but you let me know in the comments what
you think. Now we're back from running all over the place looking for these bows. I'm going to
add them to the big tree, and then we're also going to add them to the top of the little trees.
All right, so just a few clips of the kids painting their ornaments, and then I'm going to
give an overview of everything that we have done today.
