Hey there, everyone.
It's Jenna.
Welcome or welcome back to the channel.
In today's video, I have a bunch of spring and summer decor essentials that will really
help to elevate your space and give it that designer look and feel, but the best part
is that all of these products are super budget friendly because you know, here on this channel,
we like to get the high end look for less.
So not only am I going to show you the product, but I'll also share how I style it.
So hopefully you can get some fun decorating ideas for your own space this season.
And everything that can be linked will be linked down below in the description box.
They will be affiliate links, meaning that I get a small commission if you do purchase
through those links.
I will also try to pin a comment as well.
So if you want to reference any of the products, they are down below, but yeah, I hope you
guys enjoy it.
And without further ado, let's get into it.
Okay.
So in my most recent dupes video, I actually talked about the woven vase at McGee & Co.
That's one of their best sellers.
It is so beautiful.
I love the lines of it, but it is $210, which is pretty pricey for me.
So I was able to find this dupe, which was only $20 and it has a super similar look.
And I also love the size of this.
It's not too large, so it can go in a multitude of different locations.
You could pop this on a little bench or a nightstand.
You could also just use it to accent a larger vase, which I love.
It would also look great just styled on its own somewhere like a dining table or on a
coffee table.
It's great on its own.
It's really beautiful.
If you just want to use it for shelf styling, you could pop some beautiful spring stems
in here or just style it by itself.
It's a super versatile piece and the fact that it was only $20 was such a steal.
And woven vases are perfect for the spring and summertime.
Personally, I use them all year round.
I think they look great in winter and fall as well.
But particularly in the spring and summer, they just help to add that natural woven warmth
to your space.
So $20, great deal on this one.
Okay, so you guys know I'm always on the hunt for affordable greenery that looks very realistic.
So I was able to find these really pretty faux stems at Target actually.
And you guys, these were $3 per stem.
I thought that was such a good deal and I loved the coloring on these.
And these are a perfect base greenery.
So I love to put a base greenery in a vase and then you can mix in just a couple florals
for whatever season.
And that can kind of change up the look of it, but you don't have to spend a ton of money
on a big bunch of stems.
You can just put one or two in here.
And honestly, I feel like that looks a lot more gathered and professionally arranged
anyways.
So I got these for my base greenery.
And then to add in them for spring, I found these really cute little daisies.
And I loved the coloring on here.
I liked that kind of putty, creamy white.
And I felt like these actually did look pretty realistic, especially when they're mixed in
with the other greenery.
I think it just helps to get that really fresh, foraged summertime feeling to my space.
I also like to invest in cream flowers because they're great to mix into other arrangements.
Like I could use these in the fall time if I use some more mauvey colored ones, they'd
be a nice addition in contrast to something like that for the fall.
So not only are they pretty for the spring, but they're really versatile.
And I know I've said versatile a lot of times in this video, but that's kind of a key to
budget decorating is being really intentional about the pieces that you buy.
And if you're able to reuse them in a bunch of different ways, then you don't need as
much new decor.
So just some fun, affordable faux greenery that can really help to elevate the look of
your space for the spring and summer season.
Okay.
So for a while now, I've been on the hunt for some overhanging type greenery.
I feel like it's really hard to find a piece of faux greenery that hangs over the side
of something that looks realistic.
So I've been on the hunt for a while and I hadn't found anything for pretty much like
years until I found this piece and it is this super beautiful faux fern.
You guys, this looks so realistic to me.
It even has a little baby fern that's like uncurling at the top, which I felt like was
such a great attention to detail.
I also appreciate that the base is pretty small, so you can fit it in whatever kind
of planter you want.
It looks nice by itself, but you could even elevate it a little bit more by putting it
in more of like a rustic pot or a ceramic pot.
And the best part is that this guy was only $10.
I thought about getting several of them just because I had been looking for something like
this for so long, because I really feel like this helps to add movement to something like
a shelf.
If you have like empty spaces above your kitchen cabinets, this could be something that you
just pop on top to add a little punch of greenery and bring the outside in and just
give your space like more of that organic, relaxed feel, because that's really what plants
do.
Even though this is a faux plant, I feel like it looks super realistic and it's one of my
favorites.
I'll probably buy a couple more of these because once they go out of stock, they're hard to
find.
And ferns are so classic in my opinion.
They're not a trendy piece of greenery.
They'll always be in style.
And I don't know, I just love the look of this and it's going to look great styled on
our shelves and just have for, you know, eventually when we put floating shelves in
our kitchen or maybe you want to pop on a little shelf in a laundry room, it's just
going to help to elevate the look of my spaces and the fact that it was $10 is such a steal.
Okay.
So next, another spring essential for me that is not decor, but is the sponsor of today's
video is AG1.
And if you're unfamiliar with AG1, it's basically a drinkable scoop of vitamins, minerals, probiotics,
and whole food sourced ingredients all in one.
And one of the things that I love the most about AG1 is how easy it is to keep up with.
We have been so busy lately with all of our moves, living in three homes in less than
a year's time.
