Exploring a $6,000,000 Abandoned Mansion | Flooded Mansion | Urban Exploring with Freaktography

hey everybody what's going on here we go again I'm herex Dave I'm also known as phography and today here we go on another abandoned mansion video okay so here's the deal this is going to be a very special video my good friend rhym Ryder he found this place he gave me this place and now I'm here because of him so first thing you guys are going to do you guys are going to hit that little button right up there that says follow Rhythm Rider you're going to follow Rhythm Rider CU if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be here today so this video is going to be very special and I'm going to do a live Style video no cuts no fancy edits no music I'm just going to walk through we're going to do this whole thing live the only thing we're going to do guys is cue the music cue the intro I'll see you guys on the other side [Music] [Applause] okay guys here we go so like I said we're going to do this video live style I'm not going to do any Cuts I'm not going to stop to take pictures I'm going to walk through this it's going to be one cut one take one full complete video all right so get used to the sound of my voice because I'm not going to play any music I'm not going to do any s soft fancy walkthroughs we're just going to explore this house together and we're going to start right here okay so here we go guys check out that spiral staircase on the left hand side so according to Rhythm riter this is a $6 million mansion and I'm not going to tell you where not going to tell you any details and I can't show you guys the outside of the house because that's just going to give it away all right but just enjoy the inside of the house we got lots of Decay we got lots of water damage we got all kinds of cool stuff going on here guys so check this out here spiral staircase heading upstairs we'll go up there in a little while and check it out you got some white curtains on the wall here still all right now check this out guys so there's that spiral staircase and it goes up and then there's a little balcony there for the room that's above that spiral staircase and going up even higher you got three skylights here very cool here we got a fireplace right there all right moving along here we are likely in a dining room area probably would have had a table here you got a sun room or a salarium right here nice skylights guys this glass is going to break any day now there's so much weight of stuff on top of this glass I'm not stepping in there he look at this what is up guys what is up guys head over to this side [Music] here what is up guys heading into the kitchen so here in the kitchen we've got uh you've got a stove top a tile stov top counter right in the [Music] middle and then you've got your you got two oh you got a microwave oven up top looks like or is that a convection oven yeah you got a you got two different ovens here all right pretty boring looking kitchen for a for a mansion if you ask me here's the laundry room standard washer and dryer everything's very white in this house it's not a very nice wine rack right there I don't think that's very nice and then back here you've got a family room looks interesting got a fireplace [Music] yeah that's about it you got some burgundy is walls and you got a fireplace all right so that's that let's move on this way I believe we're going in towards a likely a master bedroom or something or or maybe not oh it's another kitchen but uh there's this here what's up guys checking this out we're in a bathroom this is a really weird room guys this is a bathroom in between kitchens so there's a kitchen over there okay then you got a bathroom here what's up guys and you turn around and you have another kitchen you got a dishwasher there sink as you do again two stoves countertop stove and a fridge guys and then another place to put a [Music] table so it looks like this might be a multi-unit dwelling guys huh so then moving along into this other side of the house we're we're looking at a another living room dining room area here interesting the whole ceiling is coming down here guys then heading over this way we've got a front living room part of the house with some nice uh nice window and some light fixures on the on the ceiling and then we got another fireplace how many fireplaces is that guys I think that's maybe three fireplaces now so if you take a look up the whole ceiling has been exposed because it all fell on the floor my guess is that this is water damage I don't think that this is done by humans I might be wrong but it looks to me like water damage has caused the ceiling to collapse guys so now we're going to go this way to this side of the house you got a front door here and you got look at this there's there's a closet there okay and then here's the door to that closet which is completely melted guys the door has melted what the hell happened here to make all this go on in this house then over here guys we got the garage and uh looks to me like there's not much going on in the garage here got you got a a a door and you got a dishwasher and then you got a chair in the garage facing the other way Central Vac right there and then you got a pirate flag Pirates so this is the garage guys so if I can get up these stairs here stairs are currently being blocked by a large sheet of drywall so let's see here if I can just move this out of the way way and maybe I can walk up these stairs there we go oops okay there we go guys again this is live live and raw no Cuts so if I got to do a little bit of dinking around to get through things that's the way it goes okay hope there's nobody here holy cow so here again water damage in the ceiling heading right down all over the floor there red carpet another one the weight of the water that came through the roof has made all of this stuff collapse on the floor guys check it out all the insulation on the floor holy cow what a mess and then another room over here you can't even see in this room guys with a seal look at this is what happens when you walk in the door head on in here okay so this bedroom has a skylight and then you got a closet there with a mirror what's up guys and uh got your own bathroom here so you got there you got a uh a bathtub here okay here you got a sink now here it is guys every Mansion I always say it you got a toilet and you got a bedet cuz these people like to keep their clean right every Mansion has a bedet and guess what what's up guys okay moving on guys moving on so we'll take another walk around