Spring has a way of showing up quietly, not all at once, but in small meaningful ways.
And it doesn't ask us to rush, it simply invites us to begin.
When I pause to notice how spring unfolds, subtle buds opening,
leaves gently unfurling, I'm reminded that transformation doesn't have to be loud or rushed.
Lately, I've been noticing more and more signs. The flower bulbs I planted back in early winter
are blooming, just as I hoped they would. I planted them this season in mind, looking ahead,
knowing that something beautiful would come in time. It's like seeing little promises fulfilled,
one by one. For me, it's a reminder that patience pays off.
Things can take root, even when we can't see them growing yet.
In wanting to bring some of that beauty indoors, I decided to plant a bowl full of colorful spring
flowers. Something simple, just to bring a little bit more life inside my home,
and a small way to stay connected to the season.
Spring invites us to let go of what we've outgrown, to clear space in our homes,
our hearts and our habits. This week, I'll take time to journal the little things I'm ready to
let go of. Maybe it's an old habit, a dream I've outgrown, or even a petty grudge I'm finally ready
to release. And yes, perhaps even that long-overdue decluttering. In these small but
meaningful acts, I know I'm aligning with the rhythm of the season, creating space for something
new to bloom. So, I ask myself, what am I ready to release? What wisdom have the past seasons
nature around me sparks something creative in the kitchen. Inspired by all the blooms,
I decided to bake a batch of homemade cookies using my beautiful wooden flour molds. It's
my first time and I have been excited to use them and see how they turn out. After baking,
I gently brush them with soft shades of edible food powder, using the same soft tones I've been
have to be dramatic to be meaningful. Like spring, it can happen gradually, with trust,
to shed in order for that new growth to take place? Have a gentle but honest talk with yourself
about what possibilities exist for you. And let this be a reminder, your journey doesn't
have to look like anyone else's. Your growth is already happening, right here, in your own timing.
and to become. Thank you so much for spending this time with me today.
And as always, I wish you happiness, wellness, and joy.
