One important thing when you apply for a job in Germany is to know how to find a job in Germany and how to find a job in Germany.
I know that you can find a job in Germany for all the jobs.
When you use this tip, you will have a strong desire to come to Germany.
German is easy to speak.
Many of my friends come here.
They teach at Goethe-Institut.
Hi everyone, this is Shyamala Shekhar.
I have planned this video after a long time.
Many people are commenting in the video about jobs in Germany.
How to find a job in Germany and how to find a job in Germany.
I couldn't cover that in the short video.
So I decided to record a long video.
All the information in this long video is my personal choice.
This may have changed for some people.
So keep this as a reference only.
Many people have commented in my videos about how to come to Germany, how to find a job in Germany and how to find a job in Germany.
First of all, let me tell you what my profession is.
I am a software engineer in a software company.
I am a team manager.
How did I come here?
There was an internal opening in my company.
So I came here internally.
When you come like this, the process will be very smooth.
The company will take care of everything.
Coming like this is a very comfortable process.
But not everyone has this process.
Some of my friends have come here to Germany.
They have tried it personally.
Many of my friends have come here through LinkedIn.
LinkedIn keeps their profile active.
All my friends are in the software industry.
It is easy to find a job in software.
In the software industry, there are at least a few jobs without German language skills.
But other professions do not have that.
So a job without German language skills is a software job.
For that, your profile should be very strong and active on LinkedIn.
In that, many recruiters will reach you if their skill set is unique and they need it.
Otherwise, you can also try on LinkedIn.
The sad thing is that the job market in Germany is not very good now.
I came here three years ago when the second wave of COVID-19 ended.
Even then, the job market was good.
After that, the war broke out and many things happened.
Since the economy is down here, many start-up companies are closing down.
So many people are losing their jobs.
Some of my friends are looking for a job in Germany.
They are staying in Germany.
They have lost their jobs.
So they are looking for a job.
Some of my friends have been looking for a job for many months.
In such a situation, it is difficult to get a job when you try from outside.
In the current situation, there is a recession here.
It is difficult to get a job.
If you get a job beyond that, you should have a completely unique skill.
They do not get the skills they are looking for in Germany.
They will get the skills only when they come to a decision to get a job abroad.
If you have such a unique skill, you can apply and try.
For example, there is a department called Ontology in my company.
After studying library science, people come to the Ontology department to get a job.
They recruit people from other countries.
They recruit people in such a situation.
It is difficult to get a job beyond that.
Many people are losing their jobs.
It is difficult to get a job in such a situation.
If you sell software jobs and look at other jobs, you need German language skills.
For example, let's take the doctor profession.
In German, there are A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2.
There are so many levels.
A1 is the basic level.
A2 is a little more advanced.
This is taught at the Goethe-Institut in our country.
If you take an intensive course, you can study within 6 months.
But if you want to speak, you need to practice daily.
The interviews are done in German.
In other cases, the interview is done in English.
For example, if you are working in payroll related companies,
There is a very complex process in payroll in Germany.
So you need to know German.
If you are working in Finance or Accounts, you need to know German.
For some jobs, they will stop with B1 and B2.
It is easy to study even that.
But for some jobs, they will ask for C1 and C2.
Example, doctor profession.
If you have studied in India as a doctor,
and you want to practice as a doctor,
then I think you need C1 or C2.
I am not sure.
But if you have a high level of German,
if you can speak fluently,
many companies will shortlist your resume.
It is a total waste to apply without knowing German.
In software jobs,
if there are 100 jobs,
maximum 5 or 10 jobs will be without German.
Or in requirements,
they will ask for German skills mandatory,
B1 and B2.
Out of those 100 jobs,
only those 10 jobs will be without German.
Since there is a recession,
thousands of people will apply for those 10 jobs.
Will they prefer those jobs?
Will they prefer to get a visa from a foreign country?
That is what I am trying to say.
The current situation is not good.
Software jobs are difficult.
For other professions,
you need to know German.
Then you can apply in their portal.
I have no idea about other jobs.
I only know about German skills.
For example,
lab technician.
Many people ask me about that.
How to become a lab technician?
How to become a driver?
How to become a truck driver?
I know that all jobs require German.
For example,
you have to be a teacher in a kindergarten.
