G20s, the element of design we are going to discuss today is
scale and size. Well, scale is an important element to show.
With size and scale, we determine the relationship between different shapes and objects.
As you can see in the example, there is a small circle and a large circle.
This basically develops a relationship that there is a small circle and a large circle.
If more objects and shapes are included in this image, then we will be able to determine
the relationship between different shapes and sizes and their sizes and scales.
As you can see in this image, a depth has been created.
Well, as you can see in this image, the objects at the front are large and the objects at the
back are small. Well, through this, an illusion has been created that gives us a sense of depth.
Similarly, the objects at the front are close to us and the objects at the back are far from us.
Well, in design, every day, designers use scale and size in the same way to create this illusion.
G20s, we have a newspaper and its front page.
As you can see on this front page, there are different texts and types and their different scales and sizes.
Well, this size and scale determines which news is how important.
Well, as you can see, there is a very big news and its font size is the largest in this whole page.
And this size and scale determines how important this news is.
Similarly, there is a headline, sub-headline, body text, different columns,
different sections in the newspaper.
And these sections, due to their size and scale, determine how important this news is.
And we can give emphasis on some news in the same way, if we change their color or scale.
And in the same way, designers can give emphasis on objects or text with their own will,
with scale and size, that how important it is.
So, I hope you must have learned something in today's video.
So, let's go to the next video and explore another element of design.
