thank you Mr speaker would you have the clerk re report House Committee Substitute One to Senate Bill One mr clerk please report House Committee Substitute One to Senate Bill One lady from Davis move adoption question for the body is on adoption of House Committee Substitute One is there any discussion seeing none all those in favor please signify by saying I all oppose nay motion carries house committee substitute one's adopted lady from Davis thank you Mr speaker the um motive behind the Senate Bill One we already have a film tax credit out there that is not being utilized to its maximum potential and the um sponsor from the Senate is asked to establish the Kentucky Film Office i know they've been in conversations with the um economic development department and they said they do not have the expertise and so this is to put a council underneath the economic development um it has a list in the bill of all the different people that would be on that along with multiple um nominations by the governor confirmed by the senate and multiple other items i think we're all aware the tax industry I mean the film industry in Kentucky is starting to expand and we've got a lot of beautiful places in the state of Kentucky that are being used for these films um I know we've had two actually in Davis County recorded recently and looking forward to seeing those out in prime time so um if there are no further questions then I would move passage of Senate Bill 1 as amended by House Committee Substitute One