A kindergarten teacher is a teacher for 5 year old children.
You don't have to teach them anything.
You just have to take care of them.
There is a course for that too.
There is a course for 2-4 years.
It is in Deutsch.
German or Deutsch.
You can become a kindergarten teacher
only after studying that.
There is a course for everything.
For example,
if you want to work in a building section,
you need to know German.
If you really want to come to Germany,
you need to know at least B2 and B1 level of German.
That is the first criteria.
Secondly,
if you are in a software industry
and you want to learn German,
the probability of getting a job is high.
If you apply without knowing German,
you might not get a job.
That is what I want to say.
German is a must.
If you want to live here,
you need to know German.
You need to know German because
people who work in shops
speak in German.
If you need a cover,
they will speak in German.
They don't have English knowledge.
This is how the job market is now.
I have been talking about
getting a job without coming to Germany.
I have been trying to apply in LinkedIn.
If you want to come here and
look for a job,
they have launched an opportunity card.
I will give the website in the description.
You can check your eligibility.
If you enter your age and qualifications,
they will show you if you are eligible.
If you are eligible,
you can apply for a visa.
They will give you a one-year visa.
You can try from here.
It is easier to try from here
But when you try from here,
the cost of staying here will be high.
It is not a lifestyle
to spend our money here
Opportunity card is a good option.
But it is not the right option now.
Maybe in the future,
when the recession is over,
you can use the opportunity card
and try here.
Another option is
reference.
I am telling you because it is in software.
I have a job opening in my company.
I told you about the skill example
in the ontology department.
There is a need for a job.
If you are looking for a job abroad,
if you cannot get a job here,
if I refer you,
the chances are high.
You can refer your friends
who work abroad.
You can come to Europe.
One important thing
when you apply,
there is a job opening.
If your resume matches
90-95% of the skills asked,
at least your resume
will pass through in an automated system.
For example,
in every company,
thousands of people
apply for a position.
They cannot read and review
all the resumes one by one.
So what they do is
they have an automated system.
The automated system
reads all the resumes
and matches the skills
they need.
For example,
Unix, Java, JavaScript,
all the keywords are in your resume
and it matches them.
So whichever resume matches
more than 90-95%,
only that will be sent to HR.
So the resume you send
should match 90-95% of the job requirements.
To match that,
what you have to do is
you have to customize
and upload your resume
If you take the same resume
and apply for all the jobs
the automated system will reject you.
Even if you apply for thousands of jobs,
you will not get a single reply.
So what you have to do is
I will provide a website in the description.
It is a sample website.
There are many such websites.
Go to that website
and prepare your resume
according to the job requirements.
If you put it in that tool,
your resume will match
more than 90-95% of the job requirements.
more than 90-95% of the job requirements,
only that will be sent to HR.
This is a good tip.
One of my friends shared it to me.
When you use this tip,
your resume will not be rejected
by the automated system
and will be sent to HR.
At least HR will get an opportunity
to see your resume.
So if you use this tip
and try to apply for jobs
you will get a good chance
to get your resume passed.
You have got a job.
A company offers you a job
and visa.
You will get a question
whether you can choose Germany.
So what you have to do is
In Germany,
the lifestyle is very expensive.
If they say 70,000 euros,
40% of it will go to tax.
If you look at the balance
after tax,
the house rent
is 1500 euros.
I am telling this to a family.
In your salary,
half of the 3000 euros you get
will go to house rent.
In the remaining amount,
you will definitely get
200 euros for food,
electricity bill, etc.
So what you save
will be very less.
Only a few thousands will be there.
That is also very close to us
If you want to look around,
it is very difficult
to do it with one salary.
So the salary you are given
is suitable
to live here
comfortably
without a car.
Accept the offer.
Suppose your partner
also works here.
They study German.
They go to the shop and work part time.
That is a good option.
But only you will definitely work.
If you have a family
with you,
the salary you get
is a comfortable salary
I think I have shared
all the job related information here.
If you need any more information
than this,
tell me in the comments of this video.
Maybe in the next video,
I will record and upload
Again, all the information
is my personal preference.
The information I collected
may vary slightly
from individual to individual.
So take this as a reference.
Do your own research
and apply for jobs.
I hope you like this video.
I hope it will be useful.
