qualifications gold and under 19 boy singles he got third in the indian open pickleball tournament in jaipur he was the first all india pickleball ranking champion in 2019 in pune he got gold again under 19 boys doubles we're gonna have a ton of doubles games from onorag i've rated him as a 4-0 after seeing this tape i believe he's definitely a four or five and he might be more he's sending us some tapes because of the covid situation you know that doesn't get him down because he is a competitor he will not let negativity enter his life i feel like i know the kid and after this video i did my rating of honorable so after like the three minute mark you can watch how i rated him now i think i should have rated him higher anarag is going to be one of our regulars and we're really excited thanks again onorak if you know as long as he doesn't get upset with me which is pretty much everyone significant highlights gold medal pretty much everywhere in india pune japore mumbai arun gabad through what makes your 4-0 i know a lot of people don't really know what the rankings are so we're solving problems here and if you watch anurag he knows where to position himself on the court in singles he's serving deep he's in blue so he's returning decent serve i would have liked to see a little deeper serve for singles he's getting it deep not trying to hit it too hard you gotta approach one of these times this is just a great point on iraq you're definitely a 4.5 man oh and he has that fire i'd love that man so this must be indoors in prune he's gonna laugh so much it'd be about how i mispronounce all these names but i went to penn state for finance you know i didn't go for a speech or um a different language on a rug keep sending us a games we want some doubles tapes and now form i'm going to use the form is a skill assessment for a 4.0 player now why do i think he's a 4.0 i know he's at least a 4.0 that would be the correct answer we're going to get games from india on our channel with on a rock he's going to send some more games we're going to connect people we're doing something you know larger than life and anurag is in the neon shirt i probably should have said that he's extremely quick really good force in the backhand on this skill assessment the first question is um does he have consistent and dependable forehand backhand ground strips including directional control depth and placement absolutely next question is he consistent and dependable is it the volleys overheads including directional control depth and placement no question again this is singles it's not doubles we're gonna have a lot more videotape so this is kind of just a rough estimate i'm kind of just going through the form obviously next does he have reliable serves slob overhead approach shots and volleys and can use spin shots with some success from what i've seen he's doing it he's very quick he has good directional capacity so although the checks he has strong volleys hits overheads consistently very good ability to change from soft strategy to hard strategy not enough footage in this tape and onorak knows that i told him i just wanted to throw something out just to give people an idea of like what a 4-0 is so if he sent me about three or four more games and i'm able to look at it and i see he's not really making many mistakes at all he can really change up his game he has some nice offensive shots he's a 5-0 again you know no one i don't want to give everyone trophies you know this isn't nanny state this is pickleball pirates you know people make fun of my game on the channel and i'm not making fun of his he's a good good player again this chord is amazing i just want to play on this chord let's keep going down the form people i don't have add now can you handle speed shots without over hitting or hitting out of bounds i mean again it's just a couple points but i've given him all checks this next question it's a doubles question so i'm not even going to go through it i'm going to use strategy of thinking devil's question i'm going to give him checks just because he sent me a video you know because he consistently make drop shots show up shots successfully from the court and frequently from the baseline from what i've seen in the tape he has he's very quick he's smart can he recognize and exploit the weaknesses of his opponents he's done this on this tape countless times he's in the far court now people does he move effectively with the partner we don't know it's singles why am i putting this tape out i just want to get out there that um you know what a 4.0 player is and he clearly is that if not a 5-0 again we need more information and he knew this i just wanted throughout this segment just to let people know you know what a 4-0 is could he be a 4-5 could be a 5-0 absolutely could he beat me i don't know i'm not going to answer that question but i would love to play him and regardless we're going to get more of his games from india how cool is his court we're going to get more games from all over the u.s we're going to make playlists we're going to keep developing and building a 4.5 plus community where people can you know thrive
