Shai Gilgeous-Alexander DOMINATES In Detroit! - March 15, 2025

I'm just saying, just a quick note there for you. It's a new thing. Okay, I've got you. As SGA off the deck, had to beat the shot clock does as he nails the three. Loose ball, there's a steal right there. SGA, he's got his head up trying to make something happen. The second one of them in this early part of this quarter for the Thunder. And how about the hesitation move? Able to get the step on Durham and score at the rim. There's now SGA, with the veteran Hardaway on him. SGA cutting in, kept his balance in with that left foot. Still able to bank it home. Over to Williams. Had a good look at the three from the outside. Cunningham, this time it's Kayson Wallace who was on him. Popped it free, SGA. Able to bank it in. Shea, baseline shot, that one goes down. He's been trying to... Shea, keeping the dribble alive. Tough shot, the turnaround on the fadeaway. And SGA, an MVP type shot. Not just when he's got the ball in his hands. Get his teammates involved, that's a tough play. And SGA lowers the shorter. Takes the contact, now he's going to the free throw line. They get, take a look at this. He gets hit, he banks it in. SGA trying to detach from Cunningham. Pulls up, 17 feet. SGA, one All-Star over another. He's standing tall, affecting that shot. This has been pretty consistent with that contact around the basket. Just allowing it to happen, but this guy here has been pretty consistent. Cunningham just got rejected by SGA on the help side. Excellent anticipation. And SGA, they don't talk about his defense enough in the MVP conversation. That time, fading away off one foot, made it look easy. Steals, this time he blocks the shot. This is an ensuing possession. Man, look at that. Oh, and Thompson just dribbled it off of his foot. That's a Pistons turnover. SGA surveys, keeps it himself. And the left-handed score. As SGA doing it on both ends. Finishing with the left hand. Just so impressed. His ability to finish with the left hand, as Hardstein over the top. There's another guy who can finish with his left hand, because he's left-handed. Boy, that alley-oop. That absolutely rocked the rim. As Shea stops on a dime, pulls up mid-range shot. And that's going to be a friendly soft bounce right in there for two more. That's a misremember. Into SGA. Sat a chunk of this third. Gave up his dribble. Tough shot, Montecchio all over him. And SGA still finds a way to connect from downtown. On the floor, sat those minutes in the third. Makes a little bump, fading out of bounds. And SGA just makes it look easy, time after time. Proud, really getting into it with the Thunder. Had a bleed in the second half. And SGA wide open. That's a layup line three. And he responds in a big way. Did not give him a good look from that same spot. Shea, keeping the dribble alive. Stops on a dime. Pulls up and SGA. Another big bucket in the fourth quarter. Shot landed all on the line. I mean, look at the pressure that he's under to shake free from Tim Hardaway Jr. I mean, these are the nastiest of nasty when it comes to... SGA once again. Little hesitation. The left hand! SGA!
