Welcome to China Truths. In this episode, we will bring you the following story.
Hong Konger's letter, a proclamation against Xi.
Now, let's dive into the details.
It's all covered in today's China Truths.
Hong Konger's letter, a proclamation against Xi.
CCP is in turmoil, with rumors of coups, military revolts, and public uprisings swirling.
Following the fall of Xi Jinping's military confidant Miaohua, speculation is rife that
infighting among the military's top brass has reached a fever pitch.
Amid this sensitive period, two open letters calling for Xi Jinping's resignation have been
widely circulated online over the past two days, sparking significant attention.
On December 17, independent commentator Kai Xinkun shared a joint letter on the OverseasX
platform. Titled Resolution and Petition to Request Xi Jinping's Resignation from Party,
Government, and Military Leadership Positions, the letter, based on its stylistic nuances,
appears to have been penned by an insider of the CCP system.
On December 18, Kai Xinkun posted again, stating,
Another proclamation against Xi has been received.
This document originated in Hong Kong, signed by Sons of China, and while its title is
Its content compares Xi Jinping to Wang Meng, a usurper during the Western Han Dynasty who
was eventually overthrown and killed by rebel forces. The proclamation catalogues the immense
damage Xi Jinping has caused across various domains, including politics, the economy,
diplomacy, private enterprises, and livelihoods. It calls on all Sons of China to overthrow the
authoritarian regime and advises Xi to step down voluntarily to avoid meeting the fate of coups,
military revolts, or mass uprisings. Below are excerpts from the document.
Proclamation against the despot. Wang Meng has returned, Mao's spirit has possessed him.
The misfortune of China continues as the system collapses, and once again, the nation's helm
falls into the hands of one devoid of talent and virtue. Today, this new Wang Meng is ignorant
and stubborn. Instead of learning the art of governance from sages, he imitates Mao's power
plays and manipulative tactics. To tighten his grip, he has resurrected policies of party over
state, mass campaigns, lifelong rule, planned economy, state dominance over private enterprises,
communal dining halls, collectivization, supply and marketing cooperatives, and enterprise
relocation for wartime preparation, driving historical progress backward and reviving the
relics of the Cultural Revolution. His ignorance and incompetence have led to a barrage of misguided
policies, ruining industries, and exhausting public resources. The harm he has inflicted on the nation
is immeasurable. Unconcerned with the people's struggles, he squanders resources for grandiose
projects like Xiongnu New Area. To manipulate global influence, he pours vast sums into the
Belt and Road Initiative, lavishes financial aid on foreign countries, and even resorts to
territorial concessions. Domestically, his autocracy silences dissent. He punishes critics,
censors the Internet, and isolates society into fearful silence. Without collective wisdom,
national affairs worsen, unresolved issues accumulate, and the country descends into chaos.
Even when faced with failures, his obstinance prevents reform, leaving the nation in shambles.
In his diplomatic policies, he breaches trust, supports aggressors, and fosters
global resentment, leaving China isolated and sanctioned. Exports plummet, foreign investments
flee, and the national economy deteriorates. His aggressive wolf-warrior diplomacy incites
conflicts and disrupts China's once-thriving international relations, leaving the nation
in its worst developmental predicament. Domestically, he crushes private enterprises,
claiming common prosperity while driving elites and wealth overseas. Entrepreneurs,
intellectuals, and citizens lose hope, halting investment and consumption,
pushing the economy into deeper recession. In Hong Kong, his crackdown on democracy has
destroyed its freedoms and prosperity, causing mass emigration. He eyes Taiwan with force,
further alienating its people and hindering national unification efforts.
Under his regressive rule, the economy stagnates, industries wither, and fiscal resources dry up.
People are destitute, unemployment rises, and despair spreads. The social fabric phrase as
hopelessness drives some to take their own life and others to violence. Call to action.
The despot's rule must end. Every day he remains in power prolongs the suffering of the nation.
The Chinese people have awakened and will no longer tolerate tyranny or a return to the
cultural revolution. Citizens must rise in unity to reclaim their rights. Officials,
soldiers, and police are urged not to follow his orders and instead join the resistance.
Turn against him and be remembered as heroes who saved the nation. Isolate him, deny him control,
and hasten his downfall. Xi Jinping should resign voluntarily before it is too late.
Only his departure can restore confidence, rejuvenate the nation, and bring hope to the people.
