Abandoned $4000000 Mini Mansion | Abandoned Waterfront Mansion | Urban Exploring with Freaktography

what's going on everybody here we go again another free photography ubex dave urban exploring ultimate adventure i didn't mean to find this house i was just driving around looking for prospects and scouting for abandoned buildings and i drove by this one looks pretty abandoned to me definitely abandoned it's an abandoned mini mansion it's on the lake in ontario canada so uh probably be a pretty short video i don't have my actual camera here with me i'm just here with my phone which as they say guys the best camera is the one you have on you and the one i have on me right now is my samsung so let's cue the music let's cue the intro and let's go take a walk and check out this big bando mini mansion [Music] okay guys so we're going to start with this look here at the lake out the backyard and this house is definitely slated to be demolished not sure why don't really care at this point but check out the kitchen here guys you got a nice big bar right here in the center of the kitchen granite countertop everything's gone here guys so there's no kitchen to really look at there's no stove there's no fridge there's no microwave there's really nothing so that's that this is the back door right here and then there was a bathroom right here guys but it's all been stripped out so we'll move along and check out the rest of the house look at this big skylight here coming through giving a nice bit of natural light mixed in with this big window here at the back and this window here at the front you got a nice bit of uh natural light coming through here to light up this kitchen moving along here you've got what is probably a dining room area with uh four nice big vertical windows to light up the room and uh the whole back of the house is tall vertical windows to give you a nice view of the lake behind you there so have a look here there's some more windows there you got a fireplace right there take a step down and now we're in what i'm guessing is the family room the living room area take a scan around here another skylight right there guys bringing in the light the light up the room during the daytime and then we'll move along here which would have been a nice feature this here would have been a really nice staircase feature with the railing around it there's your main front door and uh there's your skylight coming down right down the middle right down to the stairway there so we'll come around from the front door and i got a surprise for you guys there's me what is up guys so there's your look from the front door as we come in skylight down stairs what is up guys what is up guys okay we're gonna move along to another family room and well here we go another room likely a bedroom or an office and there's nothing in it again another fireplace here guys door to go outside again nice tall vertical windows to see your look at your neighbors there and uh probably had a tv entertainment system right here check out the flooring and then we're going to go into the master bedroom and the bad the bathroom guys so here we are again taking a look at me urbex dave what is up guys tim hortons always brought to you by tim horton's coffee and here we have a a walk-in closet guys but you've got you know on the right hand side you've got this then you've got your shelves in here and then you can come in and then you can just walk right back out again so you watch you just go in and out see back in again and then back out guys that's it and then here's your main bathroom stand-up shower jacuzzi bathtub with a skylight guys look at this nice bit of light coming in from the outside world there's me again what's up guys and then there's your sexy fancy jacuzzi hot tub and then on the left you would have had a toilet and on the right like we always say guys rich people you gotta keep your clean that's a bidet right there here i don't know sink i'm guessing mirrors missing maybe uh maybe not a sink i don't know maybe laundry who knows because there's a sink right there guys and look at this if we back up a little bit there's me three times guys look one two three what is up guys okay moving on i almost wonder if this is a bedroom right here guys i don't know it might be because you've got a door here that would block it off and you've got your ensuite bathroom yeah guys i think this was a bedroom in here what the hell do i know though right all right now the basement sucks guys there's a lot of black mold in the basement that's hidden behind the uh wallpaper so we're gonna go here i'll show you what's through here so here we go here again guys what's up and we're gonna go and it's a closet here guys okay so there's a closet in this room and you got a window whoever thought to put a window in your closet and then here's another one what's up guys and oh look at that that is a is a trap it's a it fools you it's not actually a closet unless that was meant to go into this room right there i bet you it was i bet you it was guys let's just slow down here i'm all hopped up because i just had a coffee let's just slow down here and take a look okay i'm all excited i didn't mean to explore i didn't know i was going to find something so maybe i got to settle down here because i'm talking a lot i'm talking really fast all right back into the kitchen so guys we're going to go downstairs now but i need you to hold your breath okay because there's a lot of black mold down there and we don't want to breathe that in all right so we're gonna go downstairs now and take short shallow breaths okay so you got carpet down here and there's definitely some kind of water damage going on because look at all the mold on the floor here and then creeping up the wall there i'm not going to go into the room because i don't want to spend much time down here okay guys there's another room here this one's not in a bad shape really there's no mold in this room and then there's a bathroom there you can probably take a look what's up guys there i am and then another room here and then here we go into the main rec room you got a storage area here underneath the stairs see if there's somebody hiding in there nope there's a lot of black mold in there guys yeah check this out guys behind the the wallpaper you can see it it's really nasty smells down here too those are fireplace you got a lot of mold on the floor here like a lot of mold spores on the floor and then right there where the uh where the wallpaper is peeling it was full of black mold back there which could be the reason why they're carrying this house down guys because it is infested with the stuff look at that behind that not good guys not good i'm not going to go back in that room because again lots of black mold so we are going to get the hell out of here guys make our way up the stairs here get out of that nasty basement okay i can breathe again all right let's just uh slow down here play some music and let's just take a look around
