How This Stunning House Combines Space and Serenity!

Hello everyone! Welcome back to another exciting Bali Texture Villa Tour. I'm your host Anisha and today I am in the heart of Canggu and we're gonna tour this six-bedroom industrial loft villa. Now come on guys, let's take a look. So today we're gonna take a look into Vinaka House which is where we are at today and now we're gonna start in the entrance. So over here is the parking lot area and for having a house in Canggu, especially a big one like this, it's very important to have a big parking lot and this can fit a car and a lot of motorbikes and also they've got another entrance going up to the third floor. We're gonna look into that later on. Now we're gonna check the inside of the house because after taking a quick peek, it looks absolutely beautiful. So come on guys, follow me. So what we're looking at today is an industrial style loft villa but still with those modern touches and tropical touches too. Now here we are at the living room so when you just walk into from the entrance, you can straight away see the semi-open style concept of the living room, but here this is a cozy spot to just relax, watch tv and there's also multiple spots to hang out since you can see they've also got this long sofa area right over here just under the stairs. I feel like it's such a nice touch that they really think about such the tiniest details on where to put everything at. Now guys, come on let's go check out the dining and also the kitchen area. Let's go. So here is the dining area and also the kitchen area. So in the dining area, you've got a lot of space, you've got this huge table and you also can still watch the tv because this is just one open concept. So it's semi-open, they've got this huge glass sliding door which you can just open it up and you've got the fresh air coming in, you've got the view of the pool and also they've got this glass ceiling right over here which brings in all the natural light. Since over here the vibe is more of a warm vibe, you've got this calm sense and not a lot of this bright colors because the style of the villa is more industrial but they still keep in mind of the tropics as you can see right behind me here. For the kitchen, they went into the green tiles with also the plants right behind me here which really makes you bring back that you're in Bali but still with a different concept. Now guys, let's go and check out the first bedroom that we're gonna see which is right over there. It is on the first floor since the other bedrooms are upstairs which we will look at later on. So over here is the first bedroom we're gonna look at and here in front of the bedroom there's a lot of sitting options and you've got the view of the pool too. So over here this is the bed and it is situated on a low wooden platform and typically you don't really see this in most villas here in Bali but I think this is a cool touch for the bedroom and also they've got more of a minimalistic style going on over here but still they've got and add a lot of fun textures like here for the wall they use the locally sourced wood and you can also see right by that side they've got this like circular glass going on which such a fun touch to the whole bedroom and they also got a lot of this artworks like this one over here a Balinese girl since the owner wanted to add a touch of Bali for this villa so there's a lot of Balinese artworks that you guys will see later on in the videos. So here they've got this desk and also a wardrobe so while you're on holiday you can still get some work done and you can also put some of your stuff in the wardrobe and behind me here maybe you already got a sneak peek but this one is the bathroom for this bedroom so let's go and see come on guys so we've got something special for the bathroom for this room over here they've got this brown bathtub right here which is so cool so unique they've also got it on a wooden platform and still you've got all the natural light coming from this window and they've got this really cool lantern right over here which going on for the vibe for this bathroom is a lot of circular design like from the bathtub from this window right over here and also from the mirror so before going up to see the other bedrooms i want to talk about the pool right over here right in the center of the villa so here this is a fun spot to just relax take a dip into the pool and you really feel like you're in the tropics because especially you're in the middle of it's a busy street but here you really feel like you're one with nature there's a lot of spots where you can chill they also got this cute sofas right over here so you can just sit down take a rest and then straight away take a dip now come on guys let's go inside and check out the second floor come on so right now we're at the second floor and before going to the bedroom we've got this hallway right over here with a lot of this beautiful artwork of the balinese people with their traditional clothing now here we've got two of the bedrooms but we're gonna look at that one so let's go and see so for the second bedroom it's got a different concept than the first bedroom we've seen over here the bed is straight away in the middle of the room and you also got your own balcony with this glass sliding door so you can just open it up and you've got a lot of the fresh air and also natural sunlight coming into the room and behind me here for the walls they use a lot of the iron woods and you've also got an open concept wardrobe so you can just straight away put up your stuff and straight away take it and use it now here they've got more of this simple style going on you've got a mirror and this tribal style wall going on which i love it gets this nice texture to the whole room and right behind me here this is the bathroom come on so here this is the bathroom and for here they've got this sliding door so you can just open it up and straight away you've got over here the his and her sink and this long mirror so for the room you can see that they've got mostly the color of blacks the gray but they still wanted to add those lovely touches of the green since they want to do more tropic style so you've got some greens over here and also some planteries by the toilet and if you guys don't like a bathtub for this bathroom they opted for a shower so here you've got the shower and still a skylight over here so you've got all those natural lights so right now we are in another section of the villa this is where the two other bedrooms are located here you could say it's more of like a mini studio or more into the industrial love style villa so here you've got your own living area with this huge sofa right over here and also your own tv they've also got a dining table and also a small kitchen i would say i love the overall concept of this whole place it feels so warm and you feel so much at home and right behind me here this is the twin bedroom so let's go and see it so over here this is the twin bedroom so they've got the twin beds here so it's really perfect if you're here with your kids or even your friends they have their own space your own bed to sleep at and what i also love that over here you can just rent out this space because there's two access so we've got one of the access that we've seen going up from the stairs and also they've got another access going from the parking lot area and also up to the third floor so if you want to just rent out this space you can definitely do that you can just lock up the door right over here and you've got your own personal space i have to say i still love the design that they're going on it's very simple but very bold so this is the last bedroom for the second floor you've got this huge bed right over here again on a wooden platform and you've got this like view going on to the outdoor area i would say it's such a lovely space a really comfy space you still got this plantery so you've got all those touches of greens and you also got your own bathroom and wardrobe space so over here you've got another entrance for the parking lot area and the stairs going up to the third floor so there's one more bedrooms upstairs and you've got this small space where you can also rent it out just that space because over here they've got their own entrance now come on guys let's go out so over here is the rooftop area and i would say this would probably the best spot of the villa because here you've got your own dining area and you also got your own kitchen so you can cook up a meal eat over here or even lounge in this spot right over here and you've got an amazing view of the rice field right behind me they also got their own jacuzzi right over there so this is the best place to just hang out and really embrace bali just embrace the tropics
