What's In My Baseball Bag With Riley Furrow & Gabe Adams Pitchers at ECA

I'm Riley FOH 2025 right-handed pitcher committed to Leno Ryan University I go to ECA uh my name is Gabe Adams I'm the 2025 right-handed pitcher I'm currently committed to Mount Olive and I go to ECA and this is what's in our bag [Music] started off I got my uh 44 glove this is my uh infield glove Outfield Use it to Shag uh I got it custom with my nickname Ry guy I got the cross and I got the smiley face or Smiley Riley um then next I got my gamer this is my South Charlotte uh 44 glove got the Paul my nickname Ry guy uh got one of my favorite Bible verses talks about being an eagle and soaring above all and then I got my baptism date on this this glove is very special to me um for for many reasons like has my baptism it's got my South shark logo and I just love this glove the blonde and at the Palm it's got uh Philippians 4:13 and that's just a special verse to me as well and then this is my first ever 44 glove I ever got so this one also is very special it's got Philippians 4:13 the cross it's got another uh Psalms version about having being like the shield and just being a part of God and I got the 44 on the inside blonde lacing with this um and all my gloves I like having the hood on it it's awesome go to in the pink with all of these and love them like having the extra long laces it's little cool to have but yeah that's my gloves for 44 uh this is my this my first glove here it's a it's a infill glove uh it's a jp11 uh it's the first glove I got it's got orange laces that I had redone it's got a it's got a cross on it to represent my faith and it's got my name on it as well um it's sort of a more traditional glove I rock two in the pink with it and it helps me get a deeper web I used to play short stop at my old school so I've used this a lot I think I got it my sophomore year um this is my this is my PO glove I use this thing to death I I'm sure it feels pretty bad but I got the uh I got a backwards c on it uh I got my name on it as well this one's a little more bland but I kind of like the blackout style cuz it it mixes with a lot I have a black car so it kind of works along well with that and then I got a cool cool uh web right here now I know bag um started off uh I got my glass es um I got a different pairs I got these are my prescriptions I'll usually go on the mound probably see me rocking these from time to time depending on if I want to wear contacts or not um and then these these are my uh custom Oakleys I got these a while ago uh got to pick these out at Oakley um these were pretty sick got to go through it make everything pick the lens the frame so these are pretty pretty sentimental to me and then next up I got my uh 100% I rock these all the the time especially through the summer the color just pops with everything and there just an awesome pair of glasses love these I'd get another pair uh recommend them too so those are my glasses uh so for for my glasses I really only have one pair uh I got these from a good buddy of mine Wyatt Lasser he found these at the uh concession stand where we play they are DeWalt uh they're in absolutely terrible condition but I love them I think it gives me a funny personality a good personality so these are about the only glasses I rock and the outside of my bag too I have a little daily de devotion book I like to read this in the morning keep keep me close to Christ and that really represents me in my faith though uh next up for me uh I got my creatine uh I like to I got this one especially because it's uh supposed to help with like uh endurance and keep keep you going through the game it's got some electrolytes in it so it's a good like pre-workout too and then use it to pitch so I can keep going and it's got the creatine to keep you hydrated and all that so I really like it and it's rainbow sheret flavored if you know me I'm big rainbow sheret love rain rainbow sherbet so this is pretty good for me I love it so this is my little pitching bag it's a little hella Kitty I don't know how this happened but it did and it's kind of stuck with me for the past year or two so inside of this I have some know typical po stuff I got I got J Bands I got little crowded I got knee sleeves cuz I have some knee issues I'm a little old man uh I got some baseballs different attach attachments and uh in here I got a little little Hello Kitty charm you know I got to keep it keep it fresh and that's about it for this bag next up as a pitcher you want to have some snacks in your bag at all time for me I'm a big I like Fritos and I'm big big gummy guy so I got my nerds with me usually will have these throughout like the game especially when I'm in the bullpen waiting if I need if I'm there and these I'll use for whenever I'm in the game I want a quick snack keep me like sugary and energetic I'll usually take these and I love these especially the blue and the red these are probably some of the best candy you can have during a game or post game uh I know I'm a PO but uh I always keep a helmet with me I keep some batting gloves as well um I do pinch run occasionally I also have a sliding mitt uh right right here it has protected me in my hands a lot I mean I kind of need them to pitch so I got to protect them as much as I can but I've had this helmet I got this uh when I came do this Academy EA helmet um I I've used it just pinch running whatnot so uh next up I got my uh everyone calls it the quarterback hand warmer uh especially in the winter gets really cold up here and windy so I got to keep my hands warm especially if we doing pfps don't want to have cold hands throwing the ball over and it's pretty cool it's also like some drip what people might say but I like having this just keeps my hands warm and looks pretty cool as well next up I got I got some turfs I got these for my birthday birthday I I use these all the time especially Turf Mounds when we play places like combine we play here we got Turf Mounds these are fairly fresh so they got good grip and um I also have very similarly a I got metal cleats they're about to just the exact same style just a little little worn I got these from a coach coach uh ashy McGee he played for Carolina he uh he dropped off a bunch of stuff and I picked these up from here so I use these anytime we play on a uh more more traditional field more dirt going to cleats for me uh these are my two Gamers that I love I love to death big New Balance guy um I got the gray New Balance tennis shoes if we're wearing gray pants I'll rock