Chelsea! After four years in Manchester, the title has returned to the capital. And Chelsea led the race from August to May. Let the celebrations begin. The runaway Chelsea. ...to go with a goal behind. Oh, and it could so easily have been an own goal. ...of all. Chelsea, who trailed. Nowey. Together there. Chelsea. ...field could be. Courtois. Running 6-6, Courtois. Oskar. Oh! Threaded through. Kosta. What a start! Past the 30-second mark. Kosta pulls it back. Ramirez. And Ivanovic is onside! ...inviting Coleman in. Morata! Hazard. Breezes past McCarthy. And it's... Got a deflection! Strength again! Eto'o! Awful first touch to John Obi Mikel. And Kosta could well and truly finish it here. He has! ...from Besic that gives any Everton hope of revival. Key. Taylor can move for it. Gomez couldn't. Beautifully delivered! Swansea City score! Nowey Cahill's tiptoed forward inside the box and almost got to Cahill. ...was Diego Kosta. Fabregas again. Kosta! Part. Ramirez. Oskar. Ramirez! Kosta in particular to hit the groin like this is terrific for him. It's Jonjo Shelby. And that is a ruthless finish. And Swansea City have something else to cheer. ...from his point of view. And there's another one. They're all over Diego Kosta. We've obviously targeted him at the start of the game. Every time he gets the ball. Is he having it? He's off. There's no reprieve. Diego Kosta is a very desperate Manchester City defender and it hasn't curbed this Chelsea piece of play. In deep trouble here. Diego Kosta. Oh, he's hit the post. For James Milner. This time it's Welsh Benegueta. Diego Kosta! It's Oskar! Fabregas. Here goes Diego Kosta. Can he finish it? Great save but then Williams for Chelsea. First goal of the season for Williams. Problems to his old club. Hazard. Can't hear way through. It's on 1-4. Here is the chance to take the lead. And he takes it with... And he's still going it alone. Others arriving now. Like Hazard. Beautifully... And it's Oskar! Absolutely dazzling. A stunning free kick from Oskar. Chelsea lead inside. Six minutes. This season. There's another one. And caught. By Aspen Agüete. The Spanish full-back is sent on. To flush the Chelsea. To get them at it. Oh, he's got to be careful. That has been pulled back by Delaney. Oh, he's off. Zivanovic. Great movement from Chelsea. Matic. Now Fabregas. Oskar. Back to Fabregas. Oh! What a goal that is! That is absolutely spectacular from Chelsea. They carved Palace apart. Zaha managed to wriggle through again. Campbell! Goal for Crystal Palace. In the 90th minute. Flipping the free kick. Just needed to touch him. He's furious about it. He's furious. Someone out here. He picks up. Drogba! Kept out by David De Gea. Drogba. Hazard again. He's in for Chelsea. Oskar! From his farthest front. Hazard against Green. Emre Can here, square of him. Emre Can's had a hit! The outswinger. Costa with a header. It's come out to Costa! For Diego Costa. In towards Costa. He's not scoring. Offers the angle for the cross. And Costa just getting in front of Foster. Snaps wide. Taken in towards Hazard. Nothing that Foster can do. Absolutely furious with his defenders. Switching off to the short corner. Hazard. Willian. Not closed down. Hazard. Drogba. Hazard! Goal scorer. And here's Oskar. And Drogba's timed his run. A decent position. Costa was the target. Will fall instead for Willian. He was trying to find the corner. Nami Ovi with the ball towards Sissi! And he's off it! Pulled back towards Eden. Hazard! With the opportunity. Here it falls for Sissoko. And it falls for Sissi! Fabregas with the free kick. And it came and didn't get there. And as he has so many times. Didier Drogba throws Chelsea a lifeline. Matic. And now Oskar. Chelsea. Cess Fabregas. With the corner. And John Terry got up. Played the second minute. And it got a deflection. And Courtois still manages to react. To play in Cess Fabregas. Away from Shawcross. And they've done enough. Sass. For Chelsea. They've soaked up all that stoke pressure. The man who scored himself. And might still now. Is Costa. Van Costa. What a superb goal. Really compact. It was a fantastic pass. Hazard. Costa getting there. Hazard goes on. And equalises. The first up. I'll have to see it again. And Costa wants it. Hazard away from Rose. In and Hazard. Against the post. Oskar scores. Costa. A line perhaps. Harry Kane. Eriksen. It's out. Shevanovic. Scored away. Kane's gone over. Spurs lead. Kane. Lovely turn. Harry Kane. That's gorgeous. Has the old court on it. Hazard. Fabregas. Hazard. 2-4. Chelsea do have the next goal. Shevanovic. Hazard. Azpilicueta. It's a really good save by Lloris. Low and hard. Chadley. Boy! Fabregas. And in from Terry. Got the benefit of Tim Krool backing goal in Dutch international. There's a chance here now for Chelsea. Oskar. Comes. Oskar. It's a lovely turn. Diego Costa. Can he finish? Yes, he can. Diego Costa. Sergio. Acceleration. Eased up at the top of the crossbar by Colettino. The ball's been given away to Oskar, who shoots and scores. An absolutely stunning start for Chelsea. 