SSE Airtricity Men's First Division | Round 2 | UCD 0-1 Bray Wanderers | Highlights

Okay Lennox that's a poor ball into the centre. It's easily picked out and Bray have a chance to come again down the left-hand side with Costolo. Yeah both teams are giving the ball away too easily at this stage. Gets that into the box. It's more of a toe poke than anything else really. Too far out for a shot isn't it? Or is it? Billy's gonna have a go anyway. Oh what a hit. Oh yeah it's a penalty yeah. Yeah no dispute in that one that's for sure. Yeah great free from Billy. It was a good free kick. Kian Moore spilled just in front of him and I didn't see who the culprit. Clever foul. So Max Murphy with the penalty. Foot went away on Friday night. Whoa tell you what. James Scott fought force behind that. Yeah that wasn't a bad penalty. There's no chance for Moore there at all. So there you go one nil Bray. Super shot. Lovely bit of footwork by Adam Brennan. Oh and that's off by Mikey Raggett and it's another foul by Sean Brennan and the referee is going to make that point when he's got his hand in the book. Sean Brennan could go here and he has. It's his second yellow card immediately for Sean Brennan. Just being there even if he wasn't doing anything. He used to be there. Yeah. With the pressure and the head off. It's a slight change of shape here from UCD is what it looks like to me. With uh it looks like they've gone to a 4-3-2. Asking a lot of the. Oh that's a brilliant ball. Amaral's in here. Takes time to compose himself. Oh tell you what. Could he have hit that first time on his left? He could and even when he did twist it around he sort of hit it low and hard but he didn't try to lift it over the goalkeeper. Tried to lift it but didn't quite get enough lift No Amaral was struggling up and tall enough to get his hands to it. It was down to a great. You have to put that down. It's a great chance for Bray to go two up. Yeah absolutely. Especially this particular phase in the game. We're just approaching the half an hour mark. 35 minutes gone. Would have been an enormous ask for UCD at that point. Oh tell you what. Not far away. That's right yeah. Second game. Yeah he's done a great job so far. He looks very composed for someone only in their second game in this level. Exactly the same. Oh he's hit the bar. What a strike by Harvey Warren. And that has hit a hand but it's at the body I think. Oh that should have been another goal to Bray. What a strike by Harvey Warren. Just as we're talking about one player on their second game. Harvey Warren is also in a second game for Bray Wanderer. Great hit by Verdon. Oh and it's going to be a corner kick. It must come off the wall. So the wall did its job. It's the sixth minute here. So it's one last throw of the dice for UCD. Killian Cantwell heads clear. If Max Murphy can boot this one we might be up. And there we go. That moves Bray into third place in the table. Lost three points.
