Hi!
You look beautiful.
Are you doing a speaking video?
Yes.
Would you like to say hi?
Okay.
Hello my lovelies and a very sexy welcome here to Peachy.
Today's video is something I know you will love because today I'm going to show you my
top 5 favorite DIY face masks that I use on a regular basis that are fighting things
like rednesses, acne, that help you with hydrating your skin and so on and so forth.
They're all made with 100% natural ingredients that you will most likely have in your fridge
at home.
So super simple.
But before we start I would like to introduce to you my three safety guidelines.
First of all, of course, make sure your ingredients are super fresh.
Don't use that four week old yogurt that you found in the back of your fridge.
Secondly, once you created your mask, make sure to use it within one hour.
Things like yogurt and so on can go bad really quickly when they're exposed to oxygen.
And finally, especially for ingredients you've never used before, it's always worth doing
a patch test first.
So you place a little bit of that mask on your hand, for example, wait for 10-15 minutes
and see if any sort of allergic reaction or whatnot is happening.
And if not, you're safe to use it.
And with all that in mind, my lovelies, I think it is time to start mixing.
Number one, the Blemish Fighting Milk Mask.
For this mask, you'll need two tablespoons of honey, two teaspoons of milk and two tablespoons
of nutmeg.
Slather on this honey milk mask to treat acne prone skin.
Honey naturally kills off bacteria to prevent future breakouts and nutmeg acts as a gentle
exfoliator that's great for sensitive skin.
Mix all ingredients together and apply it on your washed face.
Let it sink in for 10-15 minutes before rinsing.
Number two, the Hydrating Avocado Mask.
For that, you'll need half a ripe avocado, one teaspoon plain organic yogurt and one
teaspoon of honey.
This moisturizing mask is great for stressed out skin from a day outdoors.
Avocado is extremely hydrating and honey is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.
Apply to your face and leave on for about 10-15 minutes.
Number three, the Brightening Raspberry Mask.
For that, you'll need eight raspberries, one teaspoon of honey, one tablespoon of extra
virgin olive oil.
According to various researchers, red raspberries have been linked to a number of skin care
benefits such as rejuvenating and brightening the skin as well as significantly improving
its elasticity.
As usual, mix all your ingredients together and apply the mask on your washed face and
then rinse off after five minutes.
This mask is amazing for acne prone skin, hyperpigmentation and tightening loose skin.
Number four, the Anti-Aging Chocolate Mask.
For that, you'll need half a cup of cocoa powder, three tablespoons of oats, one quarter
cup of honey and two tablespoons of yogurt.
Dark chocolate can work wonders in terms of perking up our moods and giving us a boost
of antioxidants when consumed.
If applied on the skin, you also get the benefits of its anti-aging properties which help the
production of collagen.
Combine it with honey, oats and yogurt and you have a wonderfully creamy texture that
easily glides onto your face.
Apply a delicate layer, leave it on for about 10 minutes and gently rinse it off.
Plus, it smells amazing.
Number five, the Pore Tightening Egg White Mask.
For that, you'll need one egg white, one teaspoon of orange juice and half a teaspoon
of turmeric powder.
Egg white proteins work great on oily skin types because this ingredient tightens pores
and zaps acne causing bacteria.
Add to that the orange juice which is high in vitamin C and turmeric which is a herb
known for its brightening properties and you got yourself a mask that really helps evening
out your skin tone.
Leave the mask on for about 15 minutes and wash it off with water once it's dried.
Alright my cuties, that was it for me today.
These were my top five favorite DIY face masks.
I really hope you liked this video and of course I hope that you're gonna try out one
or more of my masks and let me know in the comment section how that went for you, if
you liked it or not.
And in general, what kind of content you would like to see on this channel.
If you are more the DIY stuff type or more the classical makeup tutorial, hair tutorials
type.
Yeah, and next week we're gonna see each other again.
I'm very much looking forward to it and I wish you a wonderful weekend.
Bye bye.
