channel famous entertainment down and have everything that I've worked so hard on deleted click the link in the top comment and I'll explain everything at the end of this video so please stay tuned The Real Housewives of Beverly hillstar has been making significant updates to the $8.5 million Ino home she once shared with her EST stranged husband morrio umansky one of the most personal changes removing all of the photos of just the two of them Richards and umansky purchased their sprawling seven-bedroom estate in 2017 for $8.3 million and it had been their family home ever since the 10,600 Ft estate both seven bedrooms and a bathroom all set behind gated privacy with beautifully manicured Gardens and a formal Fountain the grand entryway features classic black and white checkerboard flooring and a sophisticated Neo Georgian staircase in a recent episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Kyle Richards revealed that she was inspired to redecorate after visiting her castmate DQ kemsley who's also going through a separation upon noticing that kimley still had photos of her and her estranged husband P displayed throughout the home Richards had an eye openening realization you're just as bad as me with photos this this looks like a shrine she told kemsley that moment prompted Richard to take action in her own home in the latest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after show she shared that she'd finally taken down all the frame pictures of herself and her ex just last week I took the photos down next to my bed she explained I left the family ones up and then I put the other ones of just mowing me in the drawer it was time he definitely doesn't have them up in his condo Kyle and Mauricio purchased their seven bedroom and Ceno mansion in 2017 for $8.3 million and it had been their family home ever since however in the week of their split Kyle has been making notable changes Beyond just taking down old pictures in a previous episode of Real Housewives she saw Mauricio's input on new wallpaper for the bathroom that she'd already gotten his approval on a fresh gray paint color but one change he wasn't as thrilled about ky's decision to take over his former closet while Kyle has been making updates to the home she does admit that its future remains uncertain in another episode of Real Housewives after show she opened up about the ongoing discussions regarding whether she and Macio should sell the property we still haven't filed for divorce or anything but we've had more conversations about like what should we do she said should I still live where I'm living should we sell the house and each go by two new homes or do we keep the house because it's such a special property and just go our different ways for now Kyle remains in the home which she had been sharing with her close friend Teddy melan Camp until recently when Teddy separated from her husband Edwin aave in late 2024 Kyle offered her a place to stay to help her navigate co-parenting in 2017 Kyle and Mauricio purchased this stunning home in enino California for about 8.25 million situated in the San Fernando Valley the area had only recently become a hot spot for the Rich and Famous however their home is more than just a luxurious estate it carries a piece of History known as the Smokey Robinson estate the property was once owned by the legendary musician from 1988 to 2002 while the home exudes classic colonial style charm it actually dates back to 1880 originally built in Los Angeles the structure was moved to its current location in 19112 transported by horse and carriage I mean can you believe that before Kyle and Mauricio took ownership the Mansion underwent significant renovation in 2016 the previous owner modernized the space with a fresh color palette of Grays and white added a new pool and spa and built a 1600t guest house additional updates included expanding the back of the home and creating a brand new master suite balcony making the estate feel both contemporary and Timeless the 10,600 Ft Mansion offers seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms set behind large gated grounds that ensure privacy the property features beautifully maintained Gardens and a formal fountain that adds to its grander inside the grand entryway is highlighted by classic black and white checkerboard floors and a Neo Georgian staircase setting the tone for the home's elegant aesthetic the formal living room is worn by a striking White marble fireplace while the adjacent sitting area includes another fireplace emphasizing the home's cozy yet luxury Ambiance the kitchen designed with upskill appliances and spacious Center island with bar seats remains mostly unchanged from when Kyle moved in except for updated light fixtures in a home tour shared by Bravo Kyle revealed at the time that while she made minimal updates to the kitchen her husband would take immense pride in their black and white gold bar which was a centerpiece of their home she described it as a space designed to bring people together saying we wanted this to be a place where everybody came together to drink laugh talk and have fun throughout the house fireplaces remain a consistent feature including one in the bathroom contributing to the warmth and character of the space on the second floor most of the bedrooms are located here including the coup's or ex couple now their expansive Master Suite which includes a fireplace a spacious walk-in closet and an onsweet bath with a glass shower the room also features a private 800 ft deck providing a stunning view of the Lush ground outside the estate offers an impressive backyard Retreat a swimming pool and spa provide a relaxing Escape while the open air Guest House Echoes the main home's aesthetic with its black and white toed floors the property also includes a putting green a gazebo and a meditation Garden all spread across 1.5 acres of land while the estate remains A Perfect Blend of Hollywood history and Modern Luxury Kyle and Mauricio's separation raises questions about the future of this beloved home whether it remains in their family or finds new owner the Smoky Robinson estate continues to stand as a remarkable piece of real estate in enino whether Richard stays or eventually moves on one thing's clear she's already started started a new chapter beginning with the space that she calls home
