Oiling Cheung is an acknowledged expert in Chinese antiquities,
having been called upon by the likes of Christie's and Sotheby's for expert opinion.
She now spread her own antiques.
So Oiling, here we go, we see two boxes right in front of us.
So actually, what are they? Is there any special function for them?
Basically, the two boxes are used as a vanity case.
There are different drawers.
The difference between these two is only in the materials.
This one is made of Hongwali wood.
It's considered to be a very prestigious wood.
This one will be about half a million Hong Kong.
And this one is made of bamboo.
This piece is at least 200 years older than this one.
A piece like this will be over 600,000 Hong Kong.
With ancient histories and rich aesthetic values,
classical Chinese furniture collected in Oiling's antiques
presents themselves in absolute elegance as well as sophistication.
