thank you Mr speaker um Senate Bill 27 is a um a pretty simple proposal it's a legislative proposal that is aimed at establishing the Kentucky Parkinson's Registry it requires the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to establish an advisory committee and make appointments and it just sets up a system of uh collection of data for research purposes and we uh do have a house committee substitute that um I would move um for adoption house committee substitute one to Senate Bill 27 lady from Thank you Mr speaker um House Committee sub the House Committee substitute simply adds a provision that allows skilled nursing facilities to transport their own patients for non-emergency transportation and if those um they can do it on them their own uh if the established non-emergency transport system cannot do it uh move adoption motion is for the adoption house committee substitute one is there any discussion the committee substitute seeing none those in favor signify by voting I those opposed nay house committee substitute one is adopted lady Gon thank you Mr speaker i would uh ask the clerk to please report House floor amendment one clerk please report house floor amendment one to Senate Bill 27 lady from Kitten thank you Mr speaker the floor amendment simply um clarifies that a pediatric um emergency uh sorry that's not the name of it it's a a pediatric group that was inadvertently added into this transport um bit in the committee sub uh be removed because they can already provide their own transportation move adoption motion is for the adoption of house floor amendment one is there any discussion of the floor amendment seeing none those in favor signify by voting I i those opposed nay house floor amendment one is adopted lady McKen thank you Mr speaker if there are no questions I would move passage of Senate Bill 27 as amended by the House Committee Substitute One and House floor amendment one