50 seconds on the clock. Oskar to Fabregas. Diego Costa. Chelsea celebrates. Swansea disintegrates. Willian. Oh, that's terrible from Fernandez. Straight to Diego Costa. And it's 3-0. Self-inflicted misery at the back once again. Diego Costa. Oskar! 4-0. Five minutes. Williams is blocking him. Still he goes on. And he can set up. Willian. Will he take it on? A whisker away from the hat-trick. He's got it into Ivanovic. And there is a goal. It was attacked on the near post by Schürrle. And it's 5-0 to Chelsea. Chelsea find a way through here. He's just trying to nudge it through to Oskar. Handball. Blocking it up. And now Hazard is onside. And ready! This is Willian. It's Hazard. Simplicity. But beautifully finished. Lovely work from Kolas Hill. And the header from Okora! Okora's there again. As per the quota. Villa labouring to clear. Ivanovic! He is so often the man for Chelsea. If you're going to be a champion, you have to find a moment like that. Matic did well to keep his feet. And to stride on Nemanja Matic. Naismith beyond him. Lukaku onside. Rubble on Lukaku. And Cech denies him. Oviedo. Lukaku! Denied. And tight back range by Cech. Stones. Set back by Fabregas. For Matic. Deflection goal! The crowd has chosen to come once more. And to good effect. Lashed back in by Willian! Ivanovic! By Jason Shackle. There's no penalty for the second time in this first half. Created a half opportunity there. Barnes has caught Matic. Whose reaction might get him into trouble. Chelsea now to ten men. Minute 30. Minute 33. Minute 43. And minute 69. The game had four moments. And don't ask me more questions because I don't answer. Back to Fabregas. Now to Ramirez. What a ball in! And Chelsea lead. Eden Hazard with the final touch. It's better from Downing. Take care of those pillars. But a loose. T-ball caught to Aaron Zuma. Was Chelsea. Still going. Back off the post. Hazard bites his time. What a save by Adrian Onlue. He's found it in Hazard. Onside. Hazard. Willian! Blocked on the line. Would you believe it? What a game. Clancy finds Branislav Ivanovic. And Kostin! What he does better onto it. And two converge on him. And the referee pulls to the spot. Right down the middle. All the way to Cahill. And Remy's shot blocked. Terry's follow-up blocked. Terry then hits it right at the target. And the captain wonders how they didn't get a winner there. Kosta's lay-off there. This is Eden Hazard. Shaping to shoot. And what a good decision it was. A blistering start by Chelsea. Van Gogh. He's onside. Abel Hernandez! Great stop from Thibaut Courtois. Gautam trying to keep pace with him. Oh! It's 2-0 as Diego Costa picks his spot. And Abel Hernandez! Willian. Remy! And it's quick. He goes down. And the referee pulls to the spot. Well, he's gone for goal there. Kostin. Decided to shoot it. Great decision. And a good save from Courtois. And pulls it back. Oh, Chelsea sees it. Rooney can line this one up. And the backheel is beautiful for Hazard. He's in here. Best chance for Chelsea. Goal for Chelsea. First half. Chin the shape of Eden Hazard. Still Drogba. Gims gets even closer. The next two and the job is done for Jose Mourinho and his players. Looking at the ball for Oscar. And he's got there. Piece of recovery. Very good. And here's Ramirez. Very good until it came. Impressively here. Pulls it back for Drogba. Into the car and off the line. But it's been turned in anyway. It's John Terry who gets the final touch. I'm going to cry. Boring, boring. Chelsea as Ramirez clinches the points. Title is almost theirs. Oh, and that's going to be a penalty. And Hazard takes a very weak penalty. Nine years ago, Chelsea lined up to honour the 1966 champions, Liverpool, in this way at Anfield. Now the roles are reversed. First goal here. And John Terry has got it. Chelsea party trick. In with the fans. Gerrard on the move too. And it comes to Steven Gerrard. Back there. And it goes wide instead to Lescott. And now Berrino. Didier Drogba, playing his final match for the club, was given the honour of leading the team. Very well. And Drogba! It must go in when he touched it. And swing it from Adam Johnson. And it's met. It's the end of the road. The second time around for Didier Drogba. As a Chelsea coach here. There might be an again here. They might get a penalty here. Diego Costa puts it away. Number 20 in the Premier League. Remy. And in goes the champions, Chelsea. After four years in Manchester, the title has returned to the capital. It's a fantastic feeling. To be champion is not easy. In this country, it's even more difficult. So obviously I'm very proud and I'm so happy that they're enjoying it so much.
