Hello everyone, today we're going to create this light makeup look inspired by Aurora.
It feels very suitable for early spring, giving off a springtime vibe.
Before applying makeup, let's start with a simple hydration and concealing routine.
First, use this tangerine colour to cover the dark circles under the eyes.
The texture is quite moisturising and applies smoothly under the eyes.
Then, use a light coffee colour to cover blemishes and acne marks on the face.
This one isn't as moisturising as the tangerine colour, but it offers better coverage and
will make the face look more flawless.
For foundation today, I'm using this cream foundation.
With the change of seasons and early spring, it's best to choose a lightweight and breathable
skincare type cream foundation.
Moreover, its vacuum pump design is really hygienic, and you only need one pump for the
entire face.
First, spread it evenly on the face.
If you, like me, prefer a clear and natural makeup look, use a damp sponge to blend it
out.
You can see it creates a beautiful creamy skin effect on the face.
The makeup finish is very clear and natural, yet the coverage is not weak, providing about
70% coverage.
The creamy texture spreads easily, and once applied to the face, it feels very gentle.
The overall finish is this glossy, creamy skin look, and even up close there is no powdery
appearance, as if the glow is coming from the skin itself.
Now use a brush to pick up some liquid contour and apply it to key areas like the bridge
and tip of the nose.
Then blend it out.
For contouring the side of the face, directly apply with the brush head on the cheekbones
and jawline, using a slightly larger brush to blend it out with a tapping motion, then
use the highlighting shade on the reverse side to apply under the eyes, on the tear
troughs, nasolabial folds, the center of the forehead, the tip and bridge of the nose,
as well as the corners of the mouth and chin.
You can use a brush or a small puff to pat it in place, and then use this lip clay.
Layer it on the center of the face, the tip of the nose and the chin as blush.
Start by applying a base using a small puff to pick up some loose powder, and set it in
small areas like under the eyes, the center of the forehead and other oily areas.
I usually use setting spray after setting with powder products, this way it provides
a double setting effect and reduces the overly powdery look of the products.
First, use eyebrow powder to outline the shape, then use an eyebrow pencil to fill in any
gaps in detail, I don't mind.
The eyebrow shape is relatively straight, without too much curvature.
For the eyeshadow, start with a light color as a base for the eyelids, then choose an
atmospheric color as the main tone and apply it broadly over the upper and lower eyeshadow
areas.
Take a light brown color and deepen it in a small area at the roots of the eyelashes.
The shape should be softer, not too harsh.
With the excess powder, deepen it a bit more.
For the lower eyeliner and the aegyosal, first set a point in the middle, then blend it out
to the sides from that point.
Remember not to make it a line, but rather a surface.
Use this fine shimmer to dab on the hollow of the eye in the front half of the aegyosal.
The eyelashes are still applied.
For this girl group style Korean detail, dip into the darkest shade in the palette to draw
the eyeliner, and simply extend it along the lash line without lifting, just pulling it
straight out.
Finally, add a natural style contact lens.
This completes the eye makeup part.
For the blush, directly dip into this color in the palette, and layer it in a small area
over where we just applied the blush, giving it a bit of dimension.
Then layer a dewy stick on areas like the cheeks and chin to enhance the overall translucency.
For the lip makeup, apply the lip and cheek tint used earlier for the blush to unify the
color.
First, use shade 01 to create a base color on the lips, then use shade 07 to layer in
a small area on the center and the cupid's bow of the lips to create a gradient effect.
Finally, focus on the center and the cupid's bow of the lips.
Layer a coat of clear lip gloss, down blend with that the entire makeup look is complete.
