Ean so now that's pretty much in place
let's go for a
tour starting things off the main
habitat has had quite a few upgrades to
it starting off with the waterfall
itself one of the main features has been
completely reworked now it's a double
waterfall adding a nice natural Ambience
to the habitat itself we've actually got
a lot more feed poles in here and now
these are actually quite specially
adapted and as on top of these we've got
an irrigation system working our way to
the top which seees the plants actually
grow down the feed P for the Lions
themselves and they also act as great
scratching post too which is excellent
for them we obviously get a nice clean
down as well we've added new Platforms
in in the background for the lions that
to set up a bit higher we've got
obviously the main Rock itself PRI Rock
we've add some natural wooden ones in
down there too which they can get
underneath from the heat also a bask on
top a lot more planting we've updated
the water system through here as well as
many other little additional features
just to bring it to life again for the
new Lions become a gear Forest guys in
our updated Land Rover as you can see
it's had a bit of a spruce up and a
change of color to match what is found
in India and it's a great photo of as
the lies love to bask on the Bonnet here
so as you can see ranger Lookout has
also been having a few updates to it
we're going to be introducing some Asian
species of reptiles and amphibians to
these vivariums just here sadly some of
which are endangered but are part of
important breeding programs that we are
supporting so we're just finishing up
our final bits of work ready to open the
Lions of India habitat at this Easter