And when you pile on all of the renovations on top of that, I found it really hard to
stick to a consistent schedule of eating whole meals and prioritizing my health.
So even though things have not slowed down much since I've found AG1, it's been so much
easier for me to start out my day by doing something simple to take care of my health
just by incorporating it into my breakfast routine.
I always take a little moment for myself every morning to enjoy my AG1 with my breakfast.
And it really does help to start my day off the right way.
And I feel like when you do one thing to prioritize your health and wellbeing, there tends to
be a bit of a snowball effect.
And I definitely feel a lot more naturally awake and energized after consistently taking
AG1 for a month now.
And I also have peace of mind that I'm getting comprehensive nutrition to support my busy
lifestyle as well as to support my immune system.
So I've really felt a lot better after taking it consistently.
So if you want to try AG1 for yourself, you can get started for less than $3 a day when
you subscribe, which is less than a cup of coffee.
All you have to do is click the link in my description or scan the onscreen QR code.
Again, a big thank you to AG1 for sponsoring today's video.
Okay, so this next piece has a little bit of a story to it, but I'll make it short.
Basically, a couple of videos ago, I think it was my home goods video, I talked about
the Icon glasses that I saw at HomeGoods and TJ Maxx.
And I thought they were pretty, but I was kind of in purge mode and we had just moved
and I was trying to save money and I thought they were so cute, but I was like, you know
what?
I'm not going to get them.
And then I got home and I was editing my video and I was like, dang it, these are so cute.
I need these.
So I went back to the store to buy them and of course they were all gone.
And ever since then, I've gone on the hunt for more.
And I ended up finding these really cute Icon glasses at World Market actually.
And these are dupes for the Anthropologie ones that they sell.
They're $16 per glass on Anthropologie and full price at World Market, they're 10 bucks.
But typically you can get a coupon.
I think I used a 25% off coupon and I just did like store pickup.
So I did that with the coupon online and then it was really easy.
It's a great way to get like that Anthropologie look for a fraction of the price.
So I have a bunch of these, they have a little snail, there's a crab, there's a mushroom.
This is the daisy and the strawberry one.
And these are just so fun because when people come over, it's nice to pick out your glass
so you know which glass is yours, especially if you're serving the same drink to multiple
people.
It's really nice to like avoid confusion and then it's just like a fun conversation starter
to get to pick your little icon.
So I thought that these were super cute and such a fun thing to have for spring and summer
entertaining parties, girls nights, game nights, whatever.
I just thought that these were super fun and I'm glad that I was able to find some after
I had passed the originals up.
Okay.
So when it comes to hand towels, something that I see on so many designer sites are waffle
weave hand towels with a fringe detail because these help to infuse a nice amount of visual
texture into your space and keep things interesting without being too distracting.
And they just seem very simple and spa like, and they have that organic feel to them, but
they are very pricey on designer sites, especially for one towel.
So when I saw this towel, I knew that I had to get it.
It is this gorgeous waffle weave fringe towel.
This guy is from world market and was only $15.
I know when you compare that to like home goods or TJ Maxx, that's even a little bit
pricey, at least in my opinion.
But what I really liked about this towel was the quality.
So I have felt waffle weave towels at TJ Maxx and Marshall's that just kind of feel very
stiff and this actually feels soft and absorbent.
So not only that, but I liked that the fringe detail was a different color than the actual
waffle weave.
So this helps to add a little bit of like a neutral color and some interest.
And then the fringe stands out, which I really like.
It is also 100% cotton, so it feels really soft.
So I liked that this was a really pretty simple neutral, still has some visual interest, has
that pretty fringe detail, neutral colors, but it will really help to elevate my space
and give it that designer look.
Okay.
So next, when it comes to vases and decor, I personally love to invest in pitchers because
I feel like they're very versatile.
So I've actually shown this one on my channel many times before, but it was out of stock
for a super long time and it is now back in stock.
This totally has like an old world feel to it, which I love.
This is ceramic, so you can use it to hold liquid.
You could style real flowers in here.
This also could stand by itself on a shelf because it has like that really beautiful
like antique look to it.
You could pop stems in it.
Or what I'm actually going to do with it right now in our new home is I'm going to use this
to style some of our utensils and just use it as a little mini utensil crock.
Because if you guys are new to the channel, basically we've had a lot of renovations going
on and our kitchen is half done right now.
So I just want to have some cute things out on the countertop to make it feel styled and
special and elevated.
Even though we don't have doors on our cabinets right now, it's things like this that will
really help to elevate my space and make it feel homey.
So I've used this so many different ways in the past.
I've used this as a vase.
I've used it styled on shelves.
It's just really versatile.
And one of the best parts is that it's under $30 and then I've seen it on designer sites
for over $40.
So it's a really good deal right now and just one of my favorites that I feel like is perfect
for spring and summer.
Okay, so when sourcing planters, my absolute favorite kind of planters to find are just
like rustic terracotta planters because these will help to elevate your space and give it
that old world kind of like European, French garden feel.
And I just love the look of that.
