Today I'm in a new location and if you guessed that I am on my property in my camper,
you would guess correct. And today we are going to be decorating our camper for Christmas.
Hey there, my name is Yami. I am your Latina next door. Welcome back to mi casa, where I
love to share my passion for high-end home decorating on a budget as well as before and
after room transformations. If this is something you enjoy, please make sure to hit like and
subscribe so that you too can become part of the familia. Now for today's video, I am partnering
with Plow and Heart. I have partnered with them in the past. If you recall, I did a fall decorate
with me video in my last house, as well as I transform my entire backyard using all of their
products, as well as my porch refresh right before we sold our home. This year, Christmas is going to
look a little bit different for us, but I wanted to make sure I brought in that Christmas feel
for my family. So we're in our camper today and we're going to be decorating it for Christmas.
Now Plow and Heart is an amazing online store where you can get things for the outside of your
home, as well as the inside. They have a lot of beautiful everyday items, as well as things for
every season. I had to be very strategic when it came to picking out things for the camper. We don't
have a lot of space and I cannot add too many things to our floor print because we just won't
have much space to walk around. So I tried to incorporate several things where it wouldn't take
as much space, but still give me that Christmas cheer. This year, Plow and Heart has beautiful
textiles for your home and one of their prints this year is the beautiful red and white twill.
And I immediately knew that I wanted to incorporate this on our beds. We all need bedsheets and even
more so in the wintertime when it gets cold. So this is a perfect way to add that Christmas feel
without adding extra things that you don't really need in a room. These quilts have a beautiful
quilted pattern and scalloped edges. I opted to pair these beautiful quilts with some deep red
sheets. In order to keep everything as simple and clean and not too busy, again because this is a
small space and everything is together, I opted to do the same quilt pattern for all of the beds.
I wanted to add garland throughout the space and they had this beautiful realistic feeling
garland with these red berries that went along with the red and white theme. Now I didn't want
to encroach on any headspace so I thought the best place for these would be over our windows
by our sofa and dinette area. The best part about these is that these are battery operated so I don't
have to worry about plugging it in to our camper and taking up any more power than absolutely
necessary. Now the Christmas tree could not be a full size because we just do not have the space
for it so Plow and Hearth has multiple of these potted trees. Most of these are for outdoors,
however this one I opted to go inside because not only was it battery operated, which again
is great, I don't have to deal with extensions or plugging it in to our camper, but it's also
timed. It has eight different settings and I don't have to worry about a tree skirt or a tree collar.
It's already in a pot and if for any reason I have to move it out of my way I can very easily.
They also have an assortment of really nice quality ornaments and these are huge. Look at
them compared to the size of my hand. I picked several of them out for the Christmas tree.
I paired them with some of my DIYs and my kids were a little bit worried that Santa wouldn't
find them this year so I made sure to find this little ornament and place it on the tree
just so that Santa knows to come here for them. Now of course our fireplace could not go without
stockings and Plow and Hearth has these beautiful red and white ones this year which I absolutely
love and all I did was just place them on the camper's little hooks that were already on
and around our mantle area. I didn't want to actually have to poke any more holes so I just
used the hooks that we already had and luckily there was five already up and perfect for us.
Now if you've ever owned a camper or been camping in one you know that they come with these very
not so pretty curtains. Along with the new patterns that they have for their quilts they
have matching red and white twill curtains that are available for your home. Now I took a pair
of these curtains and I cut them up and made four smaller curtains so that I can fit them around the
bunk area for my kids that way I didn't have to see those unsightly brown curtains and it would
create more of a beautiful little Christmas carol theme tie curtains for the beds and it would match
with their quilts and I just think this space looks so darling. You also know that I am a fan
of wreaths and I love having them for my front door and this is actually what you see right behind
me also from Plow and Hearth. It's a smaller star-shaped wreath and the reason it's behind me
is because it has been raining and I have not been actually able to go outside put this on the
exterior door of my camper and show it to you placed on the door but that's where it's going
to go once it stops raining. Now adding more to that twill design they also carry these beautiful
red and white twill placemats as well as napkins. They have table runners, tablecloths, everything
you need for a beautiful tablescape for your Christmas dinner. Red and white on one side and
taking a stripe on the other so you can do a very beautiful mix and match and what I love is that it
comes with a matching apron that also has the same pattern so if you like a seasonal aprons
and want to protect your clothing you can also do this with the aprons. These also make great
gifts. Another one of the products that I absolutely love are these antique looking
battery-operated candles. These are perfect to add to your windows by your nightstand
or even on your table and check out these adorable nice and naughty mini pillows that
you can add as accents throughout your home or your bedroom.
Carolers are singing outside our door. Lovely songs we all heard before. To wish us all love.
We're chasing snowflakes as they're falling down across the town. Lady with me under the mistletoe.
While Santa's busy saying ho ho ho. We're feeling jolly eating Christmas cake and then we go skating
on the frozen lake. Saying hi to every friendly face and later we warm up by the fireplace.
Well that is it for today's video. I hope you enjoyed it. If you did please make sure to give
this a thumbs up and let me know in the comments below what you enjoyed the most. Even though we
have limited space in our camper I still think I brought in that Christmas cheer with touches
here and there for the kids to enjoy. Thank you so much to FlowerHeart for partnering with me on
another video. I have all of the products that are from FlowerHeart that I featured in this video
