so they're going well on our um power room uh this is basically where the solar system is going to live now we've bought the door jam the other day they've got that in place be done has been done it looks like we're just uh locking up the form work for the roof it's going to be a concrete roof so it'll be a solid solid little room and um yeah yeah it's going well there they've obviously got a bit of work to do to form the outside then and then I guess that'll be poured to getting our our power room done which is good the other day they've also cleaned out the uh we cleaned off all the scaffold well most of it so I've got the scaffold around this room now only must have redone that in the last couple of days and this are all on the front of the house now the scaffold's been removed so you can see this the lers here uh still don't look great but that's cuz this do the Finish concrete finish on this that's an extra too um I just forget what it cost us 10,000 P or something uh might have been a bit more about 15 to do the inside so mot mot finish on the walls but of course that makes it makes it look um very nice down the bottom here once that's done so everything else is done I'm really pleased with the way this roof has come out we decided to use a clear perspect almost fiber panel or something they call it for the roof to allow light to get in [Music] downstairs um without that I think if we had have done a dark roof or matched our main roof I think it could have been a bit dark inside as it is it's really good it's quite light and Airy because of these grills that we've got and because of these louvers that allow the the air to get up to get in low and circulate out at the top obviously we'll need to finish here with a path and a drain at some point now so we really the only things well apart from the concrete of course for the car Park area um we got to get the front door on and the back door both need to be completed so here they working on the forms for the top of the power room here up so here's our power room it's uh the boys have been forming up the roof and putting all the Rio in that today notic i' put a couple of Lights in the oh maybe it's all four corners I'm not sure which is really cool they'll be set up in the concrete so that's a a very good addition that I hadn't thought about looks like it's got a little cover out over the door and around the edge keep the the um the water well away from it so it looks like the boys are ready to pour on the roof of the uh of the power room there so this is the roof of our par room boys are getting it ready to pour now going to pour it today for two lights inside couple lights outside yeah it's uh lot of R and uh going to come out the side which is good allow me walk around they're wetting it down at the moment so I guess the uh concrete would stick to the wood I better get out of the way I'll be getting wet so we haven't done any uh concreting for quite a while this one now where starting it up I do the mix I got everything ready here we got the um Sahara which is going to waterproof the roof here and uh they're getting ready to do the P so it's going to be good to get this is this going to our air conditioner going to sit on the roof this the room the bedroom which is there [Music] going so we're just doing the finishing touches on the roof here they pulled this morning it's dried enough now and they do the finishing looking Beau yay it's a good thing we bought we bought a big roll of this um this T material here it was cheaper to buy by the RO and um looks like it's a good thing all off earlier in preparation and um I think we keep the right off I guess too much Min on all it sets so just cover up here [Music] up so we got enough grav to do the floor so that's today I think they're going to pour that um I'm not sure here I think they might be removing the scaffolding is there scaffolding coming down today en yeah yeah good Okay cool so that will and did the roof did the roof get sealed yeah it's done yeah uh oh good all right so we're right to put the air conditioning up on there [Music] now actually I think that is coming in across
