How can we not think all the time? Uh, just look at everything around you. And then you're actually barely thinking because you're looking. Just pretending can actually really help a lot of the time. Like, not let people know you're sweating. You know what I'm saying? Sometimes it's not better to lie. But what about using your imagination? Imagination. I do that all the time. Exactly. Me too.