these I love them then I got my new balance Special Forces camo these ones are really sentimental to me um family is big in the military had a lot of people my family serve so these ones are really like hit home to me and I love the color on them obviously they're little dirty cuz they're white but I love the way the green goes and it's pretty good with the white uniform makes it pop and you don't really see these cleats out there often so makes a nice little sentimental feel and be different so I like wearing these next up I just got I keep some traditional hats with me uh anywhere anytime we travel or whatnot I like to wear some hats I mean you got to have we played in a tournament earlier this year Prospect select we ended up winning that tournament so always got to keep this with me and then I got a little Minecraft hat that you know I much like the DeWalt glasses kind of show my personality um I've had this thing since a kid I remember playing the game a lot growing up so I keep so I keep it with me as a reminder of my childhood and where I came from next up for me I got insoles uh these these to me I I was advised to use these by my pitching coach and one of my good friends Sterling bass um these really helped me I like them a lot I feel very grounded in my cleats um a lot of the insoles before like they they rip they tear and it just feels weird on your feet but these I'll recommend these to anyone um they're lakas uh ins I get the mid mid uh heel on them but these are awesome put these in all my cleats my lifting shoes and they definitely have helped out a lot I'll recommend these to anyone next up I got my massage on it's hard to be a pitcher and not have one of these things uh for me I use it uh in between every inning anytime I'm feeling sore bicep uh forearm or whatnot I use this thing I crank it on up to the Max and it it gets me feeling feeling fresh really quick next up for me um I got my P balls got a fresh new set right now uh we were down in Florida playing at our Prospect select tournament and I lost I lost the ball red ball so I had a backup set I always keep um with me so very fresh right now but I love the the Marv balls they got the seams on them U my pitching coach gave me these when I first went to him and these have been one of the best things helped me get loose they definitely added some velocity so recommend Marv balls to anyone who looking for plios and yeah these are some of the best out there and uh one of the last things things I have in my bag I I you I got to keep a belt with me uh both the jerseys we rock uh orange and navy um it's hard to beat up it's hard to beat a Navy belt it just goes with both our jerseys really well the white pants the gray pants just the the subtle it it makes the orange pop and it Blends right in with the Navy so this is the last thing my bag the belt I got a few more things in here my my bag runs pretty deep everyone knows I'm the guy who carries everything so if you need something forget it I always got it so here I got my football um always keep a football on me especially through days where I'm not pitching it keeps the body loose heavy and just it's fun to play football with the boys do walking routes in the bullpen some time so I love having this and then got to have a a softball too those are two main things I use to throw and warm up every time so love having both of those and then another thing to warm up with I got my big green balls um everyone makes jokes about these but we love them um they help get me loose as well just shake them up and use these little little deflated had them for a while but I love these the death um and next up for me got got two main components for my pre pitch um obviously pitcher candy got the Advil and got the atomic bomb love this stuff um helps like your arm loose it smells good too it smells like a lifesaver mint so everyone loves it when gets put on but definitely is pretty good it helps loosen up muscles especially if you're tight so these things are really good for any pitcher or anyone uh if you have pain um and after that got got the rosin and the the Bands these definitely have came in clutch for many of days if it's rainy use the rosin if you're feeling too tight and you got to go in these both both come in and help especially um and then last come in here uh got the voodoo floss uh this is a big thing that we like using that ECA uh especially a lot of the pitchers use it post throw gets all that bad blood out and it cuts the circulation so you can get new blood coming in helps for a speedy recovery and helps get that laced acid out so everyone here loves to use it it so that's that's what's last inside my bag for the main part got a few Baseballs in here but nothing too crazy um and then if we go to this pocket I got all my uh got all my headbands got a lot actually got my two South Charlotte headbands got the pin stripe and the maroon one love wearing these especially in the summer um and then I got my ones I wear at ECA here got my Navy one my white Nike these definitely come in clutch especially if I'm wearing my glasses so I can stay on head love wearing these and then I'm a big big whoop guy so these are my whoop bands I have a few more at my house but these are the ones I would wear for South Charlotte so I always kept them in my bag um love whoop I mean I recommend whoop to anyone especially some pictures too love to have it got the light blue Arctic on my wrist these are definitely an essential for me um and then next up I have some electroly gum this this right here is definitely something that everyone needs just throw it in get some quick electrolytes chew gum so who wouldn't want some of that you know um and then last really for me uh this is something that's really big for me this definitely my notebook um I've had this through thick and thin every everyone who's ever been in my life that's giv me advice I write it down in here good or bad um write on my outings anything that's like I need to know for pitching or when I hit and and field like quick tips I just always write it down look before before the game after the game and it's really helped me get like mentally into baseball um and not stress over it cuz in baseball you're going to fail and this really helped me to get my mentality right for baseball and just overall be a happy guy and that's where Smiley Riley comes from just always be Smiley and happy but yeah and got a few extra like side things like some extra seeds and a speaker that we have out in the bullpen but other than
