Mr. Speaker, the Free Conference Committee report does three things. It completely deletes the provisions of House Bill 606. Secondly, it adds three words to clean up House Bill 775 as enacted. Those three words are, or the Commonwealth. And thirdly, it establishes a new program that was brought to us by the Lady from Madison as House Bill 707 that creates a multi-county economic development group to be able to have counties work across lines to be able to recruit new industry for their area. The gentleman from Todd can expand on this further should there be any questions or I'm sure the Lady from Madison could as well. But with that, Mr. Speaker, I move for the adoption of the Free Conference Committee report to House Bill 606. All those in favor of adoption of Free Conference Committee Report 1, signify by saying aye. Aye. All opposed, nay. Motion carries. Free Conference Committee 1 report is adopted. Gentleman from McCracken. Mr. Speaker, I move the final passage of House Bill 606 is amended by the Free Conference Committee.
