ET revisits rare moments with young Barron Trump, in a penthouse tour with parents Donald and Melania in 2010. At the famous family's New York City home at Trump Tower, the then-4-year-old drives around clearly one of his favorite toys at the time, an electric-powered Mercedes that bears the license plate letters: 'B-A-R-R-O-N.' The little one's Slovenian accent is heard throughout, as Barron poses for pics alongside his mother, father and high-end stuffed animal collection.

Oh, I got it.
I have one.
You pair.
Two of this class.
One for yours.
Like you do, yeah, like you did before with the...
Can you go back? Yeah, can you go back?
There's too much people.
Okay, ready to go? Okay.
Go slow.
Go slow, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Wow.
What's that thing?
What's...
Yeah, you can ride it with your ears.
Pass over your house.
Now get off.
No, you get off.
Okay, I'm ready.
Here.
To your house.
Go to your house.
Be careful you don't fall, okay?
Mama, oh, that's your twin mama.
Take mama like this.
Yeah, all right.
Okay, we're ready.
Family portrait, we're ready.
Big hug, big hug, big hug.
Wow, what a nice picture that is.
I don't want to interrupt.
I don't want to interrupt that picture.
That's a great picture.
Honey, don't lift it too much.
Show us how much you love her.
Hug her, hug her.
Karen, be a good boy.
Come on.
You're almost finished.
Be good.
Hug mommy like you love her.
Big hug.
Show her how much you love her.
Yeah, nice.
That's the...
That's the boy I know, mom.
You will not see it.
Margaret, do you want to fix his tie?
It's really going to be so small in the future.
The three of us in front.
A little tighter.
Yeah.
Okay, that's fine.
One more.
That's it.
Ben, you need to put your suit on.
Be careful.
Okay, let's go.
Ready?
Yeah, please.
Ready, let's go, let's go.
Margaret.
I'm going off.
No, no, no, no.
Now we're starting.
Look at...
Okay.
Not too far.
Don't worry.
Margaret, she needs it all.
Mom, you're a fool.
You're a fool.
Oh, my God.
Look at this.
I have to get off.
Hold on.
You can get off.
No.
Hold, hold, hold, hold.
You're a big guy.
You're a big guy, Mara.
I can't get in the picture.
Okay.
Whoa.
That's nice.
And, of course, you see Barron running around the house here.
Milani is so hands-on with him.
You always see her out and about with Barron.
What kind of mom is she?
She's a great mom.
She's a really loving, beautiful mom.
I mean, there's nothing more important than her son.
And, of course, you've got grown-up kids.
You've got a little one.
Can you believe that you're going through this again?
Well, I go through it.
And, you know, the interesting thing, you appreciate it a little bit more as you get older.
And now I have a 4-year-old, but I almost appreciate the other children more just by having Barron.
So, it's really quite wonderful.
Do you think you're going to have more?
I mean, it's always possible.
And Milani is a young, beautiful woman.
There's, you know, lots of years ahead to make more trumps.
Well, it certainly is possible.
Voila.
Try it again a little bit.
Nice, Barron.
Yes.
Smile, Barron.
Smile, smile, smile, smile, smile.
Where is that smile?
Where is the beautiful smile of Barron?
The big one.
Not a fake one.
I want a real one.
Feet more up.
More higher.
He's riding.
Lean backwards, lean backwards.
More, lean backwards.
Barron is a beautiful little boy.
So sweet.
And you are just such a—watching you with Barron is so touching as a mom,
because you could just see the love that you have for him.
Any more kids in your future?
Well, I say I have two kids.
I have a big boy, Donald, and I have a little boy, Barron.
So, my hands are full now.
And especially with the business that I started, really the schedule is really, really busy.
Well, you make cute kids, so hopefully we'll see other little trumps running around.
I never say never, but for now.
Sometimes you don't sleep enough, and you just go.
Everything is a balancing act.
I think life is a balancing act.
And it's just everything comes naturally then.
You just need to—a first role for me is being a mommy and a wife, and then a businesswoman,
because Barron still needs me.
He's only four years old, and I want to be there for him.
This is the living room.
This view, oh my goodness.
This is the—well, of course, would it be anything less than the best view in New York City.
Oh, it's fantastic.
And what you could see whole New York and Central Park,
and when it's changing the colors, you know, we have snow.
We have—like now it's spring, so summer.
Fall.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful view.
And so you have windows over there.
You have windows.
Do you have 360-degree—
Correct.
Yes.
Whole apartment, it's all around.
So it's very special.
It's beautiful.
Do you do a lot of entertaining in here?
Sometimes, yeah.
Cocktail parties, and then the dinner in the big dining room.
You're very daring to decorate in such a light color with having parties in here.
I'd be so afraid red wine would be all over the floor.
Well, you know, the guests are always careful, so I'm not doing baby's parties here for sure, you know.
Although you do have Baron running around.
How does he not get his sticky child fingers, as my daughter would have, you know,
jelly or peanut butter on her fingers on the porch?
Well, he doesn't do that kind of projects here.
He has a whole third floor big enough for him to do all his projects up there.
So here he has, like, his Mercedes, and he's running around and driving around, and we play here.
But, you know, the massive projects, they stay up in the third floor.
Smart woman.
Okay, Baron, ready?
Look at the camera.
Oh, you can't fall like that.