And oftentimes these kinds of planters can be harder to source online.
So I found this really beautiful kind of like scalloped detail, smaller sized planter.
And if you guys watched my home goods video, I actually found this at HomeGoods and I found
it for 10 bucks.
So that was a really good deal, but they do sell it over on Magnolia.
They have a small size and a large size.
I believe that this is the large size.
I measured this.
I'll insert the measurements right here.
I'm not sure if it's the small or the large, but it is the same one that they sell on Magnolia.
But I love this planter.
I use this on my kitchen countertop for my basil.
And I just love this simple kind of like countertop garden feel that it gives to my space.
And I love all the little chippy details and how it looks to be a little bit old and aged,
but it still has some fun design elements with this scalloped detail around the bottom.
And this would also be cute to use year round.
You could put a little Christmas tree in here to help elevate the look of that, to give
it like more of like a French cottage feel.
There is this viral lavender plant that I have seen a lot of influencers posting.
It's like around 80 bucks.
So I just popped a little lavender plant that I found at Ikea a while back in here.
And to me, it gives a very similar look just for a fraction of the price.
And I'm not sure if they sell that plant at Ikea anymore, but I know World Market sells
a very similar one.
So definitely a great find for spring and summer.
And you could also transition it into the wintertime as well by using it to hold little
Christmas trees and things like that.
So definitely one of my favorites.
That's a really versatile and timeless piece.
Okay.
So many of you may know that we recently moved back to the desert and something that I've
been searching for to decorate with in my home are real cacti.
I wanted to put some actually in our guest room where I am right now, just like pop them
on the nightstands because I designed this room specifically to have this really like
earthy, deserty, like Sonoran vibe to it.
And I thought it'd be really perfect to pop a little cactus on the nightstand.
So I was looking for stuff, but pretty much everything has thorns on it.
And I just didn't want to do that, especially in our guest room.
It's one thing like in our bedroom, it's like, we'll take responsibility if we like hit it
in the middle of the night.
But in a guest room, I just didn't want to do that.
So I found some super realistic faux cacti.
And I feel like you don't even have to live in the desert to decorate with this and just
have it be kind of like a unique textural piece of greenery to help elevate your space.
I found this one.
This one I feel like looks the most realistic and this guy was only $10.
Like that is cheaper than a real one.
And then also I found this really cute prickly pear one and I loved the rustic pot on this
one.
So this one was 10 and I think this one was on sale for 15.
I think the actual cactus looks more realistic on this one, but I love the pot on this one.
So I figured I'd just get both of them and then style them in different spots throughout
my home.
And with this one, I really liked it, but I don't love the color of the stones.
So I think I'm just going to go to the hardware store and get like some more gray colored
stones and fill that in.
And I think that will just help to give it a little bit more of a look that I'm going
for.
But I'm just going to pop this one on our nightstand in our guest bedroom, just to help
give it that like out West deserty vibe.
And then this one, I think I'm just going to pop on our mantle for now, just because
I think that will help to add some height.
And I like that it's really skinny.
So it's able to fit in that awkward space right next to our TV.
I also like them because they're tall, so they help to add height to a space.
These would be great somewhere like popped on a little bathroom countertop or maybe in
a kitchen.
They're definitely great for a low light situation where you need a little pop of greenery, but
you might not have the light for real greenery.
So the fact that they're foes, nice, it could be a nice little accent piece to have just
to help add some unique greenery and texture to a space.
Okay.
So I've shown these on my channel before, but they're one of my favorites.
So I wanted to remind you guys because they are still in stock and they're these gorgeous
checkered little napkins.
And these are only $10 for a four pack.
And I've seen very similar looking napkins, almost identical looking napkins over on quints.
And there it's like over $50 for a set of eight.
So more than twice the price, but these are so cute.
I've used these in my table scapes before, especially my spring and summer table scapes.
They help to add a little punch of pattern, but they're still neutral.
And I love the light linen-y material that they have on them.
These honestly would be really beautiful to again, use during the Christmas and fall time
as well.
But they are very spring and summery as well.
You could pair these with some nice florals and some woven chargers and you'd have just
like this beautiful table scape that has all of the spring and summertime vibes.
And like I said, I like that there's like a little punch of pattern.
So they're interesting, but they're not too over the top and distracting.
I don't know.
I just love the checkered pattern.
I think it looks really sophisticated and classic and these will never go out of style.
They also make this in a tablecloth as well.
They make it in a rectangular tablecloth and a circular one.
And I've also showed you guys that on my channel as well.
I use this for our outdoor table in our last house and I just love the cute like picnicky
look that it gives to my space.
So these would be great if you like to entertain or if you're planning on having some spring
and summer gatherings, maybe like a baby shower or a bridal shower or something.
These are great to invest in because they're super affordable.
I feel like they have a high-end designer look to them and you can use them throughout
all of the rest of the seasons.
So definitely a great find.
And I will link everything below.
I'll link the tablecloths as well as the napkins.
All right, everyone, that about wraps up this video.
I hope you guys enjoyed some of these spring and summertime finds.