here take a quick look down the hallway because now pretty much the main attraction of the house is coming up right here so we're going to walk through this this doorway here guys and you're going to see the main attraction which is the spiral staircase that goes downstairs so here we go check it out guys here we go top floor spiral staircase so here you got uh there's your ceiling fan now this is really stupid because check this out guys it's like they built this room this room wasn't supposed to be here originally because look at the look at the railing right that goes around there which has been blocked by this wall that they built for this strange room up here and there's the ceiling coming in through the roof and then you got two Sun Sun uh skylights here and then this stupid wall that they built so I think that these skylights here Were Meant to complement this Skylight and then this was all supposed to be wide open but they built this wall here for whatever reason I think it looks stupid but anyways take a look down there so there's your spiral staircase coming up all the way down from the basement and I'll show you guys in a minute what's going on in the basement it's not good stuff in the basement guys all right what we got here got another bedroom here oh wow okay here we go guys so now we are in that master bedroom that goes above that spiral staircase that iron spiral staircase so that's what's going on here guys then they got the master on Suite bathroom which will definitely be fancy there will be a bedet in here there it is so here you go guys scroll down you've got a bedet you got a toilet and guess how many uh mirrors they got in this room here guys what is up guys mirror number one what is up guys mirror number two what is up guys mirror number three and then what is up guys mirror number four what is up guys mirror number five what is up guys mirror number six see that so check out this jacuzzi bathtu it actually stinks in here guys it really really stinks in here but you got a Jacuzzi bathtub oh it stinks and you got two sinks here you got your uh vanity over there for doing your makeup this is nice though they got a skylight right over that uh jacuzzi tub super nice I got to get out of this room it stinks and then yeah there's the spiral staircase here let's take a look here take a look all the way [Music] down hey what do you think here's your three skylights lot of skylights in this house that go right down and they light up this main portion of the house down there below okay got your closet there what's Su [Music] guys let's see what's down here now oh another room okay okay there is the floor is coming up what do they call this paret flooring and there's the ceiling coming down from all the water damage and uh here we got a closet and a mirror what's up guys and then this bed bedroom also has its own bathroom probably no Beday in this one yeah no there's your toilet there and uh mirror what's up guys and tiles and bath up so this is your standard onsite bath uh bathroom Okay stepping on this park flooring here I like to say par a floor and then we got more bedrooms back here guys holy cow there's a lot of bedrooms in this house got some curtains here and a window and then here we got a closet full of stuff guys check this out wow like the whole house is empty except this one closet which it has stuff in it so you got some glass wear coca colola glasses guys got some boots some Nike shoes you got some Christmas decorations it looks like nice coat there check out this coat guys got the corduroy coat you got the jean jacket very nice very nice stuffff here not really but I'm just saying words I guess all right now we'll go back here this bedroom is a mess check this out guys this ceiling is going to come down any minute now if it was raining outside I wouldn't step foot in here no way this is rough check it out this a fridge over there check this out there's a fridge and a stove this is like a little like somebody's they must have had a lot of people living here a lot of tenants from the looks of it huh all right moving on I'm going to get out of this room got another bathroom here standup shower your standard toilet right there no toilet paper left on the roll there's your sink what's up guys okay been down there been down there starting to rain guys okay so I told you guys I was going to show you what's going on in the basement so here's what we're going to do I'm going to pick up this piece of paret flooring right here okay right here in my hand see it okay now hold on hold on a second hold on remember remember guys this is live live Style video so things won't go as smoothly as they usually do so here I am guys I'm at the top of the stairs and the upstairs room the upstairs of the house and this staircase goes right down to the basement watch the basement is flooded guys do you want to see me do that again okay we're going to take a piece of parket flooring right here okay bigger one so you can see it you see down there you see the water that's the basement there you go guys wonder if there's any fish down there what do you think okay let's take a walk down this staircase here and hope it doesn't collapse and drop me into that flooded basement cuz I sure don't want to be in the flooded basement I bet you guys wish I would shut up and start playing some music at this point eh okay pan up you got some French doors there and I'll back up here into the foyer and I'll show you guys the spiral staircase there you go pan up Skylight and uh this is your front foyer of the house there's a closet right there what what is up guys here's your front door another closet on this side what is up guys okay so now I guess if we just kind of look down here you can see there's a door down there so there is some stuff in the basement but I can't really go down there cuz it's flooded guys so we can have a quick look if it was frozen it would be better I don't even know if I want to step on these stairs here guys so I'm not going to bother with that because it's dangerous and I'm sure you guys understand flooded basement so we're missing out on a whole whole rest of the house stepping on paret flooring here guys and then Here We Go Again spiral stairs going up to the Master on onite bathroom I should say bedroom master bedroom with onite bathroom is what I meant to [Music] say back into the kitchen now take a little walk around here take a look okay guys I'm going to turn the camera around and we're going to wrap this video up so just give me one second to turn this thing around okay
